the keyword storage unit stores a feature keyword which can be compared with the language feature extracted in the feature extraction unit,
the feature matching unit is respectively connected with the feature extraction unit and the keyword storage unit, compares and matches the language features extracted by the feature extraction unit with the feature keywords stored in the keyword storage unit, and sends an alarm instruction to the terminal processor if the matching is successful, or does not send the alarm instruction to the terminal processor if the matching is unsuccessful.
