The grill 100 is movably disposed on the shelf 200, and optionally, the grill 100 can slide along the shelf 200 or roll along the shelf 200, and preferably, the grill 100 can slide along the shelf 200, thereby improving the stability of the movement of the grill 100.
It should be noted that, when the grill assembly is used, the shelf 200 is first installed on the sidewall of the inner container 300 of the oven, and the insertion end 140 is close to the rear wall 320 of the inner container 300. Alternatively, the first direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is pulled out from the inner container 300, and the second direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is inserted into the inner container 300; alternatively, the second direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is pulled out from the inner container 300, and the first direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is inserted into the inner container 300. Hereinafter, the first direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is drawn out from the inner container 300, and the second direction is a direction in which the grill 100 is inserted into the inner container 300.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the first limiting structure 110 abuts against the blocking structure 210, the insertion end 140 can be prevented from being pulled out of the shelf 200 from the first direction, that is, the grill 100 can be prevented from being completely pulled out of the shelf 200, so that the user can avoid the grill 100 and food on the grill 100 from falling off under the condition that the user exerts improper force to pull the grill, and the risk of scalding the user is reduced; referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the second limiting structure 120 abuts against the blocking structure 210, the insertion end 140 can be prevented from being pulled out of the shelf 200 from the second direction, that is, the grill 100 can be prevented from being further inserted into the shelf 200, so that the grill 100 is prevented from colliding with the rear wall 320 of the inner container 300 to cause damage.
In summary, the grill assembly alleviates the technical problem of potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the grill 100 in the oven is easily and completely pulled out of the oven by a user under the condition of improper pulling force of the grill in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the shelf 200 includes a plurality of sets of guide rails arranged at intervals, each set of guide rails includes a limiting rail 220 and a supporting rail 230, the grill 100 is arranged between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 and slidably supported on the supporting rail 230; the blocking structure 210 is disposed on the limiting rail 220.
With this arrangement, when the grill assembly is used, the guide rails are installed on the side walls of the inner container 300, and the plurality of sets of guide rails are arranged along the height direction of the oven, in which case the grill 100 can slide along the guide rails in the first direction or the second direction. Wherein, the arrangement of a plurality of groups of guide rails is convenient for selecting the guide rail arrangement grill 100 capable of accommodating food, thereby enabling the oven to accommodate a plurality of different foods, and the use of the oven is more convenient.
The grill 100 is supported by the support rail 230, that is, the position-limiting rail 220 is disposed above the support rail 230. With this arrangement, the grill 100 slides along the support rails 230, and the stop structures 210 on the retaining rails 220 serve to retain the grill 100.
The blocking structure 210 is arranged on the limiting rail 220, so that the stability of the grill 100 sliding along the supporting rail 230 is ensured, and the blocking structure 210 is prevented from being arranged on the supporting rail 230 to interfere the grill 100 sliding to cause the grill 100 to shake or incline, so that the food on the grill 100 is prevented from falling or deforming to influence the cooking quality.
With reference to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the blocking structure 210 includes a first blocking portion 211, the first blocking portion 211 includes a first protrusion extending toward a direction close to the support rail 230, and the first limiting structure 110 can abut against the first protrusion when the grill 100 moves along the first direction.
With such an arrangement, on one hand, the first limiting structure 110 abuts against the first stopping portion 211 to limit the grill 100, and on the other hand, the first protrusion is disposed on the limiting rail 220 and extends toward the supporting rail 230, so that a user can hold the hand-pulling end with his hand to enable the insertion end to always abut against the limiting rail 220 and to be inserted between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 along the limiting rail 220, the first protrusion provides a guiding function for the insertion of the insertion end, and the user does not need to align the insertion end with the gap between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 to insert the insertion end, and when the grill 100 slides on the shelf 200, the grill 100 slides between the first protrusion and the supporting rail 230, wherein the first protrusion provides a limiting function for the sliding of the grill 100, and can prevent the grill 100 from tilting and shaking during the sliding process.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the grill 100 includes a body 130, and an insertion end 140 and a pull end 150 are respectively disposed at two ends of the body 130; the insertion end 140 is bent toward the direction close to the limiting rail 220 relative to the body 130 to form the first limiting structure 110, and when the first limiting structure 110 abuts against the first protrusion, the grill 100 rotates to enable the first limiting structure 110 to rotate to the other side of the first protrusion along the first protrusion.
