[ first embodiment ]
Fig. 1 is a perspective explanatory view of an indoor unit 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a sectional explanatory view of the indoor unit 1 shown in fig. 1.
The indoor unit 1 is an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and is a ceiling-embedded indoor unit (air conditioner). The indoor unit 1 includes a casing 4 and a decorative panel 5 as exterior decorative members that house various elements such as the blower 2 and the heat exchanger 3. The casing 4 is formed of a box-like body having an open lower end surface, and is disposed in an opening formed in the ceiling C as shown in fig. 2. The decorative panel 5 is formed of a plate body having a quadrangular shape, and has a suction port 6 formed at the center thereof for sucking air in the air-conditioned room. An elongated rectangular air outlet 7 for blowing out the conditioned air into the air-conditioned room is formed around the air inlet 6 so as to extend along each side of the decorative panel 5.
A flap 7a is disposed in each air outlet 7, and the flap 7a adjusts the direction of the air of the conditioned air blown out into the air-conditioned room from the air outlet 7. The flap 7a is rotatable about an axis along the longitudinal direction of the air outlet 7. The rotation of the vanes 7a can be performed by a motor not shown.
A suction grille 8 and a filter 9 for removing dust in the indoor air sucked through the suction port 6 are disposed in this order from the indoor side in the suction port 6 of the decorative panel 5.
A blower 2 and a heat exchanger 3 are disposed inside the casing 4, the blower 2 sucking air inside the air-conditioned room through an intake port 6 of the decorative panel 5 and blowing out conditioned air into the air-conditioned room through an outlet port 7 of the decorative panel 5 after exchanging heat with the air, and the heat exchanger 3 being disposed so as to surround the blower 2. The blower 2 has a motor 10 and an impeller 11.
The heat exchanger 3 is a cross fin-tube type heat exchanger formed by bending so as to surround the blower 2, and a refrigerant pipe from an outdoor unit (not shown) is connected to one end of the heat exchanger 3. A drain pan 12 is disposed below the heat exchanger 3, and the drain pan 12 receives drain water generated by condensation of moisture in the air heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 3. The drain pan 12 is formed with suction holes 13 corresponding to the suction ports 6 of the decorative panel 5. A bell mouth 14 is attached to an inner edge of the suction hole 13, and the bell mouth 14 guides air sucked from the suction port 6 of the decorative panel 5 to the impeller 11 of the blower 2.
A cover member 15 is detachably provided at a corner portion of the decorative panel 5. In order to attach and detach and adjust the decorative panel 5, the cover member 15 is detachably attached to the decorative panel 15 by fitting, for example, by using the deflection of synthetic resin which is a raw material of the cover member 15.
As shown in fig. 3, a wireless LAN adapter 16 is disposed on the rear surface 5a of the interior panel 5 on the inner side and the inside of the cover member 15, and the wireless LAN adapter 16 functions as a network communication unit of the air conditioner. The wireless LAN adapter 16 is held by a mounting bracket 17 made of synthetic resin, and the mounting bracket 17 is fixedly provided on the rear surface 5a of the decorative panel 5. By using the mounting bracket 17, the wireless LAN adapter 16 can be easily disposed at a predetermined position. The wireless LAN adapter 16 has the following general configuration: a printed circuit board on which electronic components are mounted is housed in a synthetic resin box-shaped case. In the example shown in fig. 3, a mounting bracket 17 is disposed at a position away from the cover member 15. However, the mounting bracket 17 may be disposed on the surface of the cover member 15 inside the apparatus.
By providing the wireless LAN adapter 16 inside the detachable cover member 15, even when the wireless LAN adapter 16 needs to be accessed at the time of maintenance, the wireless LAN adapter 16 can be easily accessed only by removing the cover member 15. Further, since the wireless LAN adapter 16 is normally disposed inside the cover member 15 so as not to be visible to the user, the aesthetic appearance of the interior is not degraded by the cable or the like from the indoor unit 1 to the wireless LAN adapter 16.
In the case of the ceiling-embedded indoor unit as in the present embodiment, the wireless LAN adapter 16 may be disposed on the back surface of the ceiling, and in this case, there is a problem as follows: after the installation of the device, the wireless LAN adapter 16 needs to be accessed from an access opening or the like provided in the ceiling to directly contact the wireless LAN adapter 16, which results in poor operability. However, by disposing the wireless LAN adapter 16 inside the detachable cover member 15 as described above, the wireless LAN adapter 16 can be easily accessed.
[ second embodiment ]
Fig. 4 is a perspective explanatory view of an indoor unit 21 of an air conditioning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a sectional explanatory view of the indoor unit 21 shown in fig. 4.
The indoor unit 21 is a floor-mounted indoor unit disposed on the floor F of a living room. The indoor unit 21 includes a box-shaped casing 22 as an exterior decorative member, and various elements such as a blower 23 and a heat exchanger 24 are housed in the casing 22. The air in the room is sucked into the apparatus by the blower 23 through the suction port 25 formed in the front surface of the casing 22, cooled or heated by passing through the heat exchanger 24 disposed in the upper portion of the apparatus, and then blown out into the room through the blow-out port 26 formed in the upper surface of the casing 22. The positions of the suction port 25 and the discharge port 26 can be appropriately selected according to the use, the scale, and the like of the indoor unit 21, and for example, the air sucked from the suction port on the back surface of the casing can be blown out into the room from the discharge port on the front surface of the casing.
The suction port 25 is formed in a suction panel 22a constituting a part of the casing 22, and the suction panel 22a is detachably attached to a front surface panel 22b of the casing 22. An electrical component box 28 is disposed above the machine chamber 27 at the lower portion in the apparatus, and the electrical component box 28 accommodates a printed circuit board P for controlling the indoor unit 21, and the electrical component box 28 is located inside the suction panel 22 a.
