Further, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the guide wheel 7 is provided with a fixed wheel seat 19, a buffer structure and a mandrel 20; the fixed wheel seat 19 is connected with the transverse adjusting frame 4; the buffer structure is arranged longitudinally, one end of the buffer structure is connected with the fixed wheel seat 19, and the other end of the buffer structure is connected with the mandrel 20 which is arranged transversely; the guide wheel 7 is sleeved on the mandrel 20.

Meanwhile, referring to fig. 3, the buffer structure in this embodiment includes a pre-tightening bolt 21, a pre-tightening nut 22 and a buffer spring 23, a longitudinal guide groove 24 is formed on the fixed wheel seat 19, the pre-tightening bolt 21 is disposed in the longitudinal guide groove 24, the pre-tightening bolt 21 is formed by connecting a large-caliber rod body and a small-caliber rod body, one end of the small-caliber rod body on the pre-tightening bolt 21 extends out of a through hole on an upper side end plate of the fixed wheel seat 19 and is connected with the pre-tightening nut 22 through a thread, and one end of the large-caliber rod body on the pre-tightening bolt 21 is; the buffer spring 23 is sleeved on the small-diameter rod body of the pre-tightening bolt 21, one end of the buffer spring 23 abuts against the back face of the end plate on the upper side of the fixed wheel seat 19, and the other end of the buffer spring abuts against the step face between the large-diameter rod body and the small-diameter rod body.
