Detailed Description
The principles and spirit of the present invention will be described with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that these embodiments are given solely for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand and thereby implement the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a dishwasher according to a first embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher 100 may include a washing water tank 110, a water passing water tank 120, and a connection pipe 130 connected between the washing water tank 110 and the water passing water tank 120.
The washing water tank 110 may be used to complete a washing and rinsing process of dishes. For example: a dish rack may be provided above the washing water tank 110, a basket on which dishes are placed may be placed on the dish rack, and the dishes may be washed by a washing arm and a rinsing arm that may act on the dishes. In one example, a plurality of water spray nozzles are arranged on the cleaning arm and the rinsing arm, and the pressure of the water spray can drive the cleaning arm and the rinsing arm to rotate, so that the tableware can be cleaned and rinsed. When the tableware cleaning machine enters a cleaning process, the water spray opening of the cleaning arm can spray liquid with cleaning agent to the tableware, and then the tableware is cleaned. When the washing machine enters the washing process, the water spraying opening of the washing arm can spray clean water to the tableware, and then the tableware is washed.
In one embodiment, an opening 111 is formed at the top of the washing water tank 110, and water sprayed from both the washing arm and the rinsing arm flows into the washing water tank 110. In one example, the top of the wash water tank 110 is completely open, i.e., the opening 111 may be surrounded by the top of the side walls of the wash water tank. When cleaning the scales or dirt inside the cleaning water tank 110, clean water may be injected into the cleaning water tank 110, and a cleaning agent (e.g., a detergent) may be added to form a cleaning solution that can clean the inside of the cleaning water tank 110. After the washing water tank 110 is washed, the washing liquid may be discharged from the washing water tank 110 through the first drain port 115.
The water passing tank 120 may be enclosed by a case and communicates with the washing tank 110 through a connection pipe 130. The water passing tank 120 is provided with an exhaust pipe 121 to communicate the inside of the water passing tank 120 with the atmosphere, so that the air pressure of the washing tank 110 and the water passing tank 120 can be kept uniform. The height of the air outlet 121A and the air outlet 121A on the top of the air outlet pipe 121 is not limited in this embodiment, as long as the liquid in the cleaning water tank 110 can enter the water tank 120 by gravity. In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the exhaust port 121A of the exhaust pipe 121 is higher than the opening 111 of the washing water tank 110. In another example, the maximum water level line is provided on the inner wall of the washing water tank 110, and the exhaust port 121A of the exhaust pipe 121 is higher than the maximum water level line on the inner wall of the washing water tank 110. In still another example, as shown in fig. 1, the washing water tank 110 is provided with a first water level sensor 112 for detecting whether the water level of the liquid inside the washing water tank 110 reaches a first designated water level, and the exhaust port 121A of the exhaust pipe 121 is higher than the first water level sensor 112.
In the process of washing the water tank 120, when the level of the washing liquid in the washing tank 110 is higher than that of the water in the water tank 120, since the washing tank 110 is communicated with the atmosphere and the water tank 120 is communicated with the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe 121, the washing liquid in the washing tank 110 can be introduced into the water tank 120 by gravity, so that the scales or dirt inside the water tank 120 can be washed without opening the water tank 120. After the water tank 120 is cleaned, the cleaning solution may be discharged out of the water tank 120 through the second discharge port 125.
The connection pipe 130 has opposite first and second joints 131 and 132. The first joint 131 is connected to the washing water tank 110, and the second joint 132 is connected to the water passing tank 120. The first joint 131 is higher than the second joint 132. In one example, a connection position of the first joint 131 to the washing water tank 110 is provided at the bottom of the washing water tank 110; the connection position of the second joint 132 and the water passing tank 120 is provided at the top of the water passing tank 120.
It should be noted that, the connection position of the first joint 110 and the washing water tank 110 and the connection position of the second joint 132 and the water passing water tank 120 are not limited in this embodiment, for example: the connection position of the second joint 132 and the water passing tank 120 may be set at the middle or the bottom of the water passing tank 120, as long as the connection pipe 130 can communicate the washing tank 110 and the water passing tank 120 when the water passing tank 120 is washed.
In one embodiment, the water passing tank 120 may be connected to a second water pump 140, and the second water pump 140 is connected to a shower pipe 150. One end of the spray pipe 150 is connected to the water passing tank 120 through the second water pump 140, and the other end is provided with a spray opening 151. In one example, the shower port 151 is located above the opening 111 of the washing water tank 110.
Under the action of the second water pump 140, the liquid in the water tank 120, such as the cleaning liquid, can flow into the spraying pipe 150 and enter the interior of the cleaning water tank 110 again through the spraying opening 151, so that the self-circulation of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning water tank 110 and the water tank 120 can be realized, the cleaning liquid can be fully contacted with the cleaning water tank 110 and the water tank 120, and the effect and speed of cleaning the scale or dirt can be improved.
In one example, the shower 150 may be used as a rinse arm. The water supply tank 120 may be connected to a source of clean water, such as a municipal water supply, via a water inlet 124. During the rinsing process, the second water pump 140 is turned on, and clean water may be pressed into the shower pipe 150 through the water tank 120. The other end of the shower pipe 150 may be provided as an arm pipe having a water spray port on the surface thereof, and the arm pipe may be horizontally rotated to rinse the dishes.
In one example, when it is required to clean the wash water tank 110 and the overflow water tank 120, a detergent may be first added to the wash water tank 110 and then a door of the dishwasher may be closed. When the first water level sensor 112 in the washing water tank 110 detects that the water level in the washing water tank 110 does not reach the first designated water level, a first command may be issued to a control board (not shown) of the dishwasher. After the control panel receives the first instruction, the water inlet 124 of the water passing tank 120 can be automatically opened, clean water is filled in the water passing tank 120 through the water inlet 124, then the clean water is injected into the cleaning tank 110 through the connecting pipe 130 between the cleaning tank 110 and the water passing tank 120, and the clean water and the cleaning agent are mixed to form a cleaning solution.
