Abstract
一种雾化器,包括一药杯装置及一与所述药杯装置接合的主机装置。所述药杯装置包括一用于装盛一液体的壳体、一设置于所述壳体且用于经由震荡而将所述液体雾化喷出的一雾化单元,以及一设置于所述壳体的第一储存单元。所述主机装置包括一供用户操作的输入单元、一用于接收外部操作讯号的通讯单元、一用于提供电压予所述药杯装置的电源供应单元、一电连接所述雾化单元且用于检测经过所述雾化单元后之一回授电压以产生一指示出所述回授电压之回授电压参数的电压检测单元、一电连接所述电源供应单元及所述雾化单元且用于将输入之电压进行电压和频率之转换的电源转换单元、一第二储存单元,以及一控制单元。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型是有关一种雾化器,特别是涉及一种具有一透过读取电连接之储存单元之参数以控制喷雾速率之控制单元的雾化器。
背景技术
现有的雾化器(Nebulizer)于制造过程中,因为雾化器中之用于产生震动的压电片会因为本身的最佳谐振频率(Lowest resonant frequency)的不同,以及所输入电源之电压和频率的不同,而产生不同的震荡频率,进而使得每一个经由相同制造流程所产生的雾化器在使用相同电源的情况下,所产生的喷雾速率依然不尽相同。
有鉴于此,故如何提供一种可通过调整所输入之电源,以精准地由预期之喷雾速率进行喷雾的雾化器。
发明内容
本实用新型之目的在于提供一种可精准调整喷雾速率的雾化器。
本实用新型的雾化器包含一药杯装置,以及一可拆卸地与所述药杯装置接合的主机装置。
所述药杯装置包括一用于装盛一液体的壳体、一设置于所述壳体且用于经由震荡而将所述液体雾化喷出的一雾化单元,以及一设置于所述壳体的第一储存单元。
所述第一储存单元储存有一对应所述雾化单元之一基准喷雾速率的最佳谐振频率参数,以及一相关于所述最佳谐振频率参数的期望回授电压(feedbackvoltage)参数。
所述主机装置包括一用于提供电压予所述药杯装置的电源供应单元、一电连接所述雾化单元且用于检测经过所述雾化单元后之一回授电压以产生一指示出所述回授电压之回授电压参数的电压检测单元、一电连接所述电源供应单元及所述雾化单元且用于将输入之电压进行电压和频率之转换的电源转换单元,以及一电连接所述雾化单元、所述第一储存单元、所述电源供应单元、所述电压检测单元及所述电源转换单元的控制单元。其中,所述控制单元还借由根据所述回授电压参数及该期望回授电压参数控制所述电源供应单元所产生之电压,及控制所述电源转换单元所调整之频率,以使所述雾化单元产生不同的喷雾速率。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:借由所述控制单元根据所述回授电压参数及储存于与所述控制单元电连接的所述第一储存单元的该期望回授电压参数,控制所述电源供应单元所产生之电压及所述电源转换单元所调整之频率,以使所述雾化单元产生不同的喷雾速率。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、2,本实用新型雾化器的一实施例,包含一药杯装置1,以及一可拆卸地与所述药杯装置1接合的主机装置2。
所述药杯装置1包括一用于装盛一液体的壳体11、一设置于所述壳体11且用于经由震荡而将所述液体雾化喷出的一雾化单元12,以及一设置于所述壳体11的第一储存单元13。
所述第一储存单元13储存有一对应所述雾化单元12之一基准喷雾速率的最佳谐振频率参数,以及一相关于所述最佳谐振频率参数的期望回授电压(feedbackvoltage)参数。
所述主机装置2包括一供用户操作的输入单元21、一用于接收外部操作讯号的通讯单元22、一用于提供电压予所述药杯装置1的电源供应单元23、一电连接所述雾化单元12且用于检测经过所述雾化单元12后之一回授电压以产生一指示出所述回授电压之回授电压参数的电压检测单元24、一电连接所述电源供应单元23及所述雾化单元12且用于将输入之电压进行电压和频率之转换的电源转换单元25、一第二储存单元26,以及一电连接所述雾化单元12、所述第一储存单元13、所述输入单元21、所述通讯单元22、所述电源供应单元23、所述电压检测单元24、所述电源转换单元25及所述第二储存单元26的控制单元27。其中,所述控制单元27还借由根据所述电压检测单元24产生之所述回授电压参数及所述第一储存单元13储存之该期望回授电压参数控制所述电源供应单元23所产生之电压,及控制所述电源转换单元25所调整之频率,以使所述雾化单元12产生不同的喷雾速率。
所述第二储存单元26储存有多个用于将所述基准喷雾速率调整至多个期望喷雾速率且相关于电压的调整电压参数。所述控制单元27还借由根据所述第二储存单元26储存之所述调整电压参数控制所述电源供应单元23所产生之电压,以使所述雾化单元12产生不同的喷雾速率。
在所述实施例中,所述雾化单元12之实施态样例如为一由喷孔片及压电片所组合而成的震荡结构,但不以此为限。所述输入单元21之实施态样例如为一按键,但不以此为限。所述通讯单元22之实施态样例如为一无线网络通讯芯片,但不以此为限。所述电源供应单元23之实施态样例如为一电池或一电源供应器,但不以此为限。所述电压检测单元24之实施态样例如为一电压传感器或一电压感测电路,但不以此为限。所述电源转换单元25之实施态样例如为一用于升压变频的二阶RLC电路,但不以此为限。所述第一储存单元13及所述第二储存单元26之实施态样例如为一非挥发性内存,但不以此为限。所述控制单元27之实施态样例如为一微处理器,但不以此为限。
综上所述,本实用新型雾化器,借由所述控制单元27根据所述回授电压参数、储存于与所述控制单元27电连接所述第一储存单元13的该期望回授电压参数,及储存于与所述控制单元27电连接的所述第二储存单元26储存的所述调整电压参数,控制所述电源供应单元23所产生之电压及所述电源转换单元25所调整之频率,以使所述雾化单元12产生不同的喷雾速率。因此,确实能达成本实用新型之目的。

Claims (1)
1.一种雾化器,其特征在于:包含:
一药杯装置,包括一用于装盛一液体的壳体、一设置于所述壳体且用于经由震荡而将所述液体雾化喷出的一雾化单元,以及一设置于所述壳体的第一储存单元,所述第一储存单元储存有一对应所述雾化单元之一基准喷雾速率的最佳谐振频率参数,以及一相关于所述最佳谐振频率参数的期望回授电压参数;及
一主机装置,可拆卸地与所述药杯装置接合,所述主机装置包括一用于提供电压予所述药杯装置的电源供应单元、一电连接所述雾化单元且用于检测经过所述雾化单元后之一回授电压以产生一指示出所述回授电压之回授电压参数的电压检测单元、一电连接所述电源供应单元及所述雾化单元且用于将输入之电压进行电压和频率之转换的电源转换单元,以及一电连接所述雾化单元、所述第一储存单元、所述电源供应单元、所述电压检测单元及所述电源转换单元的控制单元。
