Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of a first angled cross-sectional view of a smokeless electronic cigarette; figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of a second angled cross-sectional view of a smokeless electronic cigarette.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the "first end" mentioned in the following description is a right end shown in the drawing, and the "second end" is a left end shown in the drawing. The application provides a heating device includes: the heating device comprises an accommodating component, a heating component, a to-be-heated part and a first abutting component. The connection relationship and the operation principle of the above components will be described in detail below.
In this embodiment, the heat generating component 11, the to-be-heated portion 21, and the first abutting member 12 are all disposed inside the accommodating component, which may include a first accommodating portion and a second accommodating portion. The first end of the first receiving portion may communicate with the second end of the second receiving portion, the heat generating component 11 may be disposed at the first end of the first receiving portion, and the portion-to-be-heated 21 may be disposed in the second receiving portion. In this embodiment, the shape of the outer portion of the part to be heated 21 may be adapted to the shape of the inner portion of the second accommodating portion, so that the part to be heated 21 can be relatively tightly mounted on the inner portion of the second accommodating portion.
In order to further ensure the tight fit between the to-be-heated portion 21 and the inner portion of the second accommodating portion, in the present embodiment, the first abutting member 12 is disposed between the to-be-heated portion 21 and the second end of the second accommodating portion, that is, two ends of the first abutting member 12 in the extending direction of the second accommodating portion (i.e., the direction determined by the line connecting the first end and the second end of the second accommodating portion in the present embodiment) abut against the second end of the second accommodating portion and the to-be-heated portion 21, respectively, so that one end of the to-be-heated portion 21, which is far away from the first abutting member 12, is forced against the second accommodating portion or other members in the second accommodating portion. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is possible to always fixedly mount the to-be-heated portion 21 in the second housing portion by employing the first abutting members 12 having different lengths in the extending direction of the second housing portion to fit the to-be-heated portions 21 having different lengths in the same direction.
One or both of the end surfaces of the first contact member 12 in the extending direction of the second housing portion is formed with a groove portion 121, and a through hole 122 penetrating the groove portion 121 is formed. In the present embodiment, one end face of the first abutting member 12 away from the portion-to-be-heated 21 may be formed with a groove portion 121, and at the bottom of this groove portion 121, for example, two through holes 122 penetrating this groove portion 121 may be formed, although the number of the through holes 122 is not limited thereto. The groove 121 is provided to increase the flow capacity of the first contact member 12 to some extent while ensuring the stability of the contact structure of the first contact portion. Further, without being limited thereto, the groove portion may be provided on one end surface of the first abutting member 12 near the portion-to-be-heated 21, or on both end surfaces of the first abutting member 12 facing the second accommodating portion and the portion-to-be-heated 21. As for the manner of communication of the first accommodating portion and the second accommodating portion, a detailed description will be given below.
The first end of the first accommodating part and the second end of the second accommodating part may communicate with each other, wherein a first hole penetrating through an end surface of the first end of the first accommodating part is formed in the end surface, a second hole penetrating through the end surface is formed in the end surface of the second end of the second accommodating part at a position corresponding to the first hole, and the first accommodating part and the second accommodating part communicate with each other by communicating the first hole and the second hole. In order to communicate the first hole portion and the second hole portion, in the present embodiment, the first end of the first housing portion may be formed as a connecting portion extending toward the second housing portion, the first housing portion and the second housing portion in the present embodiment may be formed in a cylindrical shape, and further, the first end of the first housing portion and the second end of the second housing portion may be formed in a cylindrical shape, and thus the connecting portion may also be formed in a cylindrical shape. The inner side portion of the cylindrical connection portion may be formed with an internal thread, the second end of the second receiving portion may be formed with an external thread adapted to the internal thread, and the internal thread is engaged with the external thread to connect the first end of the first receiving portion and the second end of the second receiving portion such that the first hole portion and the second hole portion corresponding in position are communicated with each other.
