Detailed Description
The advantages and features of the invention, as well as the manner of attaining them, will become more apparent by reference to the embodiments described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, but may be embodied in many different forms, which are provided only for the purpose of completing the disclosure of the present invention and for enabling those skilled in the art to fully understand the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims.
First, for convenience of explanation and enhanced understanding, terms related to the brassiere will be explained. As shown in fig. 1, the basic structure of a conventional brassiere is composed of:
a cup (mold) 10 for receiving breasts at both sides; a chicken heart 20 connecting the left and right side cups; left and right side wings 30 connecting both side cups 10 to the rear side of the wearer and closely attached to the back of the wearer; a Hook (Hook)40 combined at the back side or breast side with wings 20 connected to the two side cups 10, respectively; a last tape 32 attached to the upper side of the wing and clinging to the wearer's body by elasticity; a lower bundle (under tape)34 attached to the lower side of the wing and clinging to the wearer's body by elasticity; shoulder straps 50, which keep the bra from slipping off over the shoulder; correction lines (not shown) are provided on the lower leg 60 of the cup 10 to shape the breast.
Next, examples of the brassiere-less counterpart of the present invention and the detachable pouch thereof will be described.
< no bra-corresponding article >
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the brassiere-less counterpart 100, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line X-X of fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line Y-Y of fig. 2.
The no-bra counterpart 100 is substantially similar in shape to the finished bra, but in practice this is not the case, but contains inherent features for achieving the objects of the present invention.
First, as can be seen from the structure of the brassiere-less counterpart 100, the brassiere has the first breast covering portion 110a and the second breast covering portion 110b that cover the left and right breasts and nipples. The first breast covering portion 110a and the second breast covering portion 110b are connected by a connecting portion 120. One side of the first breast covering portion 110a (the opposite side of the connecting portion 120) extends in the lateral direction to form a first lateral end extension 130a, and one side of the second breast covering portion 110b (the opposite side of the connecting portion 120) extends in the lateral direction to form a second lateral end extension 130b (see fig. 3). At least the lower ends of the first and second breast covering portions 110a and 110b extend downward to form first and second lower end extensions 140a and 140b (see fig. 4).
In fig. 2, in addition to the lower ends of the first and second breast covering portions 110a and 110b extending downward, the lower end of the link portion 120 also extends downward to form a link portion extending portion 140 ', so that the link portion extending portion 140' is formed to almost the same position as the first and second lower end extending portions 140a and 140 b. Of course, according to such a structure, the shape of the no-bra counterpart 100 is made simple, and thus it is advantageous in terms of material cutting, pressure (press) processing, and post processing (liner joining, etc.), but it consumes more material, and may be disadvantageous in terms of cost. The object of the present invention can be achieved as long as at least the lower ends of the first and second breast covering portions 110a and 110b extend downward to form the first and second lower extending portions 140a and 140 b.
The first lateral extension portion 130a and the first lower extension portion 140a form a first lateral lower end connection surface 150a maintaining a natural profile curve therebetween. Similarly, a second lateral lower end connection surface 150b maintaining a natural profile curve is formed between the second lateral end extension 130b and the second lower end extension 140 b.
The extension lengths of the first and second lateral end extensions 130a and 130b in the lateral direction are about 20mm to 70mm from the lateral ends of the first and second breast covering portions 110a and 110b, respectively, and the extension lengths of the first and second lower end extensions 140a and 140b in the lower end direction are about 20mm to 70mm from the lower ends of the first and second breast covering portions 110a and 110b, respectively.
The first and second lateral extensions 130a, 130b and the first and second lower extensions 140a, 140b are not provided in conventional brassieres. The purpose of a conventional brassiere is to support the breast from below upwards, and therefore it consists only of the following structure shown in fig. 1: wings 30 which pull the two side cups 10 to the rear side of the wearer to accommodate the breasts in the cups; an upper and lower band 32, 34 which fit the upper and lower edges of the wings 30 against the body of the wearer to receive the breasts; shoulder straps 50, which allow the bra to be hung on the shoulder to prevent the breasts from dropping; and a correction line provided at the lower leg 60 of the cup 10 to shape the breast. However, the brassiere-less countermeasures of the present invention are not intended to support breasts, but do not reveal the contours and nipples of breasts, and thus do not have these structures of conventional bras. It is known that the conventional brassiere can cover only the nipple and the surrounding chest portion, and thus it is difficult to cover the nipple and the breast contour without supporting the breast. The specific reason is as follows.
