As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 or 2 in that the outer wall of the nozzle body 1 is further provided with a protruding annular slag line reinforced part 7, and the slag line reinforced part 7 is arranged at a middle lower part of the nozzle body 1.
The slag line reinforcing part 7 is a protrusion which is arc-shaped along the axial direction of the nozzle body 1, and reinforcing part connecting arc sections 70 which are smoothly connected with other parts of the nozzle body 1 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the slag line reinforcing part 7.
The slag line reinforcing part 7 and the water gap body 1 are of an integral structure.
By arranging the annular slag line reinforcing part, the erosion bearing capacity of the water gap is improved under the condition that other technological conditions are not changed, and the service life of the water gap is prolonged as much as possible. The slag line reinforcing part is arranged at the middle lower part of the nozzle body, so that the erosion bearing capacity of the nozzle can be improved, and the gap between the nozzle and the wall of the crystallizer can be ensured as much as possible. Through the arc-shaped arrangement of the slag line reinforcing part and the arrangement of the connecting arc section, the smoothness of the surface of the water gap is ensured, and steel hanging or cold steel formation is avoided. The slag line reinforcing part realizes the integrated structure with the nozzle body through transforming the mould, does not additionally increase process or materials, does not need the cooperation of other equipment in the use, and the cost of manufacture and use is lower, can independently low-cost implement to refractory material producer. Of course, in actual use, the position of the slag line can be changed for many times through the slag line changing process and the lifting process, and the service life is further prolonged on the basis.
The terms "upper", "lower" or "above", "below" or the like are used herein in a relative relationship with respect to a normal use in a placed state, i.e., a positional relationship as generally shown in the drawings of the present application. When the placement state changes, for example, when the placement state is turned over, the corresponding positional relationship should be changed accordingly to understand or implement the technical solution of the present application.

The easy-to-take nozzle holding rack as claimed in claim 2, wherein two shifting forks (86) are provided on the shifting fork shaft (870), and fork openings (860) of the two shifting forks (86) are respectively located below the multi-purpose lugs (4) on the two positioning cylinders (830); a shifting fork driving rod (863) of the two shifting forks (86) is provided with an integral shifting fork operating plate (864).
5. The easy-to-take nozzle holding frame as claimed in claim 2, wherein the top of the positioning cylinder (830) is provided with a round head.
6. The easy-to-take gate rack according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the rack base (80) is a plate base, and the first rack table (81) and the second rack table (82) are fixed on the plate base by welding or screwing.

A nozzle holding frame convenient for taking and taking according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the holding frame base (80) is a frame base, and the first holding platform (81) and the second holding platform (82) are fixed on a support rod arranged on the frame base through welding or screw connection.