The purpose of the above-described communication between the first accommodating section and the second accommodating section is to enable an air flow to flow from the first accommodating section to the second accommodating section, that is, to enable the air flow to flow through the heat generating component 11 and the portion-to-be-heated 21 in sequence. In the present embodiment, the heat generating component 11 can generate heat to heat the air flow flowing through the heat generating component 11, and the heated air flow is used for heating the portion to be heated 21. In this embodiment, the portion to be heated 21 may be a carrier for accommodating a material to be heated, and the portion to be heated 21 may be formed with a plurality of hole portions (for example, the two ends of the portion to be heated 21 may be formed with a plurality of passages penetrating through the two ends) and communicate with each other at least along the two ends of the second accommodating portion in the extending direction. That is, in the embodiment, at least both ends of the portion-to-be-heated 21 communicate and a plurality of hole portions are formed, however, not limited thereto, the hole portions may be formed at portions of the side portions of the portion-to-be-heated 21 that are opposite to each other.
In this embodiment, since the heated hot air flow is used to heat the portion to be heated 21, so that the portion to be heated 21 does not directly contact with the heat generating component 11, compared to a heating method of heating the portion to be heated 21 by the heat generating component 11 in a contact manner, the heating temperature of this heating method in this embodiment is relatively low. On the basis of this principle, different heating temperatures may be adopted according to different materials to be heated accommodated by the portion to be heated 21. That is, after the material to be heated is heated by the above-mentioned hot gas flow, since the temperature of the hot gas flow is relatively lower than the temperature of the contact heating of the heat generating component, the rate of generation of the gaseous component is relatively slow, and thus the gaseous component is not condensed into liquid droplets, so that the gas flow flowing through the portion to be heated 21 is composed of the gaseous component. Therefore, the problem that the gas flow flowing through the part to be heated 21 generates gaseous components at a too high rate in a contact heating mode, and the gaseous components are generated in a large amount in a certain time, so that the gaseous components are condensed into liquid drops to generate smoke is avoided.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the gas flow passing through the portion to be heated 21 may still include a certain amount of liquid droplets and solid particle components, and the content of these components is within the tolerance allowed by those skilled in the art.
The embodiment also provides a smokeless electronic cigarette, which comprises the heating device. In this embodiment, the first receiving portion may include a battery tube 1a and a connection socket 1b connected to each other (the first receiving portion includes a space defined after the battery tube 1a and the connection socket 1b are assembled), the heat generating component 11 may be disposed in the connection socket 1b, the second receiving portion may include a nozzle housing 2, and the portion-to-be-heated 21 is disposed in the nozzle housing 2. The second end of the connection seat 1b may be inserted into the first end of the battery tube 1a, and the first end of the connection seat 1b may form the connection portion, and be connected with the external thread of the outer side portion of the nozzle housing 2 through an internal thread. In conjunction with the above description, the connection part, the battery tube 1a, and the second end of the nozzle housing 2 may each have a cylindrical shape.
As for the main body portion of the connector holder 1b (i.e., the portion of the connector holder 1b that accommodates the heat generating component 11), in the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the end of the main body portion of the connector holder 1b near the nozzle housing 2 may be slightly larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the battery tube 1a, and the outer diameter of the other end may be smaller than the inner diameter of the battery tube 1 a. So that the connecting holder 1b is inserted into the battery tube 1 a.
In the present embodiment, the shape of the outer side portion of the first end of the nozzle housing 2 may be formed in a tapered shape when viewed in the direction shown in fig. 1, and the cross section when viewed along the first end of the nozzle housing 2 may be an ellipse (the major axis of the cross section of the ellipse may be the vertical direction in fig. 1). Such an arrangement makes it easier for the first end of the nozzle 22 to fit the mouth of the user.
In the present embodiment, a suction nozzle 22 is further provided inside the first end of the suction nozzle housing 2 (the suction nozzle 22 is the "other member" provided in the second accommodating portion mentioned in the above description), the first end of the suction nozzle 22 abuts against the inner side portion of the suction nozzle housing 2, and the second end of the suction nozzle 22 abuts against the portion-to-be-heated 21. In this embodiment, the mouthpiece 22 may be formed from a flexible filter material for purifying the airflow through the mouthpiece 22.
In this embodiment, the smokeless electronic cigarette further includes a power supply control device, and the power supply control device is configured to supply power to the heating component 11 when the airflow flows through the power supply control device. The power supply control device comprises a power supply 13 arranged inside the battery tube 1a and used for supplying power to the heating component 11, and an airflow switch component 14 arranged inside the battery tube 1 a.
