The first locking structure 12 of the inner door handle thumb wheel 061 is an inner door protruding prong 291 extending from the inner door handle thumb wheel 061, the inner door protruding prong 291 having an inner door prong opening 481; the first locking structure 12 of the outside door handle wheel 062 is an outside door protruding fork 292 extending from the outside door handle wheel 062, the outside door protruding fork 292 having an outside door fork opening 482.
The second locking structure 13 of the locking block 10 comprises a protrusion 31 at the end of the locking block 10, the protrusion 31 has a groove 32 opening towards the outside door handle wheel 062, a position-limiting post 30 is arranged in the groove 32, and the position-limiting post 30 is matched with the outside door fork 482.
The limiting column 30 is a cylinder. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a locking tongue locking assembly is further disposed in the lock case 01, and includes a pressing column 35, a locking piece 36 and a return spring 37; the locking flap 36 has a fixed axis of rotation, and the locking flap 36 forms a revolute pair with axial constraint with the lock housing 01 at its axis of rotation; one end of the pressing column 35 is exposed out of the lock case 01 and forms a pressing end 38, the other end of the pressing column 35 is an inclined surface, one end of the locking piece 36 is provided with a second cylindrical member 39, the other end of the pressing column 35 is abutted against the second cylindrical member 39, the other end of the locking piece 36 is provided with a locking tip 40, and the pushing piece 04 is provided with a clamping groove 41 matched with the locking tip 40 (as shown in fig. 10); the pressing column 35 is provided with a long hole 43, the lock shell is provided with a third cylindrical member 44, the third cylindrical member 44 is positioned in the long hole 43, and the pressing column 35 and the lock shell 01 form a moving pair; the lock shell 01 is provided with a third mounting column 42 at one side of the locking piece 36 departing from the pressing column 35, the return spring 37 is arranged on the third mounting column 42, one end of the return spring 37 is propped against the lock shell 01, and the other end of the return spring 37 is propped against the other end of the locking piece 36; the moving direction of the pressing post 35, the moving direction of the locking piece 36, and the moving direction of the pushing piece 04 are located in the same plane or in different planes parallel to each other;
the deadbolt lock assembly has the following specific states: (1) when the pushing piece 04 drives the bolt 02 to retract into the lock case 01 under the pulling of the thumb wheel lever 03, the return spring 37 abuts against the other end of the locking piece 36, so that the locking tip 40 of the locking piece 36 slides into the slot 41 of the pushing piece 04 to lock the pushing piece 04, and one end of the locking piece 36 pushes the pressing column 35 through the second cylindrical member 39, so that the pressing end 38 of the pressing column 35 is exposed out of the lock case 01 or is flush with the surface of the lock case 01 in a bolt locking state. (2) When the pressing end 38 of the pressing column 35 is pressed by an external force, the other end of the pressing column 35 pushes one end of the locking piece 36 via the second cylindrical member 39 to rotate, and the other end of the locking piece 36 rotates along with the pushing piece and slides the locking tip 40 out of the locking groove 41 of the pushing piece 04.
The mechanical lock further comprises a buckle box, the buckle box is formed by fixedly connecting a side plate 45 and a box body 46, the side plate 45 is provided with a through hole (not shown) for the bolt 02 to pass in and out, the box body 46 is communicated with the through hole, and the box body 46 is matched with the bolt 02; the side plate 45 is also provided with a button jack 47, the button jack 47 mating with the pressing end 38 of the pressing post 35.
In summary, the mechanical lock of the present embodiment can achieve the following functions: (1) unlocking a handle: the operating handle 05 drives the poking wheel rod 03 to drive the bolt 02 to retract into the lock shell 01 through the pushing sheet 04, so that the lock is unlocked.
