The guardrail part structure comprises a telescopic upright post component, an upper cross beam component and a lower cross beam component 110, wherein the telescopic upright post component comprises a thick tube 18, a thin tube 19, a limiting sleeve B112, a sliding lock catch A113 and a sliding lock catch B114, two ends of the thick tube 18 and the thin tube 19 are respectively provided with a mounting hole, and the mounting holes correspond to each other in the radial direction; the limiting sleeve B112 is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the thick pipe 18 in a matching way with the mounting hole at the lower end of the thick pipe 18 through a boss arranged on the limiting sleeve B; the sliding lock catch A113 and the sliding lock catch B114 are respectively matched and fixed at the upper end of the outer wall of the thin tube 19 through a boss arranged on the sliding lock catch A and a boss arranged on the sliding lock catch B and an upper end mounting hole of the thin tube 19; the lower end of the thin tube 19 is the end without the sliding lock catch A113 and the sliding lock catch B114, the upper end of the thick tube 18 is the end without the limit sleeve B112, the lower end of the thin tube 19 is inserted from the upper end of the thick tube 18 to form a telescopic upright post assembly, the upper end of the thick tube 18 is the upper end of the telescopic upright post assembly, and the lower end of the thin tube 19 is the lower end of the telescopic upright post assembly.
The upper crossbeam assembly comprises a crossbeam A16, a crossbeam B17, a limiting sleeve A115, a gasket 116 and a limiting shaft 117, wherein a mounting hole is formed in the crossbeam B17, the limiting sleeve A115 is sequentially inserted into the mounting hole of the crossbeam B17, the gasket 116 and the upper end of the thick tube 18 and is finally clamped in the mounting hole at the upper end of the thick tube 18 through a boss arranged on the limiting sleeve A115, the limiting sleeve A115 is in a hollow conical shape, and the limiting shaft 117 is inserted into the limiting sleeve A115 to form an expansion wire type fixing structure, so that the crossbeam B17, the gasket 116 and the thick tube 18 are further fixed.
The beam A16 is clamped into the groove of the beam B17 through a boss arranged on the beam A16, and the two ends of the beam A16 and the beam B17 are connected by bolts 111, so that the purpose of fixing the beam A16 and the beam B17 is achieved.
The lower beam assembly 110 has the same structure as the upper beam assembly, and the lower beam assembly 110 is connected to the lower end of the narrow tube 19. The telescopic upright post assemblies are uniformly distributed between the upper cross beam assembly and the lower cross beam assembly 110 according to actual needs.
The guardrail unlocking device 15 comprises a locking rod assembly, a wrench cover assembly and a limit stop 163, wherein the locking rod assembly comprises a pull rod 161, a roller 162, a shifting fork arm 153, a retainer ring 154 and a pull plate 151, and the locking wrench assembly comprises a fixing sheet 155, a tension spring 152, a wrench cover 157, a wrench seat 159, a stop rib 158 and a decorative sheet 156. The locking wrench assembly is arranged on the lower side of the beam B17, and the left side and the right side of the beam B17, which correspond to the opening of the beam A16, are sequentially provided with an assembling hole 173, a tension spring through hole 172 and a pull plate through hole 171; the upper end of the tension spring 152 penetrates through a tension spring through hole 172 of the cross beam B17 to be connected with the fixing piece 155, the fixing piece 155 is fixedly connected to the inner side of the cross beam B17 through bolt connection, and the lower end of the tension spring 152 is connected with the middle part of the wrench cover 157; the upper part of the wrench cover 157 is hinged with the upper part of the wrench seat 159 through a long bolt 160, two ends of a blocking rib 158 are respectively inserted into a blocking rib inserting hole arranged at the lower part of the wrench seat 159, the blocking rib 158 is used for enhancing the safety of the whole device, the wrench cover 157 is clamped on the wrench seat 159, and the injury of a patient such as falling bed and the like caused by misoperation of the whole device is prevented; the decorative plate 156 is fastened to the upper end of the wrench cover 157.
When the locking rod assembly is installed inside the cross beam A16 and installed, and when the locking wrench assembly is installed on the lower side of the cross beam B17 and assembled, the cross beam A16 and the cross beam B17 are clamped together to assemble the guardrail cross beam.
The guardrail unlocking device 15 consisting of the locking rod assembly and the locking wrench assembly is arranged on the beam A16 and the beam B17 in a bilateral symmetry mode.

When the unlocking is needed, the blocking rib 158 is opened, the wrench cover 157 is pulled outwards, the whole device is in an unlocking state, the pull rod 161, the wrench cover 157, the wrench seat 159, the pull plate 151 and the shifting fork arm 153 keep synchronous movement, the pull rod 161 can rotate outwards from the position above the limit stop 163 and leave the limit stop 163, and therefore the guardrail beam consisting of the beam A16 and the beam B17 can slide up and down along the bedside upright post 25.
The lower ends of the four bed head upright posts 25 are respectively provided with the lowest positions which are used for limiting the movement of the lower cross beam assembly 110 by the first limiting pins 252, and when the guard rail moves downwards, the lower cross beam assembly 110 is contacted with the first limiting pins 252, namely, the downward movement is stopped; the middle lower ends of the four bed head columns 25 are respectively provided with a second limit pin 251 which is used for limiting the highest position of the lower cross beam assembly 110, namely, when the guard rail moves upwards, the lower cross beam assembly 110 stops moving upwards when contacting with the second limit pin 251. The second stopper pin 251 is provided with a coil spring 253, and the other end of the coil spring 1253 is mounted on a coil spring fixing piece provided at the left end of the lower beam assembly 110 and fixed by a coil spring fixing bolt 254. The upward movement of the guard rail member structure can be mitigated by the resistance to the upward movement provided by the coil spring 253.
This children's medical bed, not only easy operation can effectively prevent the potential safety hazard because of the maloperation brings again.
The embodiment is only an illustration of the concept and implementation of the present invention, and is not a limitation, and the technical solution without substantial transformation is still within the protection scope under the concept of the present invention.

The children's care bed of claim 1, wherein: the front lifting shaft assembly comprises a twenty-type lifting shaft I, an intermediate shaft A and a front electric push rod, wherein two sides of the lower end of the twenty-type lifting shaft I are slidably connected with inner side guide grooves of longitudinal beams of a chassis in the walking chassis assembly;
