In the existing household dish washing machine, the disinfection is mostly carried out by adopting modes such as high temperature and ultraviolet lamp, the ultraviolet lamp disinfection is influenced by the placement of tableware, and the effect is limited. The ozone and water are mixed, the disinfection effect is good, in the current technical scheme, a water storage tank, a liquid storage barrel and an ozone generator need to be added to be mutually connected to form an ozone water generation system, in the ozone water generation system, the water storage tank and the liquid storage barrel are added, the product cost is increased, the whole system is complex, the performance is unstable, and the water leakage risk of the dish washing machine is increased. And the washing and sterilizing effects are poor, and the user experience is poor.
In order to ameliorate at least some of the above problems, the present application provides a dishwasher base and a dishwasher comprising the dishwasher base. For convenience of description, the dishwasher of the present embodiment will be described as a whole. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a dishwasher 010 from a first perspective according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a second perspective of a dishwasher 010 according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of a third perspective of a dishwasher 010 according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 4 is a sectional view of a dishwasher 010 according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the dishwasher 010 of the present embodiment includes a housing (not shown), a dishwasher base 100, a housing 200 and an ozone generator 300. The dishwasher chassis 100 and the housing 200 together enclose a washing chamber for washing and disinfecting dishes, fruits and vegetables. A spray assembly (not shown) is provided in the washing chamber for spraying a fluid medium, such as water, required for washing.
The dishwasher base 100 includes a base body 110, a cup 120 disposed at the base body 110, and a mixing chamber 130. The cup 120 is formed by a downward depression of the holder body 110, and thus has an opening toward the washing chamber. The cup 120 may be integrally formed with the holder body 110 or detachably connected thereto. The cup 120 has a water inlet 121 for communicating with an external water source. In this embodiment, the outer end of the water inlet 121 is connected with a water inlet pipe 124, the water inlet pipe 124 is located at the outer side of the seat body 110, and the other end of the water inlet pipe 124 is used for connecting with an external water source. An inlet valve 125 is also provided on the inlet pipe 124 so as to controllably start or stop the supply of water to the cup 120. Note that, here, the outer side of the seat body 110 refers to a side of the seat body 110 facing away from the washing chamber, and the inner side of the seat body 110 refers to a side of the seat body 110 facing towards the washing chamber.
Further, the cup 120 is further provided with a water outlet 123, a drain valve (not shown) can be disposed at the water outlet 123, and the drain valve can be opened when the water needs to be discharged from the cup 120, so that the water can be discharged from the cup 120. For example, after washing is finished, a drain valve may be opened to drain water.
In the present embodiment, the mixing chamber 130 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 110, i.e., at the outer side of the housing 110. The mixing chamber 130 is adjacent the cup 120 and communicates through the passage 122. A common wall is provided between the mixing chamber 130 and the cup 120 and the passage 122 opens into the common wall. When the water in the cup 120 reaches a certain level (over the passage 122), the water in the cup 120 enters the mixing chamber 130.
The mixing chamber 130 is provided with an ozone inlet 131 and a water outlet 132, in this embodiment, the ozone inlet 131 is connected to the ozone generator 300 through an air inlet pipe 310, and the water outlet 132 is connected to the shower assembly in the washing chamber through a water pump (which is disposed outside the base body 110 and is hidden here) and a pipeline.
For convenient arrangement, the ozone generator 300 is disposed at a side of the housing 200 away from the dishwasher base 100, i.e., a top in a normal use state. The base 110 is further provided with a spray inlet 112 communicating the inner side and the outer side of the base 110, the outer end of the water outlet 132 is connected to a water pump, the water pump is connected to the spray inlet 112 through a pipeline (not shown) located outside the base 110, and the spray assembly in the washing chamber can be communicated with the water pump and the mixing chamber 130 through the spray inlet 112. The water pump can thus pump the medium in the mixing chamber 130 to the spray assembly to complete the spraying operation.
The bottom of the mixing chamber 130 is provided with a heating device 140, and the heating device 140 is used for heating the medium in the mixing chamber 130 to adjust the temperature of the medium during washing or sterilization. In the present embodiment, the heating device 140 may be a thermal resistance wire, an electric heating sheet, a ceramic heating sheet, or the like. It should be understood that the heating device 140 is not limited to be disposed at the bottom of the mixing chamber 130, but may be disposed around the mixing chamber 130.
In this embodiment, the dishwasher 010 further comprises an air pump 320 disposed at the air inlet pipe 310, the air pump 320 is disposed adjacent to the ozone generator 300 and also disposed at a side of the housing 200 away from the dishwasher base 100. An air pump 320 is used to provide air flow pressure to pump ozone into the mixing chamber 130.
The dishwasher 010 further includes a high voltage pack 330, the high voltage pack 330 is disposed at the top of the housing 200, the high voltage pack 330 is electrically connected to the air pump 320 and the ozone generator 300, and the high voltage pack 330 is used for providing a stable voltage to the air pump 320 and the ozone generator 300.
Further, the dishwasher 010 may further include a controller (not shown in the drawings), and the controller is electrically connected to the water pump, the air pump 320, the drain valve, the water inlet valve 125, and the heating device 140 of the ozone generator 300 to control the respective elements to perform corresponding actions.
The working method of the dishwasher 010 provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:
by opening the inlet valve 125, water from the external source enters the cup 120 through the inlet tube 124, the inlet 121. When the water inflow reaches the preset amount, the high-pressure bag 330 is powered on, the ozone generator 300 and the air pump 320 work, the air pump 320 provides air flow pressure, so that ozone flows along the air inlet pipe 310 and finally flows into the mixing chamber 130 through the ozone inlet 131 to be fully mixed with water in the mixing chamber 130 to form ozone water, and the water pump is started to pump water from the water outlet 132 of the mixing chamber 130. Ozone water enters the spraying assembly from the spraying inlet 112 under the driving of the water pump, finally impacts fruits, vegetables or tableware in the washing chamber, and the pesticide residues on the fruits and vegetables and bacteria in the washing chamber are removed by utilizing the principle of ozone. The washing effect is good, the whole dish washing machine 010 is compact and reasonable in structure and stable in performance, and better use experience can be provided for users.
To sum up, dish washer base and dish washer in this application are integrated in the dish washer base with the mixing chamber, and communicate with the drinking cup. Water in the cup can enter the mixing chamber through the channel and is mixed with ozone entering from the ozone inlet to obtain ozone water. The ozone water can be connected with a spraying component in the washing chamber through a water outlet so as to realize the spraying of the ozone water. Such a dishwasher has a function of preparing ozone water, is compact and stable, and enables more efficient mixing of ozone and water. Therefore, the dishwasher of the present application has a better use experience. Further, a heating device is provided for heating the mixing chamber so that a user can control the temperature of the ozonated water.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
