At this time, in the installation process of the door body 200, the inner lining plate 220 may be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downward from above the side of the panel 210 where the fixing plate 212 is provided, the fixing plates 212 and the connecting plates 221 on both sides are used to align the inner lining plate 220 with the panel 210, and then the fixing plates 212 on both sides of the panel 210 in the vertical direction and the connecting plates 221 on both sides of the inner lining plate 220 are used to realize reliable connection. Compared with the prior art, the inner lining plate 220 of the cabinet air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the utility model can be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downwards from the upper part of the surface of the panel 210 close to the inside of the shell 100, so that the contraposition insertion operation of inserting one side of the inner lining plate 220 into the U-shaped mounting groove is avoided, the operation difficulty in the installation process of the door body 200 is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; in addition, the connection plates 221 on both sides of the inner lining plate 220 are reliably connected with the fixing plates 212 on both sides of the panel 210, the fixing plates 212 and the connection plates 221 on both sides are beneficial to the alignment between the inner lining plate 220 and the panel 210, so that the inner lining plate 220 and the panel 210 are fixedly connected, and the inner lining plate 220 and the panel 210 are hollow, so that the material is saved, and the cost is lower; meanwhile, the shielding part 211 can prevent a user from directly seeing that a fixing structure (such as a screw) between the fixing plate 212 and the inner lining plate 220 is exposed outside the door body 200, so that decoration can be performed without installing a decoration strip, the installation process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is further improved.
It should be noted that the vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door 200 for a long time, so that the door 200 generates vibration for a long time. Therefore, in order to ensure a reliable connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining 220, the two sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are usually connected by a screw structure, the connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 is high, the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are not easy to be separated from each other, and the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are detachably connected, so that the maintainability is high.
The cabinet air conditioner can be a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner, a traditional cuboid cabinet air conditioner or other shapes. It should be appreciated that the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner has advantages of a small floor area and a shape designed to meet aesthetic requirements of users, compared to the rectangular parallelepiped cabinet air conditioner, and thus, the above-mentioned cabinet air conditioner is generally adopted as the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner. At this time, the casing 100 of the cabinet air conditioner is cylindrical, the radian of the door 200 should be consistent with the radian of the casing 100, that is, the door 200 and the casing 100 have the same curvature, the surface of the panel 210 away from the lining plate 220 and the curvature of the surface of the lining plate 220 away from the panel 210 are the same as the curvature of the casing 100, the door 200 can be attached to the surface of the casing 100, and when the air outlet 110 is closed, the outer side surface of the door 200 is consistent with the casing 100, so that the door 200 can be attached to and slide along the surface of the casing 100 at the air outlet 110, and the opening and closing of the air outlet 110 can be realized.
In addition, the inner lining plate 220 is usually connected with the housing 100 in a rotating and sliding manner through a rack-and-pinion mechanism, so that no noise is generated during the sliding movement, the transmission precision is high, and the stability is high. The gear is usually a stepping motor, so that the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and low cost can be exerted, and at the moment, the stepping motor controls the sliding distance of the door body 200 on the shell 100 of the cabinet air conditioner by controlling the rotation degree of the motor, so as to control the opening and closing of the air outlet 110; compared with a common speed-regulating motor, the stepping motor can more easily realize the control of the moving distance according to the requirement.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, on the premise of ensuring the connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, in order to facilitate the installation and removal of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, a clamping structure is provided between the connecting plate 221 and the fixing plate 212, and the clamping structure is used for limiting the movement of the inner lining plate 220 relative to the panel 210 along the length direction. The connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is matched with the screw connection structure through the clamping structure, so that the better connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 can be ensured under the condition of using less screw connection structures. It should be understood that, because no auxiliary tool is needed when the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are realized through the clamping structure, the complexity of the clamping operation is lower than that of the screwing operation, so that the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are more convenient, and the production efficiency is higher. In addition, in the process of assembling the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are firstly clamped, and then the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are screwed. Under the condition, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are clamped to realize the primary limitation of the degree of freedom in the length direction between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, so that the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are conveniently aligned by staff and the subsequent screwing operation is convenient, the mounting speed of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is accelerated, and the production efficiency is improved; at the same time, the fixing effect of the inner lining 220 and the panel 210 is further enhanced.
