The cutting table 2a is used for flatly spreading the coil materials, so that the coil materials are flatly spread out and are cut by the cutting knife 2 g;
the upright post 2b is fixedly arranged above the cutting table 2a and is used for providing a working space for the cutting knife 2g, the linear driver 2d is fixedly arranged at the top end of the top plate 2c and is used for driving the movable plate 2e to descend vertically downwards, a coil is placed on the cutting table 2a, the linear driver 2d starts to work, the working end of the linear driver 2d descends vertically downwards, the working end of the linear driver 2d drives the movable plate 2e to descend vertically, the guide pillar 2f on the horizontal plate is used for preventing the movable plate 2e from rotating left and right, the movable plate 2e drives the cutting knife 2g to descend downwards, and the cutting knife 2g cuts the coil so as to achieve the production purpose;
the cut finished products fall into the material receiving box 7 through the material dropping hole 2a1, and are convenient for collection by workers.
The material receiving box 7 further comprises a sieve plate 7b and a second opening and closing door 7c, the sieve plate 7b is horizontally arranged inside the material receiving box 7, the side wall of the sieve plate 7b is overlapped with the inner wall of the material receiving box 7, and the horizontal plane of the sieve plate 7b is lower than the bottom end of the first opening and closing door 7 a; the second opening and closing door 7c is arranged below the first opening and closing door 7a, and the top end of the second opening and closing door 7c is lower than the horizontal plane of the sieve plate 7 b;
the second dust removing mechanism 5 comprises a glass plate 6a, a first dust suction port 6b, a second dust suction port 6c, a dust removing pipe 6d, HEPA 6e, a suction type air blower 6f and an air blowing pipe 6h, the side surface of the glass plate 6a surrounding the cutting table 2a, the cutting table 2a and the lifting workbench form a closed environment, and strip-shaped openings are formed in the bottom ends of the glass plate 6a at the two ends of the cutting table 2 a;
the suction end of the first dust suction port 6b penetrates through the side face of the glass plate 6a and is arranged towards the working face of the cutting table 2a, the suction end of the second dust suction port 6c penetrates through the side face of the material receiving box 7 and is arranged towards the inside of the material receiving box 7, the suction end of the first dust suction port 6b is positioned above the sieve plate 7b, the dust suction pipe is an F-shaped pipeline, the other ends of the first dust suction port 6b and the second dust suction port 6c are connected with two ends of a dust removal pipe 6d, the bottom end of the dust removal pipe 6d is provided with a waste scrap collecting box 6g, and the working end of the suction type air blower 6F is provided with a HEPA 6e and is connected with the inside of the waste scrap; the blowing pipes 6h are installed at four corners of the cutting table 2a, the working ends of the blowing pipes 6h face the blanking holes 2a1, and the blowing pipes 6h are connected with the exhaust end of the air compressor.
The side surface of the glass plate 6a surrounding the cutting table 2a, the cutting table 2a and the lifting workbench are shaped, so that a closed environment can be provided, and the dust-free requirement of the working environment is ensured;
fluff or debris is generated in the cutting process, and when the air compressor works, the air blowing pipe 6h can blow the fluff or debris on the cutting table 2a or blow the fluff or debris into the blanking hole 2a1, so that the fluff or debris can be conveniently treated.
