一种热定型捻丝槽筒，是丝织准备机械的捻丝卷 绕和定型装置。它具有以耐高温、耐磨、高强度的工 程塑料制成的中空圆柱形筒体，筒体表面呈粗糙状， 并设有螺旋状沟槽，沟槽内均布有穿透筒体壁的气 孔，筒体上还开设有轴向割丝槽。本实用新型重量 轻、强度高、耐磨性好，操作使用方便、寿命长，卷绕丝 圈牢固，且便于挡车工在退卷后快速割除丝脚，而不 损坏筒子表面。

Description

一种热定形捻丝槽筒，属于丝织准备机械的捻丝卷绕和定形装置。
目前的热定形捻丝槽筒是陶瓷制的，表面光滑，卷绕在筒子表面上的丝圈容易滑移散乱。使用时操作工往往要在其表面裹上一层布，以增加摩擦力，但这样做使退卷后清除留在槽筒上的丝脚较麻烦。另外，因为是陶瓷制品，故常易被打碎，造成损失。
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述传统的热定形捻丝槽筒的缺点，而提供一种强度好、卷绕丝圈牢靠、清除丝脚方便，且耐高温的热定形捻丝槽筒。
实现上述目的的技术解决方案是：用耐高温、耐磨、高强度的工程塑料替代陶瓷材料制作本实用新型筒体，筒体外表制成粗糙面，在筒体上开设一轴向割丝槽。

用改性聚碳酸酯工程塑料模压成中空圆柱形筒体（1），筒体表面设有螺旋状沟槽（2），沟槽内均布有穿透筒体壁的气孔（3），筒体外表制成粗糙面（5），筒体上还开设有轴向割丝槽（4）。
本实用新型突出的优点是重量轻、强度高、耐磨性好，操作使用方便、寿命长，不会敲碎，且卷绕丝圈牢固，并便于挡车工在退卷后快速割除丝脚，而不损坏筒子表面。

1、一种热定形捻丝槽筒，具有中空圆柱形筒体(1)，筒体表面设有螺旋状沟槽(2)，沟槽内均布有穿透筒体壁的气孔(3)，其特征在于中空圆柱形筒体(1)是由耐高温、耐磨、高强度的工程塑料制成的，筒体外表呈粗糙面(5)，筒体上还开设有轴向割丝槽(4)。
2、按权利要求1所述的热定形捻丝槽筒，其特征在于制作筒体（1）的耐高温、耐磨、高强度工程塑料是改性聚碳酸酯。
