As shown in the figure, the wet spraying system with the self-cleaning function comprises a concrete pumping system, an accelerator conveying system and a spray head assembly 22, wherein the concrete pumping system and the accelerator conveying system are respectively connected with the spray head assembly 22 through a concrete pipeline 15a and an accelerator pipeline 1a, the spray head assembly 22 comprises a mixing mechanism (not shown in the figure), and the mixing mechanism can spray concrete and an accelerator at a high speed through an outlet of the spray head assembly 22 after the concrete and the accelerator are mixed; the accelerator delivery system is also connected to a cleaning system that enables cleaning water to flow through the accelerator line 1a of the accelerator delivery system after the wet sprayer is deactivated and to be discharged from the outlet of the spray head assembly 22 to complete the cleaning.
The accelerator conveying system comprises an accelerator storage tank 1, wherein an accelerator supplementing pipeline 13a is arranged on the accelerator 1 to timely supplement the accelerator into the accelerator storage tank 1, a filter 13 and a liquid drawing pump 14 are arranged on the accelerator supplementing pipeline 13a, the cleaning system comprises a cleaning water tank 6 and a cleaning water supply pipe 61, and the initial section of the accelerator pipeline 1a between the accelerator storage tank 1 and the spray head assembly 22 is communicated with the cleaning water supply pipe 61 of the cleaning system. On the basis of the embodiment 1, the cleaning water supply pipe 61 and the accelerator pipeline 1a are connected through a three-way valve 5; the cleaning water tank 6 is connected with an external flushing pipeline 7, and an external flushing water pump 71 is arranged on the external flushing pipeline and used for other purposes such as equipment flushing. The bottom of the flushing tank 6 is also provided with a drain line 8, and the drain line 8 is provided with a drain valve 81, so that when the flushing tank 6 is cleaned, sewage can be discharged through the drain line 8.
A first compressed air line 18a is connected to the accelerator line 1a to mix compressed air with the accelerator and to mix the gasified accelerator with concrete in the nozzle assembly 22.
The concrete pumping system comprises a concrete pump 15 and a concrete conveying pipeline 15a for connecting the concrete pump 15 with the spray head assembly 22, and the concrete conveying pipeline 15a is also connected with a second compressed air pipeline 18b, so that concrete in the concrete conveying pipeline 15a is effectively pressurized and then is sprayed out from the spray head assembly 22 at a high speed.
Further, after the compressed air passes through the bellows assembly 18, different compressed air lines (i.e., a first compressed air line 18a and a second compressed air line 18b) are connected to the concrete delivery line 15a and the accelerator line 1 a. A valve 20 and a check valve 21 are provided in the first compressed air line 18a, and a valve 17 is provided in the second compressed air line 18 b. And a valve 19 is arranged on an air inlet pipe of the air bag assembly 18.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiments 1 and 2, a stop valve 2 is arranged at the inlet end of the accelerator pipeline 1a before the three-way valve 5, an accident supplement pipeline 4a is also connected between the stop valve 2 and the three-way valve 5, and accelerator can be directly input into the accelerator pipeline 1a through the accident supplement pipeline 4 a. The quick-setting agent storage tank is mainly used for emergency supplement of the quick-setting agent to a wet spraying machine directly through an external system when the quick-setting agent storage tank 1 does not contain enough quick-setting agent. Furthermore, the accident supplement pipeline 4a is provided with a switching device, so that the accelerator or the cleaning water can be directly input into the accelerator pipeline 1a according to the requirement, and when the water in the cleaning water tank 6 is insufficient, an external water source is connected to timely clean the accelerator pipeline 1a by introducing water. When the accelerator needs to be input into the accelerator pipeline 1a through the accident supplement pipeline 4a, the stop valve 2 needs to be closed, and the three-way valve 5 needs to be adjusted to the accelerator conveying mode. The accident supplement pipeline 4a is provided with a ball valve 4 and a one-way valve 3, so that the accelerator in the accelerator pipeline 1a is prevented from reversely flowing into the accident supplement pipeline 4a, and the construction safety is guaranteed.
The nozzle assemblies 22 are arranged in parallel, and each group of nozzle assemblies 22 is connected with the branch pipeline 15b of the concrete pipeline 15a and the branch pipeline 1b of the accelerator pipeline 1 a.
Each branch pipeline 1b of the accelerator pipeline 1a is provided with a metering pump 10, a safety valve 11 and a filter 9.