The panel 210 is usually made of a metal material, and the lining plate 220 is usually made of a plastic material. At this moment, the direction that the casing 100 was kept away from to the ascending both sides of vertical direction of above-mentioned interior welt 220 is buckled and is equipped with connecting plate 221 specifically can be through the integrated into one piece that moulds plastics, and injection moulding only provides a processing mode simple relatively and that the cost is lower, and is not right the utility model discloses the protection scope of embodiment is injectd, can also adopt other processing modes certainly. In addition, a shielding plate is usually disposed on the upper sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet air conditioner from above.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, 5, 7 and 8, the clamping structure includes a positioning groove 213 and a positioning member 222. The positioning groove 213 and the positioning element 222 are not arranged at unique positions, for example: the fixing plate 212 has an opening on one side thereof adjacent to the inner lining plate 220, the opening is a positioning slot 213, and the positioning element 222 is disposed on the connecting plate 221. Another example is: the positioning member 222 is disposed on the fixing plate 212, and an opening, which is a positioning groove 213, is formed on a side of the connecting plate 221 close to the panel 210. When the panel 210 is usually made of metal and the lining plate 220 is usually made of plastic, the positioning groove 213 is usually disposed on the fixing plate 212 and the positioning element 222 is disposed on the connecting plate 221. At this time, the connecting plate 221 and the positioning element 222 can be integrally formed, and the positioning groove 213 can be directly formed on the fixing plate 212, so that the processing difficulty is low, and the manufacturing cost is low.
It should be noted that, when the positioning groove 213 is directly formed on the fixing plate 212, the positioning groove 213 may penetrate through the side of the shielding portion 211 close to the fixing plate 212, and at this time, the positioning element 222 abuts against the inner side of the panel 210, but the positioning groove 213 may be formed only on the fixing plate 212.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the connection plates 221 on both sides of the inner liner 220 may abut against the fixing plates 212 between the two fixing plates 212, may abut against the fixing plates 212 outside the two fixing plates 212, or may abut against the fixing plates 212 between the two fixing plates 212, and may abut against the fixing plates 212 outside the two fixing plates 212. Preferably, the connecting plate 221 includes a first connecting plate 2211 and a second connecting plate 2212 respectively located at two vertical sides of the inner lining plate 220, the fixing plate 212 includes a first fixing plate 2121 and a second fixing plate 2122 respectively located at two vertical sides of the panel 210, the first connecting plate 2211 is connected to the first fixing plate 2121 at a side of the first fixing plate 2121 far from the second fixing plate 2122, and the second connecting plate 2212 is connected to the second fixing plate 2122 at a side of the second fixing plate 2122 close to the first fixing plate 2121. In this case, compared with the other two abutting connection manners, the screw joint can be fixed to the panel 210 from the inner lining plate 220 and fixed to the inner lining plate 220 from the panel 210, so that the fixing effect is better; meanwhile, the whole panel 210 does not need to be vertically aligned and embedded into the inner lining plate 220 or the whole inner lining plate 220 does not need to be vertically aligned and embedded into the panel 210, and the operation difficulty is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the positioning groove 213 is provided on the fixing plate 212 and the positioning member 222 is provided on the connection plate 221, the positioning member 222 includes a first positioning member on the first connection plate 2211 and a second positioning member on the second connection plate 2212; the first positioning element is a first projection 2221 formed by inward depression on the first connecting plate 2211, and the second positioning element is a second projection 2222 formed by outward projection on the second connecting plate 2212; the first projection 2221 and the second projection 2222 are respectively engaged with the positioning slots 213 of the fixing plate 212 on two sides of the panel 210. It should be understood that the first projection 2221 and the second projection 2222 can be formed integrally with the inner lining plate 220 by injection molding, which is low in cost; meanwhile, compared with the process of separately processing other positioning pieces 222, the installation process of the positioning pieces 222 is reduced, and the production efficiency is higher.