It should be noted that the pull end 150 is used for the user to operate the grill 100 with his or her lower hand, so that the grill 100 can slide in the first direction or the second direction.
With this arrangement, the first stopper 110 can abut against the first protrusion to stop the grill 100, and prevent the grill 100 from falling off the shelf 200 from the first direction. The insertion end 140 is bent relative to the body 130 to form the first limiting structure 110, so that the grill 100 has a simple structure and the difficulty in processing the grill 100 is reduced.
In addition, when the first limit structure 110 abuts against the first protrusion, the user can rotate the grill 100 by rotating the grill 100, so that the first limit structure 110 rotates to the other side of the first protrusion along the first protrusion, for example, when the first protrusion is located on one side of the first limit structure 110 along the first direction and the first limit structure 110 abuts against the first protrusion, the first limit structure 110 rotates to the other side of the first protrusion along the first protrusion by rotating the grill 100, and at this time, when the first protrusion is located on one side of the first limit structure 110 along the second direction, the first limit structure 110 is separated from the first protrusion, the grill 100 continues to slide along the first direction, and the grill 100 can be taken down from the shelf 200.
In addition, when the grill 100 needs to be installed on the shelf 200, since the insertion end 140 is bent relative to the body 130, the user operates the handle 150 to insert the insertion end 140 between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 in an inclined state of the grill 100, when the first limiting structure 110 abuts against the first protrusion, the grill 100 is rotated to rotate with the supporting rail 230 as a support, the first limiting structure 110 rotates along the first protrusion until the first limiting structure 110 rotates to the other side of the first protrusion, and at this time, the first protrusion is located on one side of the first limiting structure 110 along the first direction, so that the first limiting structure 110 passes through the first protrusion and can continue to slide along the supporting rail 230 until the second limiting structure 120 abuts against the second stopping portion 212, thereby installing the grill 100 on the shelf 200.
In summary, when the user operates the handle end 150 to pull the grill 100 outward along the first direction, the first limiting structure 110 abuts against the first protrusion to prevent the grill 100 from being completely pulled out and separated from the shelf 200, thereby preventing the grill 100 and the food on the grill 100 from falling off to some extent; when the user needs to remove the grill 100, the user operates the handle 150 to rotate the grill 100, so that the grill assembly is more convenient and reliable to use.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the connection between the insertion end 140 and the body 130 is preferably rounded, and the first protrusion is preferably rounded.
Such setting, on the one hand, can prevent that gridion 100 and shelf 200 from having the closed angle and injuring the people, on the other hand, when relative rotation between first limit structure 110 and the first arch, make gridion 100's rotation more steady, reduced colliding with between first limit structure 110 and the first arch and wearing and tearing, prolonged the life of gridion subassembly, moreover, it is more steady to make first limit structure 110 butt insert between spacing track 220 and the support track 230 in first arch to first arch is more effective for gridion 100's guiding action, more stable.
With continued reference to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the blocking structure 210 further includes a second blocking portion 212, and the second limiting structure 120 and the second blocking portion 212 can abut to prevent the insertion end 140 from being removed from the shelf 200 in the second direction.
With such arrangement, the first blocking portion 211 and the second blocking portion 212 respectively serve their roles and are respectively used for corresponding to the first limiting structure 110 and the second limiting structure 120, so that the limiting effect on the first limiting structure 110 and the second limiting structure 120 is improved, the limiting strength is enhanced, and the situation that a user exerts too much force to cause limiting failure is prevented.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, preferably, the second limiting structure 120 includes a second protrusion extending toward a direction close to the limiting rail 220, and the second protrusion is disposed close to the pull end 150, and the second protrusion can abut against the second stopping portion 212 when the grill 100 moves along the second direction.
With this arrangement, the second stopper 120 abuts against the second protrusion and the second stopper 212 to stop the grill 100, and prevent the grill 100 from being removed from the shelf 200 in the second direction. The second protrusion provides a limiting function for the grill 100 to be inserted between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230, and particularly, the second protrusion is disposed near the pull end 150 to prevent the grill 100 from being inserted between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 from the pull end 150 side, and only inserted between the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230 from the insertion end 140 side, thereby ensuring that the grill 100 is installed correctly and quickly.
Optionally, when the grill 100 is disposed on the shelf 200, an end of the limiting rail 220 near the pull end 150 is bent toward a side away from the grill 100 to form the second stopping portion 212.
