The web taping apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the positioning and winding mechanism comprises a first fixing plate, a plurality of first guide posts connected with the first fixing plate, a first driving and retracting plate in sliding fit with the first guide posts, a positioning part driving and retracting cylinder for driving the first driving and retracting plate to move forward and backward, a plurality of second guide posts penetrating through the first fixing plate and the first driving and retracting plate, an inner positioning disc arranged at the outer ends of the second guide posts, a positioning winding shaft arranged on the inner positioning disc, a winding motor for driving the positioning winding shaft to rotate, an outer baffle plate arranged at the outer end of the inner positioning disc, and a positioning driven shaft arranged on the outer baffle plate and corresponding to the positioning winding shaft; and one ends of the positioning winding shaft and the positioning driven shaft, which are close to each other, are respectively conical.

The web taping apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the belt material feeding mechanism comprises a plurality of belt material guide wheels arranged on one side of the rack, a feeding shaft arranged at the output ends of the plurality of belt material guide wheels, a regulating wheel arranged at one end of the feeding shaft, a pin wheel arranged on the feeding shaft, a feeding motor driving the feeding shaft to rotate and an elastic pinch roller unit arranged above the pin wheel.

The web taping apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cutter mechanism comprises a material groove connected with the belt material feeding mechanism and the positioning winding mechanism, and a chamfering unit, a belt material cutting unit and a rubber belt cutting unit which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein a first optical fiber sensor used for counting and a second optical fiber sensor used for determining a stub bar are arranged at an inlet of the chamfering unit.

The web taping apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the chamfering unit comprises a chamfering pressing plate arranged above the trough, two chamfering cutters arranged below the trough, a chamfering cylinder driving the two chamfering cutters to advance and retreat, and two chamfering grooves arranged on the chamfering pressing plate and corresponding to the two chamfering cutters.

The web taping apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the strip cutting unit comprises a strip cutter and a strip cutting cylinder for driving the strip cutter to move in and out; the adhesive tape cutting unit comprises an adhesive tape cutter and an adhesive tape cutting cylinder for driving the adhesive tape cutter to move forward and backward.
