Abstract

本实用新型公开一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆在一对所述芯线之外的押出成型的绝缘层,包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被,一对所述芯线并排纵向排列并相互接触在一起。保证整体阻抗不变及两芯线相对位置不变的情况下,减小了两导体间的间距,进而减小了整体线材的外径,同时本实用新型线材具有大于40GHz信号频率的高速数据传输能力。

【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种线缆,尤指一种用于传输高频信号的高速信号线缆。
【背景技术】
现有技术中的高速信号线缆,其通常包括一对信号芯线、围绕在芯线之外的金属屏蔽层、包覆在金属屏蔽层外的绝缘外皮及紧邻金属屏蔽层的接地线(可一对也可单个),一对信号芯线各自均包括内绝缘层及被包覆于所述内绝缘层内的内导体。每个信号芯线的内导体和内绝缘层分别一体成型后再将两信号线并排排列后包覆于金属屏蔽层内。因两独立成型的信号芯线之间位置相对不固定,存在电气特性不稳定的情况。
请参照2018年8月7日公开的中国发明专利第CN108376580A号,其揭示了一种线缆,其包括一对信号芯线、围绕在芯线之外押出成型的绝缘层,包覆在绝缘层外的金属屏蔽层、包覆在金属屏蔽层外的绝缘外皮及紧邻金属屏蔽层的接地线,其两根芯线之间距离较远,芯线之间的位置相对不固定,线材整体的空间大。
所以,有必要提供一种具有信号传输稳定、可靠且制造简单的新型线缆,在保证整体阻抗不变的情况下,尽量减小两导体间的间距,进而减小整体线材的外径,并且使得芯线之间位置相对固定。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种线缆,该线缆在保证阻抗不变的前提下,减小导体间距,从而减小整体线材的外径。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可以采用以下技术方案:一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆在一对所述芯线之外的押出成型的绝缘层,包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被,其特征在于:一对所述芯线并排纵向排列并相互接触在一起。
进一步地,所述芯线包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的押出成型的内绝缘层。
进一步地,所述内导体包括铜内导体、镀银铜内导体、镀锡铜内导体中的任意一种。
进一步地,包括设置在所述金属屏蔽层与所述外被之间的至少一根地线。
进一步地,所述地线位于所述蔽层的左右两侧或上下两侧。
进一步地,所述内绝缘层包括PP、PE、铁氟龙、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中任意一种。
进一步地,所述绝缘层包括PP、PE、铁氟龙、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中任意一种。
进一步地,所述绝缘层与所述芯线之间无空气间隙。
进一步地,所述金属屏蔽层包括铝箔、双层铝箔、铜箔、双层铜箔、半导电包带及镀银铜箔中任意一种。
进一步地,所述金属屏蔽层以螺旋缠绕的方式或纵向包覆的方式包覆所述绝缘层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:两芯线相互接触使得其之间的位置相对固定,同时包覆在两芯线之外的押出成型的绝缘层,使得芯线外变成一个整体绝缘结构,在后续加工中两芯线位置也不容易发生变动,这样保证整体阻抗和两芯线相对位置不变的情况下,相互接触的两芯线减小了两导体间的间距,从而也减小了整体线材的外径。同时本实用新型线材具有大于40GHz信号频率的高速数据传输能力。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,为本实用新型线缆100的第一实施例。所述线缆从内向外依次包括芯线10、绝缘层20、屏蔽层30、地线40及外被50。所述绝缘层20包覆于所述芯线10之外,所述屏蔽层30包覆于所述绝缘层20之外,所述外被50包覆于屏蔽层30之外。所述地线40位于屏蔽层30和外被50之间。
