Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the display panel 20 includes a substrate 21, and a circuit board, a control panel, a micro switch, a knob, an LED light source, even a biological information collecting device, and the like are optionally disposed on the substrate 21. The connector is preferably a rectangular connector 30 for connecting the display panel 20 and a power source. In order to fix the rectangular connector 30, the connector fixing structure 10 includes at least one pair of fixing claws 13. When a pair of fixing claws 13 is provided, it is preferable to provide at both ends of the diagonal line to form two-point fixing. Preferably, the fixed jaw 13 is provided in two or four pairs and is uniformly rectangular. The fixing claws 13 are fixedly arranged on the back side of the substrate 21, and the plurality of fixing claws 13 together enclose the accommodating chamber 11. The fixing claws 13 may be integrally formed with the base plate 21 or may be fixed to the base plate 21 by inserting.
The fixing jaw 13 may be made of a plastic material having a certain elasticity and satisfying a certain strength. In assembling the rectangular connector 30, it can be realized in two ways perpendicular to the extending direction of the base plate 21 or parallel to the extending direction of the base plate 21. Alternatively, the fixing jaw 13 is designed with second end portions 13-5, the second end portions 13-5 extending parallel to the base plate 21 and in the width direction of the base plate 21, and the opening 12 is formed between the second end portions 13-5. The mounting of the rectangular connector 30 sideways along a path parallel to the extension of the base plate 21 is achieved by the openings 12 formed between the second ends 13-5. Because the internal patterns of the household appliances are different, two different installation ways are provided, so that the assembly process is more flexible, operators can select conveniently, and the overall assembly flexibility is improved.
The fixing catch 13 has a base 13-1 in the shape of an L, which is designed in particular for the rectangular connector 30. The base 13-1 and the base plate 21 are preferably integrally formed of the same plastic material or resin material, and the base 13-1 extends perpendicularly to the base plate 21 and in a direction away from the base plate 21. The receiving chamber 11 is formed between the base portions 13-1, and when the rectangular connector 30 is placed in the receiving chamber 11, four corners of the rectangular connector 30 are closely fitted to the inner side wall of the base portion 13-1, so that the overall assembly of the rectangular connector 30 is more stable. An extension part 13-2 is further integrally formed on the base part 13-1, and the extension part 13-2 extends from one end of the base part 13-1 far away from the base plate 21 to the direction away from the base plate 21 so as to form a height difference with the base part 13-1. The extension 13-2 has a protrusion 13-3, the protrusion 13-3 extends toward the accommodation chamber 11, and the first end 13-4 or the second end 13-5 is formed on the protrusion 13-3. This creates a gap between the base 13-1 and the protrusion 13-3, which makes installation of the rectangular connector 30 easier.
As shown in fig. 5, in order to increase the strength of the fixing jaw 13, a reinforcing rib 13-6 is provided on a side of the base 13-1 away from the receiving cavity 11.
Another aspect of the present invention provides a display panel 20. The display panel 20 includes a connector fixing structure 10. For details, please refer to the detailed description of the above embodiments and the drawings of the specification for the connector fixing structure 10, which is not described herein again. The display panel 20 having the connector fixing structure 10 can achieve the same technical effects.