With such an arrangement, when the insertion end 140 of the grill 100 can always abut against the limit track 220 to be inserted between the limit track 220 and the support track 230, the second blocking portion 212 provides a guiding function for the insertion of the insertion end 140, and has a function of guiding the grill 100 to be inserted into the oven, the grill 100 does not need to be inserted in alignment with the gap between the limit track 220 and the support track 230, and the insertion end 140 can be firstly inserted along the second blocking portion 212 in the second direction until the insertion end 140 abuts against the first protrusion. In summary, the grill assembly allows the grill 100 to be installed more easily and quickly because the grill 100 does not need to be inserted into the shelf 200 in alignment with the gap between the stopper rail 220 and the support rail 230.
The bending direction of the second stopping portion 212 is close to the supporting rail 230, or the bending direction of the limiting rail 220 is disposed at an angle, for example, perpendicular, to the plane formed by the limiting rail 220 and the supporting rail 230.
Preferably, the second barrier 212 is rounded off at all. Such setting, on the one hand, can prevent that shelf 200 from having the closed angle and injuring the people, on the other hand, reduced the colliding with and wearing and tearing when second barrier 212 and the protruding butt of second, prolonged the life of gridion subassembly, moreover, it is more steady to make the insertion end 140 butt insert between spacing track 220 and support track 230 in second barrier 212 to second barrier 212 is more effective, more stable for the guide effect of gridion 100.
Optionally, the first protrusion is fixedly connected to the limiting rod by welding or screwing.
Or, preferably, referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the shelf 200 further includes a frame, the limiting rail 220 includes a limiting rod, the supporting rail 230 includes a supporting rod, and both the limiting rod and the supporting rod are fixedly connected to the frame; the local pole section of gag lever post forms first arch towards the direction protrusion that is close to the bracing piece.
Wherein, such setting makes spacing track 220 formula structure as an organic whole, and first arch and gag lever post integrated into one piece have guaranteed spacing track 220's structural strength in processing, have guaranteed spacing track 220's uniformity in the technology, and production efficiency is higher.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the body 130 is provided with a connecting rod, and a partial rod segment of the connecting rod protrudes toward the direction close to the limiting rail 220 to form a second protrusion. With this arrangement, the manufacturing process of the grill 100 is simplified, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the grill 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the present embodiment also provides an oven including a liner 300 and a grill assembly, wherein the liner 300 includes a first side wall 310, a rear wall 320 and a second side wall connected in sequence; the shelf 200 is disposed on the first sidewall 310 and/or the second sidewall.
Optionally, the shelf 200 is disposed on the first sidewall 310; alternatively, the shelf 200 is disposed at the second sidewall; preferably, the first side wall 310 and the second side wall are provided with the shelf 200, which improves the stability of the installation of the grill 100 and the smoothness of the sliding of the grill 100.
The oven further alleviates the technical problem of potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the grill 100 in the oven is extremely easy to completely extract from the oven in the prior art.
It should be noted that, when the grill 100 needs to be inserted into the shelf 200, the user operates the handle 150 to make the grill 100 support the insertion end 140 against the limit rail 220 in an inclined state, and slide along the limit rail 220 to make the insertion end 140 be inserted between the limit rail 220 and the support rail 230, and the insertion end 140 continues to slide along the second direction guided by the second stop portion 212 until the insertion end 140 passes through the first stop portion 211 and abuts against the first protrusion, and rotates the grill 100 to make the grill 100 rotate with the support rail 230 as a support, and the insertion end 140 rotates along the first protrusion until the insertion end 140 rotates to one side of the first protrusion along the second direction, so that the insertion end 140 passes through the first protrusion and can continue to slide along the support rail 230 until the second protrusion abuts against the second stop portion 212, thereby mounting the grill 100 on the shelf 200.
When the oven finishes baking food and the food needs to be taken down from the grill 100, the user operates the hand-pulling end 150 to pull out the grill 100 along the first direction, the insertion end 140 slides in the limiting track 220 and the supporting track 230 until the insertion end 140 abuts against the first bulge to prevent the grill 100 from being completely pulled out, and the food can be taken out from the grill 100; when it is desired to remove the grill 100 from the shelf 200, the user manipulates the handle 150 to rotate the grill 100 such that the grill 100 rotates with the support rail 230 as a support, and thus the insertion end 140 rotates along the first protrusion until the insertion end 140 rotates to the other side of the first protrusion, which enables the insertion end 140 to be separated from the first protrusion, and the grill 100 continues to slide in the first direction, so that the grill 100 can be removed from the shelf 200.
