An unlocking and locking device is characterized by comprising a shell, a sliding block (1), a buckle (2) and a self-locking mechanism, wherein the sliding block (1) is arranged in the shell in a sliding manner along the front-back direction, and is locked when pushed to the front side by the self-locking mechanism, and is unlocked and reset when pushed to the front side again, the shell is provided with an opening allowing the buckle (2) to extend out, and the shell is internally provided with an inclined wall, the front end or the rear end of the sliding block (1) is provided with a sliding part (11), the buckle (2) is provided with a clamping groove (21), the sliding part (11) is inserted into the clamping groove (21) and can move up and down along the clamping groove (21), so that the slide block (1) can drive the buckle (2) to move back and forth along the inclined wall when sliding back and forth, and when the sliding block (1) is locked at the front side, the end part of the buckle (2) protrudes out of the opening.