Fig. 5 (a) shows the shape of breast 1 and the position of nipple 5 when a normal brassiere is worn, and fig. 5 (b) shows the shape of breast 1 and the position of nipple 5 when brassiere-free countermeasures 100 of the present invention are used.
In fig. 5 (a), the breasts 1 are received in the cups 10 of the brassiere, and the breasts within the cups 10 are supported upwardly by all the structural elements of the brassiere (i.e., the wings 30, the upper and lower bundles 32, 34, the shoulder straps 50, the lower stays 60, the correction lines (not shown) shown in fig. 1) so that the nipples 5 are positioned at or slightly above the front side of the wearer. Accordingly, the cup 10 is sized to cover the upper and lower portions of the breast, and the nipple 5 is located at a substantially middle portion of the cup 10.
However, referring to fig. 5 (b), when the brassiere-less countermeasures 100 according to the present invention are used, the breast 1 is not pushed toward the wearer or supported from bottom to top, but only the front side of the breast is covered by the brassiere-less countermeasures 100, and therefore, the breast 1 hangs down and the nipple 5 is located at a position lower than when the brassiere is worn. Therefore, the lower end extensions 140a, 140b are required. Further, since the breasts hang down and the distance between them is extended, the breast covering portions 110a and 110b of the brassiere-less countermeasures 100 of the present invention need to be larger than the cups of ordinary bras in order to cover the contours of the breasts.
The material of the no-bra counterpart 100 uses a synthetic sponge similar to the material of a cup ("10" of fig. 1) of a conventional bra. However, a fabric or mesh-type sponge or the like may be used for the purpose of enhancing the ventilation depending on the type of the clothing.
The thickness of the breast covering parts 110a, 110b is about 5 to 12mm, 8mm is used in the present embodiment. It may be selected according to the type of clothing, the use, the size of the cups, and the size of the nipples (e.g., the thickness of the breast covering portions 110a, 110b is thinner when the clothing is thicker, the thickness of the breast covering portions 110a, 110b may be relatively thinner in the case of a wearer with smaller cups, and the breast covering portions 110a, 110b may be relatively thicker when the nipple protrudes to a greater extent). Also, the diameter of the breast covering portions 110a, 110b may be determined by the size of the breast (cup number). It would be advantageous if breast cover portions 110a, 110b were made in a variety of diameter and thickness sizes and selected according to the size of the consumer.
All the components of the brassiere-less counterpart 100 according to the present invention, i.e., the breast covering portions 110a, 110b, the connecting portion 120, the side end extension portions 130a, 130b, and the lower end extension portions 140a, 140b, may be integrally formed. For example, a bra-free counterpart can be pressed in one go with a compression mold on one panel (sponge, fabric, etc.). Also, in order to form the recessed portions of breast covering portions 110a, 110b, the respective portions of the plate material may be recessed (projected when viewed from the other direction) by using a heating die while being punched out
Figure BDA0002200982030000071
The entire outline shape is produced. It is needless to say that the brassiere-less corresponding article 100 may be manually produced, or each component may be separately produced and assembled by a method such as sewing or bonding.
The reference numerals in fig. 2 include unexplained components. Referring to fig. 2, including: upper liner

And a lower liner 170 lining the lower edges of the lower end extending portions 140a and 140b, the side end extending portions 130a and 130b, and the connecting portion 120 with an elastic material (Hem) fabric, elastic mesh (Powernet), or the like). The upper and lower liners 160 and 170, respectively, wrap around the correspondingly positioned edges of the non-bra counterpart 100 and are sewn together. The upper liner 160 and the lower liner 170 function as a liner for the articleThe brassiere-less corresponding object 100 is given an elastic force so that the shape of the brassiere-less corresponding object 100 is formed into the shape of a breast as much as possible, and the brassiere is not seen (see fig. 5 (b)). In one embodiment, the width of the upper liner 160 is about 2mm to 10mm and the width of the lower liner 170 is about 5mm to 15mm greater than the width of the upper liner 160.
< bag for attaching and detaching brassiere-free counterpart and brassiere-free counterpart garment >
Fig. 6 shows an appearance of an undershirt to which the brassiere-free countermeasures detachable bag 200 is applied, and the brassiere-free countermeasures detachable bag 200 is designed to be attachable to and detachable from the brassiere-free countermeasures 100 of fig. 2 or other brassiere-free countermeasures. Undershirt (Shirt) is produced by lining the chest

Aligning, sewing the underarm part, sewing the sleeve to the shoulder part and sewing the collar part to finish the manufacture. The detachable bag 200 for non-brassiere counterparts is applied to the inner side of the breast fabric of the undershirt thus produced, and to the inner side of the portion where the breasts touch. However, it cannot be seen directly from the outside. As will be understood from the following description, it is one of the features of the present invention that the portion of the bra-less counterpart detachment bag 200 joined to the undershirt is not exposed to the outside at all. Next, the brassiere-less corresponding item removing and mounting bag 200 will be described in detail.
