Description

该实用新型涉及金属材料的激光加工技术领域。
钢线刀是印刷、包装行业用于切各种规格及异形商标和各类包装纸、包装盒的不可缺少的工具。它长100mm,宽23.8mm,厚0.71mm,刃口夹角为25°。目前钢线刀采用50A碳钢带材作为材料,用淬火回火法进行热处理,控制不同的回火温度得到三种不同硬度规格的产品:(1)软刀,硬度为HRC28-32;(2)中硬刀,硬度为HRC38-42;(3)硬刀,硬度为HRC46。上述中硬刀,硬刀切纸效果较好,但韧性不够,弯折90°刃口会开裂,上述软刀虽能弯折90°,但由于硬度较低,使用效果不佳,寿命短,给工业上连续生产带来了不便,并限制了钢线刀的使用范围,严重影响了我国印刷、包装行业的技术进步和产品的更新换代,直接影响到我国出口创汇。同时由于刃口夹角很小磨刀工艺相当麻烦。
基于上述情况发明人提供了一种新型的钢线刀,它既保持基体有一定韧性,刃口又有足够硬度。
该实用新型是通过增大钢线刀的刃口夹角和对刃口激光强化的方法达到目的的。
该实用新型的优点是不仅有很好的韧性,弯折90°刃口不开裂,还有足够的硬度,刃口夹角由原来的25°增大到40°-60°大大地简化了磨刀工艺,使用寿命比原来也提高了一倍以上,降低了成本,提高了效果,并且,大大地扩展了钢线刀的使用范围,增加了印刷、包装制品的品种,对印刷、包装行业的发展,印刷、包装制品赶上和超过世界先进水平有着不可低估的重要意义,对为国家更多的创汇创造了良好条件。
钢线刀是一扁长的钢条,图1为钢线刀的部分整体图,1为刀长1000mm,2为刀宽23.8mm,3为刀厚0.71mm,4为刃口夹角40°-60°。
该实用新型以含碳量为0.35%-0.50%的中碳钢作为材料。首先将钢线刀基体进行840℃-850℃淬火1分钟,560℃回火2分钟的热处理,使基体有一定的韧性,然后对其刃口进行激光强化处理:将钢线刀用夹具夹持,使刃口朝上,并作直线匀速移动,移动速度为5-20mm/s,用CO2激光束对着刃口辐照,其激光束与钢线刀的夹角保持在与钢线刀宽度方向成0°±5°;与长度方向成90°±5°;与钢线刀厚度方向成90°±5°的范围之内,激光功率密度为2-3×103W/cm2,激光照射时间为0.05s-0.2s,经激光强化后,刃口硬度提高到HRC53.0-57.0使用寿命比原来提高一倍以上,而且静弯曲90°无裂纹出现,对刀刃口表面光洁度无影响。
