背景技术
不锈钢复合管由不锈钢和碳素结构钢两种金属材料采用无损压力同步复合成的新材料，兼具不锈钢抗腐蚀耐磨和卓越美丽的外表，以及碳素钢良好的抗弯强度及抗冲击性。在对复合管进行加工时，需要根据客户要求尺寸进行分切，这就需要切割装置对塑料管材进行加工。但对管材进行切割时，无法保证切割的管材长度一致，因此需要使用定长设备进行长度保证。
CN207105084U公开一种塑料管材定长装置，其结构包括脚架、下横杆、机架、上横杆、定长装置、平台、进料口、液压杆、液压缸， 所述脚架上端连接有下横杆，所述下横杆上端连接有机架，所述机架上端连接有上横杆，所 述上横杆左侧设有液压缸，所述液压缸上端设有液压杆，所述液压杆与平台相连接，所述平台上端设有定长装置，所述平台前端设有进料口，所述定长装置由滑槽、边框、滑块、支撑 杆、定长板组成，所述滑槽两侧设有边框，所述滑槽上端设有滑块，所述滑块上端连接有支 撑杆，所述支撑杆上端连接有定长板。
该装置可以对其进行有效定长，但当管材放置在定长装置上进行切割时，不能保证管材呈直线状态放置，当管材发生倾斜时，会造成切割口倾斜，同时也影响切割长度的准确性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合管定长装置，实现对管材加工的定长实现，同时防止管材倾斜，影响定长精度。

优选的方案中，所述限位机构为限位板或若干限位杆。
优选的方案中，所述导料板较低的一端设置在带式输送机一侧。
进一步的方案中，所述带式输送机的机架上远离导料板的一侧设有挡料板。
优选的方案中，所述导料板上沿其倾斜方向间隔设有若干减速凸起，所述减速凸起为弧状结构。
本实用新型提供的复合管定长装置，通过将复合管端部抵靠在定位板一侧，实现管材的定长，通过设置在管材两侧的限位机构，使管材保持竖直状态，防止由于管材倾斜而影响定长精度，通过伸缩机构驱动底板翻转，有利于切割后的管材的落料，有利于实现连续定长切割。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示，复合管定长装置，包括底座1，底座1上设有连接架2，底板3与连接架2上端通过合页铰接，底板3底部沿其宽度方向设有滑槽4，在本实施例中滑槽4为“T”形槽，滑槽4中设有与其配合的滑块5，连接架2上设有伸缩机构6，在本实施例中，所述伸缩机构6为气缸，伸缩机构6也可以用液压缸等代替，伸缩机构6的伸缩端与滑块5铰接，底板3上侧设有定位板7，定位板7设置在底板3的端部，连接架2一侧设有支撑板8，支撑板8水平设置，支撑板8通过连接杆9与顶板10连接，顶板10底部设有一组设置在复合管两侧的限位机构11，限位机构11可以设置为限位板或设置在复合管两侧的若干限位杆，底座1通过支撑杆12连接导料板13，导料板13倾斜设置，导料板13靠近连接架2的一端高于另一端。
具体使用时，将复合管放置在两个限位机构11之间，将该装置放置在切割机的一端，复合管的端部抵靠在定位板7上，定位板7与切割刀的距离即为切割长度，完成切割后，伸缩机构6启动缩短，带动底板3向下翻转，底板3倾斜，切割后的管材沿导料板13落下；启动伸缩机构6伸长，带动底板3向上翻转，使底板3翻动至水平状态，沿限位机构11移动管材，使管材端部抵靠在定位板7一侧，重复进行切割动作。
该装置能够辅助切割设备实现对复合管的定长切割，而且设置的限位机构11，能够保持复合管进行竖直移动，避免发生歪斜而造成切割长度的误差。
优选的，所述导料板13较低的一端设置在带式输送机14一侧。从导料板13落下的切割后的管材落入带式输送机14的输送带上进行输送，防止堆积。
进一步的，所述带式输送机14的机架上远离导料板13的一侧设有挡料板15。通过设置挡料板15，防止从导料板13上滑落的管材在落入输送带上时，从输送带上掉落。
优选的，所述导料板13上沿其倾斜方向间隔设有若干减速凸起16，所述减速凸起16为弧状结构。
导料板13倾斜设置，可以防止管材垂直降落造成管材落下时损伤，但在其滑落的过程中，速度仍然后提高，通过设置减速凸起16，减缓管材的滑落速度，降低管材从导料板13上落下时损伤。

1.复合管定长装置，其特征在于：包括底座（1），底座（1）上设有连接架（2），底板（3）与连接架（2）上端铰接，底板（3）底部沿其宽度方向设有滑槽（4），滑槽（4）中设有与其配合的滑块（5），连接架（2）上设有伸缩机构（6），伸缩机构（6）的伸缩端与滑块（5）铰接，底板（3）上侧设有定位板（7），连接架（2）一侧设有支撑板（8），支撑板（8）通过连接杆（9）与顶板（10）连接，顶板（10）底部设有一组设置在复合管两侧的限位机构（11），底座（1）通过支撑杆（12）连接导料板（13），导料板（13）倾斜设置，导料板（13）靠近连接架（2）的一端高于另一端。
