The upper part of the second foot rod 2 is obliquely and upwardly bent and extends relative to the middle lower part of the second foot rod 2; the lower ends of the two second foot rods 2 are vertically and fixedly connected with a wheel shaft 21, and two ends of the wheel shaft 21 are connected with a wheel 22.
During folding operation, the foot is firstly used for stepping down the pedal plate 53 to make the locking clamping groove and the locking piece mutually separated; when the handrail member 31 is held by hand and lifted upwards, the first leg bar set and the second leg bar set are rotated and folded in opposite directions until the locking hook 6 on the step member 53 is engaged with the locking catch 7 on the third leg bar 3, and the folded state of the foot rest can be kept stable.
