Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and effects achieved by the present invention in detail, the following description is given in conjunction with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sliding-type dishwasher 100 of the present invention includes a sliding cover 110, a water platform 120 and a water tank 130, wherein the water tank 130 is disposed on the water platform 120, and the sliding cover 110 is slidable relative to the water tank 130. The mounting structure 1 of the sliding cover is arranged between the sliding cover 110 and the water tank 130, the side wall of the water tank 130 is provided with a hidden first matching part, the sliding cover 110 is provided with a second matching part, and the second matching part is in sliding fit with the first matching part. The side wall of the water tank 130 is fixedly provided with a guide rail 11, and the first matching part is arranged on the guide rail 11. The first fitting portion is recessed into a side wall of the water tank 130. This prevents stains from being accumulated by protruding from the inner side wall of the water tank 130 and occupying the front and rear width of the opening of the water tank 130. Specifically, the first engaging portion is a sliding groove 12, and the second engaging portion is a protruding portion 13. The projection 13 is slidably engaged with the chute 12. The protrusion 13 may be one of a roller, a ball, or a slider. More specifically, the following:
referring to fig. 3 to 5, a first embodiment of the installation structure 1 of the guide rail 11 and the sliding cover of the present invention is shown:
the guide rail 11 and the side wall of the water tank 130 may be formed as an integral structure by press forming or the like. The guide rail 11 is positioned on the outer wall surface of the side wall of the water tank 130 such that the slide groove 12 is positioned on the outer wall surface of the water tank 130, the slide groove 12 communicates with the inside of the water tank 130, and the projection 13 is slidably engaged with the slide groove 12.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper and lower engaging side surfaces 121 of the chute 12 are preferably inclined to form a trapezoidal groove lying on one side, and one side of the trapezoidal groove close to the water tank 130 is preferably formed with a large opening. Therefore, the water liquid remained in the chute 12 can be discharged in time, and the accumulation of stains is avoided.
As shown in fig. 7, preferably, the upper and lower engaging side surfaces 121 of the sliding chute 12 are respectively in a step structure 122, and the step structure 122 forms an inner step surface and an outer step surface with different heights; the step surface in the inner part is obliquely arranged to form a side-lying trapezoidal groove, and a larger opening is formed at one side of the trapezoidal groove close to the water tank 130. Therefore, the accuracy of installation and positioning of the convex part 13 and the sliding groove 12 can be ensured, and the sliding of the sliding cover 110 is ensured.