After the suction type blower 6f is started, a low-pressure effect is formed in a closed environment through the dust removing pipe 6d, the first dust suction port 6b and the second dust suction port 6c, suction force can be generated on the surface of the cutting table 2a through the first dust suction port 6b, fluff and debris blown up through the air blowing pipe 6h can be sucked into the waste scrap collecting box 6g through the first dust suction port 6b, suction force can be generated inside the material receiving box 7 through the second dust suction port 6c, after finished products fall into the material receiving box 7, the fluff or debris which are not sucked away through the first dust suction port 6b on the finished products can fall into the bottom of the material receiving box 7 through the sieve plate 7b, the fluff or debris at the bottom of the material receiving box 7 can be sucked into the waste scrap collecting box through the second dust suction port 6c, and the nappa 6e is used for preventing the fluff or debris from entering the interior of the suction type blower 6;
the sieve plate 7b divides the material receiving box 7 into an upper space and a lower space, the top space of the sieve plate 7b is used for storing finished products, and the bottom space of the sieve plate 7b is used for collecting fluff and debris; when the fluff or the scraps generated by cutting are not collected by the second dust collection port 6c, the fluff or the scraps fall into the bottom of the material collection box 7, and the fluff or the scraps can be manually treated by opening the second opening and closing door 7 c.
The blank pressing mechanism 3 comprises a blank pressing frame 3a, a first lifting column 3b and a first spring 3c, the first lifting column 3b is arranged at four corners of the movable plate 2e in a lifting mode, a first stop block 3b1 abutted against the top end of the movable plate 2e is arranged at the top end of the first lifting column 3b, the first spring 3c is sleeved on the first lifting column 3b, the blank pressing frame 3a is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the first lifting column 3b, and two ends of the first spring 3c are abutted against the top end of the blank pressing frame 3a and the bottom end of the movable plate 2e respectively;
under the non-working state, the edge pressing frame 3a is positioned below the cutting knife 2g, and the inner wall of the side surface of the edge pressing frame 3a is in clearance fit with the outer wall of the side surface of the cutting knife 2 g.
When the movable plate 2e vertically moves downwards, the blank pressing frame 3a is driven to move downwards, firstly, the blank pressing frame 3a contacts with a coil material which is flatly spread on the cutting table 2a and presses four sides of the coil material, then, the cutting knife 2g cuts the coil material, in the process, the first lifting column 3b overcomes the resilience force of the first spring 3c and vertically moves upwards relative to the movable plate 2e, after the cutting is finished, the movable plate 2e resets, and the blank pressing frame 3a is still pressed on the four sides of the coil material under the action of the resilience force of the first spring 3c until the movable plate 2e returns to the initial position;
the first stopper 3b1 is used to prevent the first lifting column 3b from falling vertically downward from the movable plate 2 e.
The pushing mechanism 4 comprises a pushing plate 4a, a second lifting column 4b and a second spring 4c, the second lifting column 4b is arranged at four corners of the movable plate 2e in a lifting mode, a second stop block 4b1 abutted against the top end of the movable plate 2e is arranged at the top end of the second lifting column 4b, the second spring 4c is sleeved on the second lifting column 4b, the pushing plate 4a is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the second lifting column 4b, and two ends of the second spring 4c are abutted against the top end of the pushing plate 4a and the bottom end of the movable plate 2e respectively;
in a non-working state, the material pushing plate 4a is located below the cutting knife 2g, and the side wall of the material pushing plate 4a is smaller than the side inner wall of the cutting knife 2g and smaller than the blanking hole 2a 1.
When the movable plate 2e vertically moves downwards, the pushing plate 4a is driven to move downwards, firstly, the pushing plate 4a contacts and presses the coil material flatly spread on the cutting table 2a, then, the cutting knife 2g cuts the coil material, in the process, the second lifting column 4b overcomes the resilience force of the second spring 4c and vertically moves upwards relative to the movable plate 2e, after the cutting is finished, the second lifting column 4b overcomes the resilience force of the second spring 4c and vertically moves downwards relative to the movable plate 2e, and the finished product is pushed into the blanking hole 2a1 by the pushing plate 4a until the movable plate 2e resets;
the second stopper 4b1 is used to prevent the second lifting column 4b from falling vertically downward from the movable plate 2 e.
The discharging rack 1 also comprises a reel bracket 1a, a winding shaft 1b, a first rotary driver 1c, a first rubber shaft 1d, a second rubber shaft 1e, a second rotary driver 1f and a guide shaft 1g,