When the first water level sensor 112 detects that the water level in the washing water tank 110 reaches the first designated water level, the first water level sensor 112 sends a second instruction to the control board, and the control board receives the second instruction, automatically closes the water inlet 124 of the water passing tank 110, and stops injecting clean water into the water passing tank 110. At this time, the water level in the washing water tank 110 and the water level in the exhaust pipe 121 of the rinsing water tank 120 are leveled. When the water level in the wash water tank 110 reaches the first designated water level, the second water pump 140 starts to operate, so that the liquid in the wash water tank 120 is injected into the wash water tank 110 through the spray pipe 150, at this time, the water level in the wash water tank 110 is higher than the water level in the wash water tank 120, and under the action of gravity, the wash liquid in the wash water tank 110 enters the wash water tank 120 through the connection pipe 130.
In one embodiment, the first connector 131 is detachably connected to the washing water tank 110, and the second connector 132 is detachably connected to the water passing tank 120.
For example: the bottom of the washing water tank 110 is provided with a first interface, the top of the water passing water tank 120 is provided with a second interface, the first interface can be provided with a first sealing cover, and the second interface can be provided with a second sealing cover. The connection pipe 130 may be a hose. When the water tank 120 needs to be cleaned, the first sealing cover and the second sealing cover can be opened, the first connector 131 is sleeved at the first interface, and the second connector 132 is sleeved at the second interface.
The connection manner of the connection pipe 130 with the washing water tank 110 and the water passing water tank 120 is not limited in this embodiment. For example: the first joint 131 may be connected with the washing water tank 110 by screw-fitting or by welding; the second connector 132 may be connected with the water tank 120 by screw-fitting or by welding.
In one embodiment, the connection tube 130 may be internally provided with a filter (not shown in fig. 1) between the first connector 131 and the second connector 132. Since the wash water tank 110 is generally of an open-top design, large particles or impurities may be present in the wash water tank 110, and the filter may be used to prevent particles or impurities in the wash water from entering the interior of the water tank 120.
In one embodiment, an overflow pipe 114 is provided inside the wash water tank 110, an overflow port 114A is provided on a top of the overflow pipe 114, and a bottom of the overflow pipe 114 communicates with a first drain port 115 of the wash water tank 110. When the liquid level inside the washing water tank 110 is higher than the overflow port 114A, the liquid may flow out of the washing water tank 110 through the first drain port 115, preventing the liquid from overflowing. When the overflow pipe 114 is pulled out, the liquid inside the washing water tank 110 can be completely discharged from the first drain port 115.
In one example, the overflow port 114A opens on the side of the top of the overflow tube 114, that is, only liquid on the side of the overflow tube 114 can enter the overflow tube. On the one hand, this prevents liquid sprayed from the spray opening 151 from directly entering the overflow pipe 114. On the other hand, when the liquid inside the cleaning water tank 110 is a high-temperature liquid, the overflow port 114A provided on the side surface can prevent the operator from being scalded by the high-temperature liquid flowing back from the inside of the overflow pipe 114 when the overflow pipe 114 is pulled out.
In one embodiment, a first heater 113 is provided inside the washing water tank 110 for heating the liquid inside the washing water tank 110. The water passing tank 120 is provided therein with a second heater 123 for heating the liquid inside the water passing tank 120.
In one embodiment, a second water level sensor 122 is provided inside the water passing tank 120 for detecting whether the level of the liquid inside the water passing tank 120 reaches a second designated level.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a dishwasher according to a second embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the dishwasher 200 includes a washing water tank 110, a water passing water tank 120, and a connection pipe 130. The difference from the first embodiment is that the dishwasher 200 further includes a stopper 233 and a gasket 234.
As shown in fig. 2, the stopper 233 is located inside the washing water tank 110. When it is unnecessary to clean the water tank 120, the plug 233 may be screw-fastened to the first connector 131 to close the first connector 131, thereby preventing the liquid inside the cleaning water tank 110 from entering the connection pipe 130. When it is necessary to clean the water tank 120, the plug 233 is unscrewed from the inside of the cleaning water tank 110, so that the cleaning liquid inside the cleaning water tank 110 can be introduced into the connection pipe 130.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a gasket 234 is provided between the stopper 233 and the first joint 131, and the gasket 234 is installed to improve the sealing effect of the stopper 233 to the first joint 131 when the water tank 120 does not need to be cleaned. When it is necessary to wash the water tank 120, the gasket 234 is removed.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural view of a dishwasher according to a third embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the dishwasher 300 includes a washing water tank 110, a water passing water tank 120, and a connection pipe 130. The difference from the first embodiment is that the dishwasher 300 further includes a valve 335 disposed between the first connector 131 and the second connector 132.
When the washing of the water tank 120 is not required, the valve 335 is closed, and the communication between the washing water tank 110 and the water tank 120 is cut off. When it is necessary to wash the water tank 120, the valve 335 is opened to allow the washing liquid inside the washing water tank 110 to enter the water tank 120. The form of the valve 335 is not limited in this embodiment, and the valve 335 may be a solenoid valve, a ball valve, or other types of valves.
In one embodiment, a filter may be disposed between the valve 335 and the first connector 131.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of a dishwasher according to a fourth embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the dishwasher 400 includes a washing water tank 110, a water passing water tank 120, and a connection pipe 130. The difference from the first, second and third embodiments is that the first drain port 115 of the dishwasher 400 is connected to the first water pump 460. When the first water pump 460 is operated, the liquid inside the washing water tank 110 can be discharged, so that the overflow pipe can be eliminated.
