A converter sealing device comprises a front door plate (1) and a rear door plate (2), wherein the rear door plate (2) is tightly attached to the rear side of the front door plate (1), a hinge group (3) is arranged on the right side wall of the front door plate (1), a handle (4) is arranged on the front side wall of the front door plate (1), and a sealing ring (5) is sleeved on the outer side of the rear door plate (2); the device is characterized by further comprising an adsorption box (6), wherein the adsorption box (6) is installed on the front side of the front door plate (1), an adsorption cavity is arranged inside the adsorption box (6), the top end of the adsorption box (6) is communicated with a replacement port, a cover plate (7) is arranged at the replacement port, adsorption carbon is placed inside the adsorption cavity, the rear side of the converter is hermetically communicated with an air inlet pipe, a dredging valve is arranged on the air inlet pipe, the rear side input end of the air inlet pipe penetrates through the front door plate (1) and the rear door plate (2) and extends out of the rear side of the rear door plate (2), the air inlet pipe, the front door plate (1) and the rear door plate (2) are mechanically sealed, an exhaust fan (8) is hermetically communicated above the right side wall of the adsorption box (6), the device further comprises a fixed shaft (9), a rotating handle (10), a rotating column (11) and a stirring rod group (12), the stirring rod group (12) is located inside the adsorption box, the top end of the rotating column (11) is connected with the fixed shaft (9), the stirring rod group (12) is arranged on the rotating column (11), the top end of the cover plate (7) is communicated with a through groove, and it is rotatable to be fixed with the bearing group to lead to the inslot wall, the bottom of rotating post (11) passes the bearing group and stretches into inside adsorbing box (6), the fixed cover in rotating post (11) outside is equipped with two sets of spacing collars (13), two sets of spacing collars (13) contact with apron (7) top and bottom respectively, still include two sets of bradyseism boards (14), two sets of bradyseism springs and two sets of bradyseism piece (15), install respectively in adsorbing box (6) left side top and below two sets of bradyseism board (14) bottoms, two sets of bradyseism spring one end are connected with two sets of bradyseism board (14) inboards respectively, two sets of bradyseism spring other ends are connected with two sets of bradyseism piece (15) respectively, exhaust fan (8) clamp between two sets of bradyseism piece (15).

The converter sealing device according to claim 1, further comprising a support platform (16), a cleaning box (17) and a discharge pipe (18), wherein the support platform (16) is installed at the rear side of the rear door panel (2), the cleaning box (17) is installed at the top end of the support platform (16), a cleaning cavity is arranged inside the cleaning box (17), the top end of the cleaning box (17) is communicated with a feed inlet, a baffle cover (19) is screwed at the feed inlet, the input end of the discharge pipe (18) penetrates through the upper side of the side wall of the cleaning box (17) and extends into the lower portion of the inner portion of the cleaning box (17), the input end of the discharge pipe (18) is communicated with a discharge pump (20), the discharge pipe (18) is mechanically sealed with the cleaning box (17), the converter sealing device further comprises a communicating pipe (21) and a communicating hose (22), the input end of the communicating hose (22) is hermetically communicated with the output end of the communicating pipe (21), and, one end of the adjusting spring group is connected with the inner side of the communicating pipe (21), the other end of the adjusting spring group is connected with the fixing ring (23), the fixing ring (23) is provided with a notch, and the fixing ring (23) is clamped and sleeved on the outer side of the output end of the discharging pipe (18).

The converter sealing device according to claim 2, further comprising a mounting tube and a dismounting tube (24), wherein the mounting tube is in sealing communication with the communication hose (22), a first thread is arranged on the outer side of the mounting tube, a second thread matched with the first thread is arranged on the inner side of the dismounting tube (24), the mounting tube is screwed into the dismounting tube (24), and a sponge wiper (25) is arranged on the outer side of the dismounting tube (24).

The sealing device for the converter according to claim 3, further comprising an auxiliary vibration spring, an auxiliary vibration plate and a waterproof oscillator (26), wherein the right end of the auxiliary vibration spring is installed on the right side wall inside the cleaning box (17), the left end of the auxiliary vibration spring is connected with the auxiliary vibration plate, the waterproof oscillator (26) is installed on the auxiliary vibration plate, and the waterproof oscillator (26) is provided with a power supply module.

The converter sealing device according to claim 4, further comprising a placing box (27), wherein the placing box (27) is mounted on a front side wall of the front door panel (1), a placing cavity is formed inside the placing box (27), a placing opening is formed in the top end of the placing box (27) in a communicating manner, the converter sealing device further comprises a push plate (28), a push rod (29) and a push block (30), the push block (30) is located inside the placing cavity, the top end of the push rod (29) is connected with the bottom end of the push block (30), and the bottom end of the push rod (29) penetrates through the bottom side wall of the placing box (27) and extends to the lower side of the placing box (27) to be connected with the push plate (28).

The sealing device for the converter according to claim 5, comprising two sets of upper reset blocks, two sets of reset springs (31) and two sets of lower reset blocks, wherein the two sets of upper reset blocks are respectively installed at the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the placing box (27), the top ends of the two sets of reset springs (31) are respectively connected with the bottom ends of the two sets of upper reset blocks, the bottom ends of the two sets of reset springs (31) are respectively connected with the top ends of the two sets of lower reset blocks, and the two sets of lower reset blocks are both installed at the top end of the push plate (28).

The converter sealing device according to claim 6, wherein the front door panel (1) and the rear door panel (2) are provided with observation holes in a communication manner, the two groups of observation holes are communicated with each other, the transparent observation plate (32) is arranged at the communication position of the two groups of observation holes in a sealing manner, the converter sealing device further comprises a handheld plate (33) and a sponge block (34), the sponge block (34) is arranged at the left side of the handheld plate (33), the top end of the handheld plate (33) is provided with a hanging ring (35), the front side wall of the front door panel (1) is provided with a hook (36), and the hanging ring (35) is hung on the hook (36).

The converter sealing device according to claim 7, further comprising a water spraying pot (37), wherein the water spraying pot (37) is installed on the right side of the hand-held plate (33), a water storage cavity is arranged inside the water spraying pot (37), a plurality of groups of spraying pipes (38) are hermetically communicated with the side wall of the water spraying pot (37), a spraying pipe valve (39) is arranged on the water spraying pot (37), the output ends of the plurality of groups of spraying pipes (38) all penetrate through the hand-held plate (33) and are in contact with the sponge block (34), a liquid inlet pipe is hermetically communicated with the top end of the water spraying pot (37), and a liquid inlet valve is arranged on the liquid inlet pipe.
