At present, the most applied fingerprint identification mode in the market is optical fingerprint identification. Meanwhile, an ultrasonic underscreen fingerprint identification mode is also developed.
Fingerprint identification components often suffer from edge warping problems. Therefore, when the fingerprint identification subassembly was pasted on flexible display screen, the display screen warp can be dragged to the bending stress between fingerprint identification subassembly and the laminating material all around, leads to appearing fingerprint identification subassembly's profile seal and fold on the display screen, and then influences image outward appearance visual effect.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In one embodiment, an electronic device including a display panel is provided. The electronic equipment can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer display and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, the display panel includes a display screen 100 and a fingerprint recognition assembly 200 assembled together. The display screen 100 is used for displaying a screen. The display mode may be an organic light emitting display mode, and may also be other types of display modes, such as a liquid crystal display mode. The fingerprinting component 200 is used for fingerprinting.
When the fingerprint recognition module 200 is an ultrasonic fingerprint recognition module, the fingerprint recognition mode is an ultrasonic fingerprint recognition mode. At this time, the fingerprint recognition assembly 200 includes a TFT substrate 210, a piezoelectric layer 220, an electrode layer 230, and a protective layer 240, which are sequentially stacked.
The TFT substrate 210 includes various transistors, switches, and other circuits, and is configured to transmit an electrical signal to the piezoelectric layer 220 and emit an ultrasonic signal, where the ultrasonic signal is reflected back by a finger, and the TFT substrate can also receive an electrical signal converted from the ultrasonic signal at any position. The piezoelectric layer 220 may be a laminated polymer layer capable of converting an electric signal and an ultrasonic signal to each other, that is, transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves. The electrode layer 230 and the TFT substrate 210 form a voltage applied to the surface of the piezoelectric layer 220, so that the piezoelectric layer 220 can activate the function of converting the electrical signal and the ultrasonic signal. The protective layer 240 is an insulating layer, which can protect the electrode layer 230.
Of course, the fingerprint identification module 200 may not be an ultrasonic fingerprint identification module, and the fingerprint identification mode may also be other types of fingerprint identification modes, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the display panel further comprises at least one stiffener 300 between the display 100 and the fingerprint recognition assembly 200. The strength of the reinforcing member 300 is greater than that of the display screen 100. "strength" herein refers to a mechanical property against bending deformation.
The adhesive 400 is disposed between the stiffener 300 and the display 100 and between the stiffener 300 and the fingerprint recognition assembly 200, so as to bond the stiffener 300 between the display 100 and the fingerprint recognition assembly 200. The adhesive 400 may be an acrylic adhesive, specifically, may be formed after the adhesive is cured, or may be a solid adhesive, which is not limited in this application.
When the fingerprint recognition device 200 is an ultrasonic fingerprint recognition device, the stiffener 300 is located between the display screen 100 and the TFT substrate 210. The reinforcing member 300 and the TFT substrate 210 have an adhesive 400 therebetween.
In order to securely bond the reinforcing member 300 between the display panel 100 and the fingerprint recognition assembly 200, the thickness of the adhesive 400 between the reinforcing member 300 and the display panel 100 and the thickness of the adhesive 400 between the reinforcing member 300 and the fingerprint recognition assembly 200 may be set to be 8 μm to 20 μm. Of course, the thickness of the adhesive 400 may be set to other values according to actual requirements, for example, the thickness may be 10 μm, 12 μm, 14 μm, 16 μm, 18 μm, and so on.
In this embodiment, the strength of the reinforcing member 300 is greater than that of the display screen 100. Therefore, after the reinforcing member 300 is added between the display screen 100 and the fingerprint identification device 200, the strength of the display screen 100 can be effectively compensated by the reinforcing member 300, thereby reducing the pulling deformation of the display screen 100 caused by the edge warping of the fingerprint identification device 200.
During the assembly of the display panel, the stiffener 300 may be attached to the display panel 100 as a substrate by using the adhesive 400. The fingerprint identification assembly 200 is then attached to the stiffener 300 of the substrate using the adhesive 400. The material of the reinforcing member 300 may be ceramic, sapphire, glass, aluminum alloy, or stainless steel sheet, which has high strength. For example, when the material of the stiffener 300 is ceramic (such as zirconia ceramic), the ceramic material is hard and resists deformation.
In one embodiment, the orthographic projection of the fingerprint identification component 200 on the display screen 100 is positioned within the orthographic projection of the stiffener 300 on the display screen 100. At this time, the orthographic projection of the reinforcing member 300 surrounds the edge of the orthographic projection of the fingerprint identification assembly 200, so that the influence of the warping of the edge of the fingerprint identification assembly 200 on the display screen 100 can be better prevented, and the outline print of the fingerprint identification assembly on the display screen can be better prevented.
In other embodiments, the orthographic projection of the fingerprint identification assembly 200 on the display screen 100 may not be completely within the orthographic projection of the stiffener 300 on the display screen 100, which is not limited in this application.
In one embodiment, the number of stiffeners 300 is one. In this case, the assembly process of the display panel is simple. In this case, the thickness of the reinforcing member may be set to 80 μm to 200 μm, and the warping of the reinforcing member 300 may be reduced (for example, to 5 μm or less), thereby effectively reinforcing the strength of the display panel 100.
Of course, the number of the reinforcing members 300 may be plural, and the direction from the display 100 to the fingerprint recognition device 200 is set as a first direction, and the direction perpendicular to the first direction is set as a second direction.
When the number of the reinforcing members 300 is plural, referring to fig. 2, the plural reinforcing members 300 may be arranged in plural rows in the first direction, and the reinforcing members 300 of each row may be bonded by an adhesive. Alternatively, when the number of the reinforcing members 300 is plural, referring to fig. 3, the reinforcing members 300 may be arranged in plural rows in the second direction, and the reinforcing members 300 may have adhesive between the rows. Alternatively, when the number of the reinforcing members 300 is plural, the reinforcing members 300 may be arranged in other manners, and the present application is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the stiffener 300 is not limited, and may be rectangular, square, or circular.
In addition, the display panel may further include a flexible circuit board 500 and a cover glass 600. The flexible circuit board 400 may be bonded to the fingerprint recognition assembly 200 to provide a signal thereto. When the fingerprint recognition assembly 200 is an ultrasonic fingerprint recognition assembly, the flexible circuit board 500 may be specifically bonded to the TFT substrate 210. The cover glass 600 may have a thickness of 0.4mm to 0.8 mm. The thickness of the display screen 100 may be 300 μm to 600 μm.
