Example one
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a counterweight device, including a fixed counterweight 101, an oil cylinder 102, and at least one movable counterweight, wherein the fixed counterweight 101 is configured to be installed below a turntable of a crane, and the oil cylinder 102 is connected to the fixed counterweight 101; when the number of the movable counter weights is one, the piston rod 120 of the oil cylinder 102 is connected with the movable counter weight; when the movable weight is plural, all or any part of the movable weight can be connected to the piston rod 120 as a whole. That is, the piston rod 120 can be directly connected with the movable weight.
Based on this structure, the counterweight device that this embodiment provided is through being connected piston rod 120 with the movable weight of hydro-cylinder 102 is direct to can realize articulating the movable weight at the lower surface of fixed counterweight 101, need not to set up the counterweight bottom plate that has the stand, save the cost, and when the movable weight is a plurality of, can be connected piston rod 120 with whole or arbitrary partial movable weight as a whole, the mounting means is more nimble, simple. When the crane is used, the fixed counterweight 101 is arranged below the rotary table, the movable counterweight is directly placed on a frame of the crane, the piston rod 120 of the oil cylinder 102 extends out, the rotary table rotates to enable the piston rod 120 to be connected with the movable counterweight, then the piston rod 120 contracts, and the movable counterweight is lifted to a position where the upper surface of the movable counterweight is attached to the lower surface of the fixed counterweight 101.
It should be understood that, in actual use, the number and weight of the movable counterweights are usually selected according to actual needs, when a plurality of movable counterweights are provided, all the movable counterweights can be stacked on the frame, and then the piston rod 120 of the oil cylinder 102 is adopted to be connected with the lowermost movable counterweight, so that all the movable counterweights are hung as a whole; or all movable counterweights can be stacked on the frame, and then the piston rod 120 of the oil cylinder 102 is connected with the uppermost movable counterweight, so that the movable counterweights are hung on the fixed counterweight 101 one by one; any two or more adjacent movable counterweights can be connected together as a whole, that is, the movable counterweights are freely combined to form one or more hitching units, and then the piston rod 120 of the cylinder 102 is used for hitching the hitching unit or units.
In this embodiment, the fixed counterweight 101 is mounted on the bottom of the hoisting box 121 of the crane and fixed by bolts.
In some embodiments, the free end of the piston rod 120 of the cylinder 102 is provided with a projection 107; the movable counterweight comprises a counterweight block 103 and a lifting part 104, the lifting part 104 is fixedly connected with the counterweight block 103, the side wall of the lifting part 104 is provided with a notch 106, the notch 106 is positioned above the counterweight block 103, and the upper end of the lifting part 104 is provided with a limiting part 105; the piston rod 120 can enter the lifting part 104 from the notch 106 under the action of the turntable, and the upper surface of the bulge part 107 can be abutted against the lower surface of the limiting part 105; when the number of the movable weights is plural, the weight block 103 is provided with a through hole 108, and the lifting portion 104 is provided with a passage for the piston rod 120 to pass through, the passage being communicated with the through hole 108.
Specifically, the distance between the stopper portion 105 and the upper surface of the weight block 103 is larger than the thickness of the projection 107, so that the projection 107 enters the lifting portion 104 from the notch 106. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the protrusion 107 may be an annular protrusion, which is welded to the free end of the piston rod 120. In this embodiment, the protrusion 107 is a flange. The width of the gap 106 is greater than the outer diameter of the flange to facilitate entry of the flange into the lifting portion 104.
It should be noted that the cylinder 102 may be a cylinder 102 with a flange on its piston rod 120, which is commonly used at present.
The counterweight device provided by the embodiment can directly hang the fixed counterweight 101 on the lower surface of the fixed counterweight 101 through the oil cylinder 102 by arranging the lifting part 104 with the notch 106 on the counterweight block 103, and a counterweight bottom plate with a stand column is not required to be arranged, so that the cost is saved, and the installation mode is more flexible and simpler. When the lifting counterweight device is used, the fixed counterweight 101 is arranged below the rotary table, the movable counterweight is directly placed on a frame of the crane, the piston rod 120 of the oil cylinder 102 extends out, the rotary table rotates, the free end of the piston rod 120 is located at the notch 106, the rotary table continues to rotate, the piston rod 120 enters the lifting portion 104, then the piston rod 120 contracts, so that the upper surface of the protruding portion 107 is abutted to the lower surface of the limiting portion 105, and the counterweight 103 is lifted to the position where the upper surface of the counterweight 103 is attached to the lower surface of the fixed counterweight 101.

The distance between the inner surfaces of the two groove walls of the accommodating groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the flange plate, so that the lower surface of the limiting part 105 is abutted to the upper surface of the flange plate.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the number of the through holes 108 is two, two through holes 108 are spaced apart along the length direction of the counterweight 103, and accordingly, there are two oil cylinders 102 and two lifting portions 104, so as to smoothly lift the movable counterweight. Meanwhile, the piston rods 120 enter the notches 106 along with the rotation of the turntable, that is, the movement tracks of the piston rods 120 are arc lines, so that the tracks of the two piston rods 120 entering the corresponding notches 106 are different, in order to ensure that the two piston rods 120 enter the corresponding notches 106 at the same time, the directions of the two notches 106 are slightly different, and during production and processing, the design can be performed according to the respective movement tracks of the two piston rods 120.
In some embodiments, the through-hole 108 is a circular hole through which the lifting portion 104 penetrates, and the outer wall of the lifting portion 104 conforms to the circumferential surface of the circular hole.
Optionally, the outer cylinder wall of the hanging cylinder is welded with the circumferential surface of the circular hole.
This is suitable for hanging the movable weights one by one on the fixed weight 101. In order to realize the above-mentioned hanging mode, in this embodiment, the through hole 108 includes a major arc hole 118 and a semi-major arc hole 119 which are communicated, and the diameter of the major arc hole 118 is greater than the width of the semi-major arc hole 119; the lifting part 104 penetrates into the major arc hole 118, and the outer wall of the lifting part 104 is attached to the circumferential surface of the major arc hole 118; the slit 106 faces the semi-oblong hole 119 and communicates with the semi-oblong hole 119 to enable the piston rod 120 to move between the semi-oblong hole 119 and the lifting portion 104. The lifting portion 104 in this embodiment is also a bucket open at both ends.
In use, all of the movable weights are stacked on the frame with the through holes 108 of the plurality of movable weights aligned and communicating. The turntable drives the piston rod 120 to move right above the semi-long round hole 119, then the piston rod 120 extends into the semi-long round hole 119 of the lowermost movable counterweight, then the turntable continues to rotate, so that the piston rod 120 enters the optimal arc hole 118 and the hanging cylinder, then the piston rod 120 contracts, the upper surface of the flange plate is abutted to the lower surface of the limiting portion 105 of the lowermost movable counterweight, and therefore all the movable counterweights are lifted.