For convenience of explanation, the brassiere-less counterpart attaching/detaching bag of the present invention will be explained by using an undershirt and a sleeveless undershirt to which the brassiere-less counterpart attaching/detaching bag is applied.
Fig. 7 is a state in which the undershirt shown in fig. 6 is turned over, showing the bra-less countermeasures removing bag 200 attached to the chest side of the undershirt. As the name implies, the bra-free knock-out bag 200 is a bag for inserting or removing the bra-free counterpart 100 shown in fig. 2 or other forms of bra-free counterparts.
In the embodiment of fig. 7, a bra-less knock-out pocket 200 is partially engaged in the chest region inside the chest fabric of the undershirt. That is, there are engaging portions and non-engaging portions.
First, the joint of the bra-less countermeasure striping bag 200 and the undershirt includes: a collar portion joint portion 210 joined to the collar portion seam; underarm joint parts 220a and 220b joined to the underarm joints on both sides; and sleeve part joint parts 270a and 270b joined to seams at which the two sleeves are joined to the chest fabric. In one embodiment, these portions of the joining of the no-bra countermeasure bagging 200 to the undershirt are substantially present in the undershirt and coincide with the seams on the inner side of the portions where these portions should be present, and therefore, as shown in fig. 6, the joining portions of the no-bra countermeasure bagging 200 are not visible at all from the outside of the undershirt, and therefore, it is impossible to know the presence of the no-bra countermeasure bagging 200. In fig. 7, the joint between the brassiere-less corresponding article removal bag 200 and the undershirt is shown by a thick line.
On the other hand, the non-bra-corresponding removable bag 200 and the non-joined portion of the undershirt are substantially joined to the portion of the undershirt other than the seam. That is, in the embodiment of fig. 7, the non-joined portions are portions between the seams from the collar portion of the garment to the portions where both sleeves are joined to the chest fabric (also referred to as scapula portion non-joined portions 230a and 230b), and portions connecting the lower ends of the seams at the above-mentioned both underarm portions (also referred to as lower chest portion non-joined portion 280). Of course, the front surface (the side facing the chest fabric of the undershirt) other than the above-described joining portion of the bra-less countermeasure removable bag 200 is not joined to the chest fabric of the undershirt and is not joined to the chest fabric of the undershirt.
In this way, the no-bra-countermeasure bagging bag 200 is attached only to the seam of the collar region joint 210, the seams of the both side underarm region joints 220a, 220b, and the seams of the both sleeve region joints 270a, 270b of the undershirt. Therefore, the other portions of the bra-less countermeasure decoupling bag 200, i.e., the non-engaging portions 230a, 230b, 280, are not engaged with the undershirt. Therefore, even when the undershirt of the present invention is worn in the no-bra state, the breast is covered only by the no-bra corresponding object inserted into the no-bra corresponding object removing and fitting bag 200, and other parts are naturally located on the body and are the same as those of the ordinary undershirt, and therefore, it is not apparent that the no-bra state is artificially covered by the no-bra corresponding object when viewed from the outside. That is, it looks like an undershirt is worn in a state where the brassiere is worn. In particular, since the non-joined portion 280 at the lower chest portion of the bra-corresponding free article removal bag 200 is separated from the undershirt as a whole, even if the wearer takes a stoop or a turn, the wearer can keep the same contour as the state of wearing the undershirt naturally, and there is no possibility that another form is caused by the bra-corresponding free article removal bag 200 inside the undershirt.
Preferably, the bra-less countermeasure tote 200 is made of a lightweight, soft, somewhat stretchable fabric 250 of sweat absorbent quick-dry material. In the present embodiment, a ruffled (Hem) fabric having a mesh shape is used, but is not limited thereto.