Further, referring to fig. 5, 7 and 9, the number of the first protrusions 2221 and the second protrusions 2222 is multiple, and the projections of the first protrusions 2221 on the first connecting plate 2211 onto the second connecting plate 2212 are staggered with the second protrusions 2222, so that the stress distribution of the plurality of clamping structures between the fixing plate 212 and the connecting plate 221 is uniform, the supporting strength of the panel 210 on the inner lining plate 220 is further increased, and meanwhile, the fixing effect between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is further improved. Specifically, the number of the first protrusions 2221 and the second protrusions 2222 may be adjusted, for example, increased or decreased, according to the size of the door body 200, so as to stably clamp the two sides of the panel 210 and the two sides of the inner lining 220 together.
It should be understood that, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, a plurality of screw connection structures are further disposed between the fixing plate 212 and the connecting plate 221, and in order to use a smaller number of screw connection structures and clamping structures, the plurality of screw connection structures and the plurality of clamping structures are staggered along the length direction of the door body. Illustratively, the screw connection structure includes a connection through hole 240 provided on the second fixing plate 2122, a screw hole 230 provided on the second connecting plate 2212, a screw hole 230 provided on the first fixing plate 2121, and a connection through hole 240 provided on the first connecting plate 2211, the clamping structure includes a positioning slot 213 provided on the fixing plate 212 and a positioning element provided on the connecting plate 221, at this time, the screw hole 230 on the first fixing plate 2121 and the connection through hole 240 on the second fixing plate 2122 are both staggered with the positioning slot 213, and the screw hole 230 on the second connecting plate 2212 and the connection through hole 240 on the first connecting plate 2211 are staggered with the positioning element 222. Specifically, a positioning groove 213 is disposed between every two adjacent threaded holes 230 and every two adjacent connecting through holes 240 on the fixing plate 212, and a positioning member 222 is disposed between every two adjacent threaded holes 230 and every two adjacent connecting through holes 240 on the connecting plate 221. Under the condition, a plurality of clamping joints can be matched under the condition of using the bolt connection structure as few as possible, so that the stress distribution of the interface of the fixing plate 212 attached to the connecting plate 221 is uniform, the fixing effect is good, and the panel 210 and the lining plate 220 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
It should be noted that the screw can pass through the gasket to fix the fixing plate 212 and the connecting plate 221 together, so as to increase the contact area, reduce the pressure, further prevent the screw from loosening, and enhance the fixing effect, and the gasket can also reduce the requirement for the processing precision of the surface where the fixing plate 212 or the connecting plate 221 is attached to the screw head of the screw to a certain extent, thereby reducing the production cost.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 7, vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door body 200 for a long time, so that the door body 200 vibrates for a long time, and the long-time vibration may cause the screw to loosen and further fall out of the threaded hole 230, thereby causing the connection failure between the inner lining plate 220 and the panel 210. In order to prevent the screw from being removed from the screw hole 230, the side of the second connecting plate 2212 close to the first connecting plate 2211 is provided with an internal threaded post 231 corresponding to the screw hole 230, the internal threaded post 231 is specifically an internal hollow ring-shaped cylinder with threads, and the internal threaded post 231 can be integrally formed with the second connecting plate 2212. In this case, the screw corresponding to the screw hole 230 is directly screwed into the internal screw post 231 through the connection through hole 240 of the second fixing plate 2122, so that the screw is screwed into the internal screw post for a longer length, the connection between the panel 210 and the lining plate 220 is more stable, the vibration amplitude is reduced, and the screw is not easily removed from the screw hole 230.
Referring to fig. 2, there are two door bodies 200 on the cabinet air conditioner, and the two door bodies 200 are symmetrically disposed at the air outlet 110, and the two door bodies 200 move back to back or move in opposite directions along the casing 100 to open or close the air outlet 110.
