In this example, an automated spat wrapping machine was designed to solve the problem of automated spat wrapping of mussels. This automatic seedling machine of bao bei adopts mechanical automation to realize a package seedling, replaces traditional manual work, has saved the manpower, reduces intensity of labour, has improved efficiency, practices thrift the breed cost. The whole process is driven by a plurality of groups of motors, so that the automatic operation of mussel-wrapped seedlings can be realized, the operation is stable, and the efficiency is high.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the sewing mechanism 5 includes a mounting beam 51 crossing over the seedling covering groove 1a1, a transverse chute 1c along the width direction of the seedling covering groove 1a1 is formed on the frame 1, a vertical upright post 52 is slidably arranged in the transverse chute 1c, a vertical chute 52a along the length direction of the upright post 52 is formed on the upright post 52, one end of the mounting beam 51 is slidably arranged in the vertical chute 52a, a rotating shuttle 53 is arranged at the other end of the mounting beam 51, an inner coil 54 is arranged in the rotating shuttle 53, an outer coil 55 and a sewing needle 56 capable of reciprocating towards the rotating shuttle 53 are further arranged on the mounting beam 51, and the sewing needle 56 and the rotating shuttle 53 are respectively arranged at two sides of the seedling covering groove 1a 1; furthermore, a sewing motor 57 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the mounting cross beam 51, a sewing crank 58 is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the sewing motor 57, the outer end of the sewing crank 58 is hinged with a connecting rod 59, a needle rod 5a and a sliding rod 5b are further arranged on the lower side of the mounting cross beam 51 through a connecting support 5c, one end of the connecting rod 59 is hinged with one end of the sliding rod 5b, the other end of the sliding rod 5b is fixedly connected with the needle rod 5a, and a sewing needle 56 is fixedly connected with the end part of the needle rod 5 a.
The sewing mechanism 5 in this embodiment is located close to the rear end of the holding mechanism 4, and its basic operation principle is to use the basic principle of sewing machine, and some driving mechanisms are replaced by coding motors, so as to control the rotation speed and match each other. The sewing mechanism 5 includes left and right side portions joined together by a mounting beam 51. The sewing motor 57 drives the sliding rod 5b and the sewing needle 56 to move back and forth at a fixed frequency through the sewing crank 58 and the connecting rod 59, and the sewing motor cooperates with the rotating shuttle 53 to complete sewing operation; the sewing mechanism 5 can sew the two sides of the seedling wrapping cloth together, thereby realizing the seedling wrapping function.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, a valve mechanism 23 is arranged at a seedling spreading port 12a of the seedling spreader 12, the valve mechanism 23 includes a rotating shaft 23a and a rotating drum 23b, the rotating drum 23b is sleeved outside the rotating shaft 23a and connected with the rotating shaft 23a through a one-way ratchet structure 23c, a control motor 22 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1, the rotating shaft 23a is connected with an output shaft of the control motor 22 through a crawler 23e, and concave grooves 23d are uniformly distributed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating drum 23b at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof; mussel seedlings are placed in the seedling scattering device 12, mussel seedlings can be orderly scattered on the seedling wrapping cloth through the seedling scattering openings 12a of the seedling scattering device 12 through the valve mechanism 23, the control motor 22 drives the rotary drum 23b to rotate through the crawler 23e, the mussel seedlings are scattered out of the groove 23d on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary drum 23b, the rotary drum 23b cannot be driven to rotate when the control motor 22 rotates reversely, and seedlings are not scattered at the moment.