The non-bra countermeasure removable bag 200 has a non-bra countermeasure insertion space 240 at a portion corresponding to the breast position. The bra-less corresponding object insertion space 240 is a rectangle formed by a pair of opposing long sides and a pair of opposing short sides. The lower long side is connected to the lower chest portion 280 of the cloth 250, and the bra-corresponding-article- absence insertion holes 260a and 260b for inserting the bra-corresponding-article-absence 100 or the bra-corresponding-article- absence insertion holes 260a and 260b for inserting the bra-corresponding-article-absence 100 are formed at the corners where the lower long side of the bra-corresponding-article-absence insertion space 240 and the short sides orthogonal thereto meet. A suitable size of the bra- countermeasure insertion openings 260a, 260b is about 40 to 70mm so that the bra-countermeasure 100 inserted into the bra-countermeasure insertion space 240 is not easily removed.
In fig. 7, no-bra-corresponding- object insertion ports 260a and 260b are formed on both sides of the no-bra-corresponding-object insertion space 240, but no-bra-corresponding- object insertion ports 260a and 260b may be formed only on either side. In fig. 7, the bra-corresponding free insertion ports 260a and 260b are formed on both lower sides of the bra-corresponding free insertion space 240, but the bra-corresponding free insertion ports 260a and 260b may be formed on the upper side of the bra-corresponding free insertion space 240.
The upper edge 241 and the lower edge 244 of the bra-corresponding-free insertion space 240 and at least one of the portions 242, 243 excluding the left and right bra-corresponding- free insertion ports 260a, 260b (therefore, in actual practice, there may be a portion which is not connected to the cloth 250 in addition to the bra-corresponding- free insertion ports 260a, 260 b) are connected to the cloth 250 of the bra-corresponding-free detachable bag 200 to form a bra-corresponding-free insertion space.
There are various ways of forming the bra-less counterpart insertion space 240. This will be explained below by way of example. Fig. 8 shows the way: the bra-corresponding free insertion space 240 is manufactured separately from the cloth 250, and the upper side 241 and the lower side 244 of the bra-corresponding free insertion space 240 and the left and right side portions excluding the bra-corresponding free insertion ports 260a and 260b are joined to the cloth 250 (the joining portions are indicated by thick lines). As a manner of joining, sewing may be used, but is not limited thereto. Fig. 9 shows the way: the cloth 250 is cut out in the shape of the developed view in fig. 9 (a), folded along a folding line 244 ' (which is a boundary between the cloth 250 and the portion 240' where the brassiere-free corresponding object insertion space 240 is to be formed), and then only a part of the upper edge 241, the left edge 242, and the right edge 243 of the brassiere-free corresponding object insertion space 240 are joined, whereby the lower edge 244 is formed by the folding line 244 ', as shown in fig. 9 (b). The form of fig. 9 has a reduced number of joints compared to the form of fig. 8, improves workability, and can maintain a more natural undershirt appearance because the lower side 244 of the brassiere-free corresponding object insertion space 240 has no joint, and the lower side 244 and the lower chest portion ("280" in fig. 7) are aligned.
Fig. 10 shows a state after the no-bra-corresponding object 100 is inserted into the no-bra-corresponding object insertion space 240. The brassiere-free corresponding object 100 described in fig. 1 is inserted into the insertion space 240 through the brassiere-free corresponding object insertion ports 260a and 260 b. The brassiere-free counterpart 100 can be projected by the thin net-like cloth.
Fig. 11 shows the front side (chest side) of the appearance in which the undershirt is turned upside down in a state where the brassiere-free counterpart 100 is inserted into the brassiere-free counterpart insertion space 240. As can be seen from fig. 11, the no-bra-countermeasure bagging bag 200 is not recognizable from the outside of the undershirt, but appears only with the same outline as the state of wearing a normal bra. According to the above configuration, various forms and sizes of bra-less counterparts can be selectively inserted and removed in the undershirt, so that the consumer's needs can be satisfied. For example, the brassiere-less countermeasures having various sizes, shapes, and thicknesses are prepared according to the body shape of the user, and a specific user can easily attach and use the brassiere-less countermeasure suitable for the specific user to the brassiere-less countermeasure attaching and detaching bag 200.
Fig. 12 shows an internal state of the brassiere-less countermeasures detachable bag 200 of the present invention attached to a sleeveless undershirt without sleeves. Similar in general to the structure suitable for use in the undershirt of figure 7. In fact, the brassiere-less counterpart detachable pouch 200 of the present invention can be applied to all types of clothes such as long-sleeve undershirts, half-sleeve undershirts, sleeveless undershirts, sweaters, and the like as they are or with slight shape deformation.
Some exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been described above, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. The technical scope of the present invention, that is, the scope of claims, is defined by the claims to be filed.
