At present, in the existing pressure test process, under the condition that a pipe column and an oil pipe hanger are arranged in a well, if the pipe column is not moved, the pressure test can be carried out on a semi-seal flashboard of a blowout preventer only by using a pressure test short section, if a full-seal flashboard is required to be tested, the oil pipe hanger needs to be lifted out and detached, a pressure test plug is connected, if more pipe columns are arranged in the well, the bearing capacity of the pressure test plug is insufficient, and the risk that the pipe column falls into the well exists; therefore, at present, the original well pipe column is taken out by re-killing the well after the pressure test of the half-and-half-sealed gate plate is qualified, the pressure test is carried out on the full-sealed gate plate under the empty well tubular state, the sealing effect of the pressure test plug is not good under the influence of the quality of the pressure test plug and the inner wall of the shaft, and repeated pressure test is needed, so that the equal stopping time of the empty well tube is increased by the pressure test mode, the pressure test is not finished by the full-sealed gate plate, and the longer the time of the empty well tube is, the greater the well control risk is; the original well pipe column of a high-pressure oil-gas well and a shallow gas well is in a drilling clamping state or a state that a packer is not unsealed, and the pipe column is lifted up to unload an oil pipe hanger to install a pressure testing plug, so that great well control risks exist for pressure testing of a totally-enclosed flashboard of a blowout preventer, so that the conventional pressure testing construction of the blowout preventer has the defects of complex working procedures, well control hidden dangers, potential safety hazards, long waiting time and the like, and the construction cost is high.
Therefore, the blowout preventer pressure testing device which is reasonable and compact in structure, safe and reliable to use and simple and efficient in pressure testing is urgently needed, the full-sealing gate plate and the half-sealing gate plate of the blowout preventer are subjected to one-step pressure testing under the condition that a tubular column is not moved, so that well control risks and safety risks are reduced, the pressure testing times are reduced, the stopping time is shortened, and the pressure testing construction cost is reduced.

Specifically, the pressure test jackscrew 5 comprises a jackscrew rod 5-1, a sealing rubber bowl 5-2, a sealing copper gasket 5-3 and a sealing check ring 5-4. A polished rod of the jackscrew rod 5-1 is sequentially sleeved with a sealed copper pad 5-3, 5 sealed rubber bowls 5-2 and a sealed copper pad 5-3, and limited by a sealing retainer ring 5-4. The upper end of the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is provided with an L-shaped groove which comprises a vertical groove 6-1, a horizontal groove 6-2 and an ascending groove 6-3. The bottom end is connected with an oil pipe hanger 4 through an oil pipe buckle, and the middle part is of a hexagonal structure. One end of the fishing rod 7 is symmetrically welded with two handles 7-1, and the other end is symmetrically welded with two limiting rods 7-2. One end of the screwing pipe 8 is a 2-7/8' flat tubing coupling, and the other end is an inner hexagonal hole which is matched with the hexagonal structure at the middle part of the tubing hanger blanking plug 6.
The simple blowout preventer pressure testing device has the working process that:
(1) installing a blowout preventer 1, installing a pressure test jackscrew 5 on a cross 3, and connecting the pressure test jackscrew 5 to a pressure test pump pipeline;
(2) the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is placed in a well by using the fishing rod 7, the fishing rod 7 is placed downwards, the limiting rod 7-2 enters the horizontal groove 6-2 from the upward groove 6-3, then the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is propped against the vertical groove 6-1, the handle 7-1 is rotated clockwise, and the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is buckled on the tubing hanger 4;
(3) taking out the fishing rod 7, descending the screwing pipe 8, clamping the hexagonal structure of the tubing hanger blanking plug 6, clockwise rotating the screwing pipe 8 by using a pipe wrench, and screwing the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 on the tubing hanger 4;
(4) taking out the screwing pipe 8, filling clear water into the blowout preventer 1, closing the totally-enclosed flashboard 2 of the blowout preventer, and starting pressure testing;
(5) after the pressure test is finished, the pressure is relieved through the pressure test jackscrew 5, and the full-seal flashboard 2 is opened;
(6) the screwing pipe 8 is put in, after the hexagonal structure of the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is clamped, the screwing pipe 8 is rotated anticlockwise by using a pipe wrench, and the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is detached;
(7) the screwing pipe 8 is taken out, the fishing rod 7 is put in, the limiting rod 7-2 enters the horizontal groove 6-2 from the vertical groove 6-1, the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is propped against the ascending groove 6-3, the handle 7-1 is rotated anticlockwise, and the tubing hanger blanking plug 6 is lifted up until the tubing hanger blanking plug can be taken out.
(8) And installing a pressure test nipple, detaching a pressure test jackscrew, installing an original well jackscrew, and closing the semi-closed flashboard to simultaneously perform pressure test detection on the semi-closed flashboard and the jackscrew of the blowout preventer.