本实施例中所述芯线10包括两根,其相互接触并在纵向方向上延伸。每根所述芯线10分别包括内导体1及包覆内导体1的内绝缘层2,所述内导体1用于传输高速信号。两根所述芯线10的两内绝缘层2均分别押出成型包覆各自的内导体1。所述内导体1可为铜内导体、镀银铜内导体、镀锡铜内导体中的一种。所述内绝缘层包括PP(中文全称:聚乙烯)、PE(中文全称:聚丙烯)、铁氟龙(又称:聚四氟乙烯)、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中任意一种。两根所述芯线10的内绝缘层2相互紧挨在一起。相互紧挨在一起的两根所述芯线10外部包覆有同时押出成型的绝缘层20。这样所述绝缘层20与芯线10之间无空气间隙。紧邻着的两根芯线10使得两内导体1的之间离了两个绝缘层20的厚度,这样两根内导体1的相互位置相对固定,这样在保证内导体1相对位置不变的前提下减小了两内导体1之间的间距,进而减整体线缆的外径。并且所述绝缘层20包覆两根所述芯线10后形成一个整体的绝缘结构,以保证后续的加工制造过程中两芯线10的相对位置不会变动。所述绝缘层20可为PP、PE、铁氟龙、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中任意一种。所述接地线40为两根,两根所述接地线40位于所述屏蔽层30的左右两侧。所述屏蔽层30包括铝箔(AL/PET)、双面铝箔(AL/PET/AL)、铜箔(Cu/PET)、双面铜箔(Cu/PET/Cu)、半导电包带及镀银铜箔中任意一种。所述屏蔽层30以纵向包覆的包覆方式包覆于绝缘层20外或以螺旋缠绕的方式包覆于绝缘层20外,当然。所述外被层50可设置为一层或多层,其材质可以为PET(中文全称:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂)包带。所述外被50缠绕包覆在所述屏蔽层外。
请参阅图2所示,为本实用新型线缆100’的第二实施例。所述线缆100’包括芯线10’、包覆所述芯线的绝缘层20’、包覆所述内绝缘层的屏蔽层30’、及包覆所述屏蔽层30’的外被50’及设置在所述屏蔽层30’与外被50’之间的地线40’。与第一实施例相比本实施例中所述地线40’为一根,其设置在所述屏蔽层30’上侧两根芯线中间靠上的位置。
本实用新型通过中押出芯线后,再增加同时包覆两芯线的第二次押出,并且两芯线相互接触使得其内导体的位置相对固定,一次成型在两芯线外的绝缘层使得线缆变成实心整体绝缘结构,再后续加工中两芯线位置不容易发生变动,另外本实用新型线缆在保证整体阻抗不变的情况下,减小了两导体间的间距,进而减小了整体线材的外径。本实用新型线缆具有大于40GHz信号频率的高速数据传输能力。为线缆高频特性的提高和改善提供了较多的选择。
然而,可以理解的是,尽管在之前描述中提到了本实用新型许多特征和优点,包括一些结构和功能的细节,但本公开仅仅是说明性的,许多细节是可以改变的,尤其是在所附权利要求表述的术语的广义一般含义所表示的原理范围内的部件形状、尺寸和布置上。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆,其包括一对芯线、同时包覆在一对所述芯线之外的押出成型的绝缘层,包覆所述绝缘层的屏蔽层及包覆所述屏蔽层的外被,其特征在于:一对所述芯线并排纵向排列并相互接触在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述一对芯线中的每个均包括内导体及包覆所述内导体的押出成型的内绝缘层。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述内导体包括铜内导体、镀银铜内导体、镀锡铜内导体中的任意一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:进一步包括设置在所述屏蔽层与所述外被之间的至少一根地线。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述地线位于所述蔽层的左右两侧或上下两侧。
6.如权利要求2所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述内绝缘层包括PP、PE、铁氟龙、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层包括PP、PE、铁氟龙、发泡PP、发泡PE、发泡铁氟龙中任意一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层与所述芯线之间无空气间隙。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层包括铝箔、双层铝箔、铜箔、双层铜箔、半导电包带及镀银铜箔中任意一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层以螺旋缠绕的方式或纵向包覆的方式包覆所述绝缘层。
