Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It is to be understood that in the description of the present invention, the terms "front", "back", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore, should not be taken as limiting the present invention. The terms "first," "second," and the like are used merely to simplify the written description to distinguish similar objects and are not to be construed as specifying a sequential relationship between particular orders.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a combined pipe clamp, which includes a clamp band 2 for assembling a pipeline and a base 1 fixedly connected to the clamp band 2. The clamp 2 comprises an arc-shaped clamp body 22 for clamping a pipeline and a clamp seat 21 for fixing the arc-shaped clamp body 22 to the base 1. The end of the arc-shaped clamping body 22 close to the base 1 is fixedly connected with the base, the bottom of the arc-shaped clamping body 22 is integrated with the clamping seat 21, and the arc-shaped clamping body 22 is assembled on the base 1 through the clamping seat 21.
The base 1 is assembled on an assembly object through a connector, and the base 1 comprises a clamping part 11 for clamping the connector. The assembling object is an object for fixedly installing the combined pipe clamp, and the assembling object can be an assembling body such as a frame, a machine frame or a fixed frame. When the combined pipe clamp is installed on different assembling objects, connecting pieces corresponding to the assembling objects are adopted. For example: the assembly object is a sheet metal of the frame, and the connecting piece adopts cylindrical parts such as bolts and the like. When the combined pipe clamp is assembled on an assembling object through the connecting piece, the assembling relation is fixed connection or movable connection.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a first guiding plate 221 and a second guiding plate 222 bent outward are respectively disposed at two ends of the arc-shaped card body 22. The first guide plate 221 and the second guide plate 222 are integrally connected to the arc-shaped card body 22. An opening into which the pipe is inserted is formed between the first introduction plate 221 and the second introduction plate 222. When the pipeline is connected with the arc-shaped clamping body 22, the pipeline is inserted from the opening between the first guide-in plate 221 and the second guide-in plate 222, the arc-shaped clamping body 22 deforms due to stress, and the first guide-in plate 221 and the second guide-in plate 222 expand towards two sides respectively. After the opening between the first guide plate 221 and the second guide plate 222 is enlarged, the pipeline is inserted into the arc-shaped clamping body 22 and is fixedly arranged in the arc-shaped clamping body 22. In other embodiments, the first guide plate 221 and the second guide plate 222 may not have openings, and when the pipeline abuts against the first guide plate 221 and the second guide plate 222, the first guide plate 221 and the second guide plate 222 are separated from each other, so that the pipeline is clamped in the arc-shaped clamping body 22.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the clamping portion 11 includes a first pawl 111, a second pawl 112 and a reinforcing rib 114 for fixing the structural stability of the clamping portion 11. The first pawls 111 and the second pawls 112 are two in number. The first pawl 111 and the second pawl 112 are fixedly connected with the side wall of the clamping part 11 through a connecting arm 113. The base 1 is provided with a mounting hole 12 for the connection piece to pass through. First pawls 111 and second pawls 112 are respectively provided on both sides of the mounting hole 12. The mounting holes 12 penetrate both ends of the base 1 and communicate with the clamping portion 11. When the link is inserted from the mounting hole 12 at the bottom of the base 1 and extends from the mounting hole 12 at the top of the base 1, the first pawls 111 and the second pawls 112 hold the link to fix the positional relationship of the link and the base 1.
In this embodiment, the connecting member is fixed to the base 1 by a locking member, and the base 1 is concavely provided with a fixing groove 13 for accommodating the locking member. The fixing groove 13 is used for installing a locking piece, and the locking piece is arranged in the fixing groove 13 and is fixedly connected with the connecting piece so as to lock the position of the connecting piece and the base 1, and the connecting stability of the connecting piece and the base 1 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the base 1 is concavely provided with a locking clearance groove 10 on an end surface opposite to the assembly object, and since the base 1 is fixedly connected with the assembly object through a connecting member, when the connecting member is fixed to the assembly object, the bottom of the base 1 may deform, and the locking clearance groove 10 can counteract the effect of deformation, so as to improve the installation firmness.
Referring to fig. 4, the number of the clips 2 is two in the present embodiment, and the two clips 2 are respectively disposed on two sides of the base 1 to adapt to the situation of assembling two pipelines at the same time.
Referring to fig. 5, the number of the clips 2 in the present embodiment is three, two clips 2 are connected to each other and located on one side of the base 1, and the other clip 2 is located on the other side of the base 1. In other embodiments, the number of the clamping bands 2 can be more than 3, so as to assemble more pipelines at the same time.
