The disclosed embodiment provides an unmanned self-service restaurant system, wherein a user identity recognition system acquires identity information of a user, and the identity information of the user comprises a payment account number of the user; the video monitoring system is used for monitoring all behavior information of a target user from entering to leaving a restaurant; the weighing device is arranged at the bottom of the heat-preservation dinner plate and used for detecting the residual weight of the commodities to be sold in the heat-preservation dinner plate; the initial weight and unit price information of each commodity to be sold are stored in the memory; the server is used for calculating the taken weight according to the initial weight and the residual weight of the commodity to be sold, calculating the consumption amount according to the taken weight and the unit price information corresponding to the commodity to be sold, and calculating the total consumption amount of all the taken commodities after the target user finishes taking the commodities; the settlement system device is used for deducting the sum of money which is the same as the total consumption sum from the payment account number of the target user. The method and the device for calculating the consumption amount of the dish product calculate the taking weight of the product based on the initial weight of the user before taking the commodity and the residual weight after taking the product, and then automatically calculate the consumption amount according to the unit price information and the taking weight of the commodity, so that the problem that the price of the existing dish product is the same is solved; meanwhile, the user identity information and the payment account are bound with each other, and consumption settlement is completed by code scanning consumption or password-free automatic deduction after the user takes the food, so that the consumption operation of the user is greatly facilitated.

the weighing device is arranged at the bottom of each heat-preservation dinner plate and is used for detecting the residual weight of the commodities to be sold in the heat-preservation dinner plate;
the initial weight and unit price information of each commodity to be sold are stored in the memory;
the server is used for calculating the taken weight according to the initial weight and the residual weight of the commodity to be sold, calculating the consumption amount according to the taken weight and the unit price information corresponding to the commodity to be sold, and calculating the total consumption amount of all the taken commodities after the target user finishes taking the commodity;
and the settlement system is used for deducting the sum of money which is the same as the total consumption sum from the payment account number of the target user.

The unmanned cafeteria system of claim 1, further comprising: the entrance guard's device, entrance guard's device sets up the access & exit at the dining room for guide user's entering or leave the dining room when detecting the user, entrance guard's device will unmanned cafeteria forms a closed place.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the video surveillance system is further configured to count the amount of people in the restaurant and monitor the consumption of each item for sale.

the management terminal is used for inquiring and accessing the server and the memory in real time to acquire various information of the restaurant, or is used for remotely processing abnormal conditions sent by the server.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the unmanned cafeteria system further comprises: the temperature sensor and the heat retainer are arranged at the bottom of each heat-retaining dinner plate and are respectively connected with the server;
the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the heat-preservation dinner plate and sending the temperature to the server;
the server is used for detecting whether the temperature of the heat-preservation dinner plate meets a preset temperature range or not, and sending a heating instruction or a refrigerating instruction to the heat retainer when the temperature of the heat-preservation dinner plate does not meet the preset temperature range;
the heat retainer is used for heating according to the heating instruction or refrigerating according to the refrigerating instruction.

the scanning device is used for scanning the identification code in the mobile terminal of the user;
