聚芳醚砜材料具有高耐热性能、优异的耐化学品性能、优异的阻燃性能、平衡的力学性能,无毒无害使其成为医疗器械、航空航天、食品接触、水处理、汽车、电子电器等领域高温部件的主要候选材料。聚芳醚砜的合成过程中,为了提高产品的质量,生产过程中要严格控制各种单体的用量,即定量控制加料,采用定量阀可以简单操作就能满足大量人力工作。
现有的定量阀结构较为复杂,使用过程中容易发生故障,并且成本较高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种聚芳醚砜生产用定量旋塞阀,结构简单,工作稳定可靠。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
聚芳醚砜生产用定量旋塞阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的一端设置有流体输入口,所述阀体上部焊接有阀盖,所述阀体的里面设置有与所述阀盖的中心轴线垂直的阀座,所述阀座上设置有流体通道,所述阀盖里面设置有与其中心轴线重合的阀杆,所述阀杆上位于管道型阀体里面的一端连接阀芯,所述阀杆的另一端连接驱动柄,所述阀座的底部设置有定量箱,所述流体通道上位于所述定量箱的一侧设置有浮球式阀板,所述定量箱的底部设置有流体输出口,所述流体输出口上设置有向外打开的堵头,所述堵头通过连杆连接所述阀芯并且使得所述阀芯关闭的状态下推动所述的堵头打开。

工作过程:
打开阀芯,在阀芯打开的过程中连杆拉动堵头将流体输出口关闭,流体从阀体的流体输入口进入阀体以后,通过流体通道进入定量箱,等流体加满定量箱以后,浮球式阀板上升自动将流体通道关闭,这时候阀体中没有流体输入,由操作人员手工关闭或者采用电动控制的方式关闭阀芯,在阀芯向下推动关闭的过程中,连杆的作用推动堵头打开,定量箱中固定容量的流体输出,实现一次定量输出,定量箱中的流体输出完成以后,一次定量输出工作结束。本发明结构简单,成本低,工作可靠。

1.一种聚芳醚砜生产用定量旋塞阀,包括阀体,其特征是:所述阀体的一端设置有流体输入口,所述阀体上部焊接有阀盖,所述阀体的里面设置有与所述阀盖的中心轴线垂直的阀座,所述阀座上设置有流体通道,所述阀盖里面设置有与其中心轴线重合的阀杆,所述阀杆上位于管道型阀体里面的一端连接阀芯,所述阀杆的另一端连接驱动柄,所述阀座的底部设置有定量箱,所述流体通道上位于所述定量箱的一侧设置有浮球式阀板,所述定量箱的底部设置有流体输出口,所述流体输出口上设置有向外打开的堵头,所述堵头通过连杆连接所述阀芯并且使得所述阀芯关闭的状态下推动所述的堵头打开。
