Technical Field
The utility model relates to an aerodynamic field generally, particularly, relate to a device of making an uproar falls in fretwork type sawtooth.
Background
In recent years, the field of clean energy shows a rapid development trend. Wind power generators are increasingly used as representatives of clean energy.
The blades of a wind turbine may be as long as more than 30 meters, even 70-80 meters as an important component of the wind turbine, such long blades may cause deviations of the actual blade from the design structure during manufacturing or assembly due to manufacturing or mounting tolerances, e.g. warping or damage of the blade, resulting in increased blade noise.
In order to reduce blade noise, noise reducers are typically used. The existing noise reducer generally uses a saw tooth structure, wherein the saw teeth of the noise reducer are generally flat plate type saw teeth, and the noise reduction effect is general. In addition, the flat plate type saw teeth can only break large shedding vortexes into medium shedding vortexes, and the noise reduction effect is limited.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the serrations have a reduced edge thickness. Here, "reduced edge thickness" means that the edge portion of the serration has a smaller thickness than the non-edge portion. The inventors have found through research that a reduced edge thickness is better able to suppress noise.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the edges of the serrations are smooth. The inventors have found through research that the smooth edges of the serrations contribute to noise suppression. Here, "smooth" refers to a region where no significant protrusion, such as a significant height change, is present.

For example, the body 101 is provided with mounting locations for mounting a plurality of serrations 102. The body 101 may be made of, for example, plastic, metal, wood, fiber reinforced composite, or the like. The body 101 is, for example, a rectangular mounting plate.
A plurality of serrations 102 arranged on the body 102 for noise reduction. In the present example, for example 10 serrations 102 are bonded to the body by a dedicated glue, such as a structural glue. Each serration 102 comprises a plurality of air-permeable voids 103, wherein said voids 103 are arranged on the serration 102 such that the serration has a substantially continuous edge 104. In the present invention, the term "substantially continuous" means that the ratio of the length of the continuous edge to the total edge length is above 70%, preferably above 90%, most preferably 100%. The term "air-passing voids" means that the voids extend through the serrations. Further details regarding the serrations 102 can be found in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of a single serration 102 of a hollowed-out serration noise reducer according to the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the serration 102 has a plurality of voids 103 extending in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body 101. The recess 103 extends, for example, in the longitudinal direction of the serration 102 and has a substantially constant length. That is, the gap 103 is elongated extending perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body 101. The edges of the serrations 102 preferably have a reduced thickness.