In this embodiment, the airflow switch assembly 14 includes an airflow switch 141 and a second fixing base 142 sleeved on an outer side of the airflow switch 141. The second fixing base 142 may be formed in a cylindrical shape, and one bottom surface of the second fixing base 142 having the cylindrical shape may be formed with a groove portion for receiving the air flow switch 141. The outer side of the second fixing base 142 may further form a plurality of annular fixing protrusions, and the fixing protrusions enable the outer side of the second fixing base 142 to have a portion with an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the battery tube 1a, so that the second fixing base 142 and the battery tube 1a form an "interference fit", and the position of the airflow switch 141 relative to the battery tube 1a is fixed. On this basis, the airflow switch 141 may be electrically connected to the power source 13 and the heat generating component 11, for turning on the electrical connection of the power source 13 and the heat generating component 11 when the airflow flows through the airflow switch 141, so that the heat generating component 11 heats the airflow flowing through the heat generating component 11.
In this embodiment, the heat generating component 11 is arranged in a manner similar to that of the airflow switch component 14 described above. The heating element 11 may include a heating wire and a first fixing base 112 disposed on an outer side of the heating wire. In this embodiment, the shape and the outer side of the first fixing base 112 may be set in the same manner as the second fixing base 142, and the first fixing base 112 may be formed with a channel penetrating through both end surfaces of the first fixing base 112, and the inner side of one end of the channel may be formed with a fixing ring, and the end surface of the fixing ring facing the other end of the channel may be formed with a plurality of fixing grooves. The heating wire is inserted into the fixing groove through the fixing support legs matched with the fixing groove in number and position, and therefore fixing is achieved. The advantage of this fixation is that the heating wire is not in contact with the first fixing base 112, which reduces the aging rate of the first fixing base 112 to some extent, while reserving a passage for the air flow passing through the heating wire.
In addition, in this embodiment, the smokeless electronic cigarette further includes a charging assembly 3. The charging assembly 3 may include a charging plate 31 electrically connected to the power supply 13, a charging connector 32 electrically connected to the charging plate 31 and capable of being electrically connected to an external power supply, and a third receiving portion for receiving the charging plate 31 and the charging connector 32. In this embodiment, the third accommodating portion may include a charging base 33, the charging base 33 being formed with a through hole through which the charging connector 32 passes so that the charging connector 32 is exposed to an outer side portion of the charging base 33, and a concave portion that is engaged with the charging plate 31.
In this embodiment, the charging board 31 may be a PCB (printed circuit board), and the PCB may be provided with a short-circuit protection circuit and an overload protection circuit, so as to protect the short-circuit protection circuit and the overload protection circuit when the power supply 13 is short-circuited or overloaded.
Based on the above-described features, the material selection and the operation principle of each component of the smokeless electronic cigarette will be described below. In this embodiment, the nozzle housing 2 may be formed of PCTG (amorphous copolyester), the first abutting member 12, the first fixing seat 112, and the second fixing seat 142 may be formed of silica gel, the connecting seat 1b may be formed of copper, the battery tube 1a may be formed of stainless steel 304, the heating wire may be a ceramic heating wire 111 with a fast temperature rise speed, and the material to be heated contained in the portion to be heated 21 may be smoke oil. This embodiment is gathered, owing to adopt loose porous portion of treating 21 of heating to hold the tobacco tar, has also solved the problem of electron cigarette weeping among the prior art to a certain extent simultaneously. Further, the material to be heated may also be a solid material that can be vaporized or the heating portion 21 itself may also be formed of a solid material that can be vaporized.
The assembly process is mainly divided into two parts, the first part is the assembly in which the suction nozzle 22, the portion-to-be-heated 21, and the first abutting member 12 are sequentially installed into the suction nozzle housing 2; the second part is assembled by properly electrically connecting the heating element 11, the power supply 13, the airflow switch assembly 14, the charging plate 31 and the charging connector 32, installing the heating element 11 into the connecting seat 1b, installing the power supply 13 and the airflow switch assembly 14 into the battery tube 1a, installing the charging plate 31 and the charging connector 32 into the charging base 33, and then fastening the charging base 33 with the second end of the battery tube 1 a.
In the assembling process, the components are mutually abutted in the assembling process and are easy to damage, so that the problem is solved by adopting the following mode for the components in the following arrangement mode.
