Description

Sealing adhesive tape without base material
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of sealing adhesive tapes, in particular to a non-substrate sealing adhesive tape with the special property of repeated use.
Background
The adhesive tape is an adhesive component, and generally, the adhesive tapes sold in the market are classified into a single-sided adhesive tape and a double-sided adhesive tape. Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional double-sided tape, and fig. 2A and 2B are schematic views illustrating the use of the conventional double-sided tape. As shown in fig. 1, a conventional double-sided tape 1a includes: a substrate 10a, a first adhesive layer 11a covering one surface of the substrate 10a, a second adhesive layer 12a covering the other surface of the substrate 10a, and a release layer 13a covering the second adhesive layer 12 a.
Fig. 2A shows a bag body 2A, and the bag body 2A has a sealing sheet 21 a. When the double-sided tape 1a is used, a section of double-sided tape 1a with a proper length is taken with scissors, and then the first adhesive layer 11a is glued with the sealing sheet 21a, so that the double-sided tape 1a is attached to a proper position on the sealing sheet 21 a. Finally, as shown in fig. 2B, after the release layer 13a is removed (torn off) from the second adhesive layer 12a, the sealing sheet 21a is folded back and the second adhesive layer 12a is adhered to the outer surface of the bag body 2a, thereby sealing the bag body 2 a. Therefore, the double-sided tape 1a is also called a sealing tape, and is widely used for a bag body such as a briefcase bag, a envelope bag, a candy and cookie packing bag, and a packing paper, and it is advantageous for a user to seal the bag body after the completion of the bagging of the article.
As is clear from the above description, the conventional double-sided tape 1a is certainly convenient to use. However, the utility model designer has been involved in the design and manufacture of the double-sided adhesive tape for a long time, and has found that the conventional double-sided adhesive tape 1a has many practical defects based on the experience of years. First, please refer to the perspective view of the tape roll shown in fig. 3. Since the basic composition of the conventional double-sided tape 1a includes the base material 10a, the first adhesive layer 11a, the second adhesive layer 12a, and the release layer 13a, the double-sided tape 1a has a certain thickness, and the total length of the double-sided tape 1a that can be wound on the reel 3a with a fixed diameter is limited. Meanwhile, the use of the base material 10a not only causes a heavy weight of the tape roll of the double-sided tape 1a, but also prevents the material cost of the double-sided tape 1a from being greatly reduced. On the other hand, the tape roll of the double-sided tape 1a is also subjected to a heavy transport cost for the tape roll inlet/outlet manufacturer.
In addition, the double-sided tape 1a having the base material 10a of the related art has a disadvantage that the wind penetration phenomenon and the delamination phenomenon are easily caused. Referring to the perspective view of the conventional tape roll shown in fig. 4, it can be seen that the tape roll has a gap, which is caused by the different material and tension of the substrate 10a and the release layer 13a, and the tape roll retracts to be inconsistent after being attached, so that the tape roll has a gap, which is a wind phenomenon; furthermore, when the double-sided tape 1a with the substrate 10a is pulled, the release layer 13a and the substrate 10a are easily separated from each other before the object is attached, so that the user cannot use the double-sided tape 1a smoothly, i.e. delamination occurs.
In addition, after the double-sided tape 1a is used once, the second adhesive layer 12a is peeled off. In short, after the sealing sheet 21a is applied to release the adhesion between the second adhesive layer 12a and the bag body 2a, the adhesive of the second adhesive layer 12a partially remains on the bag body 2a, so that the adhesive force of the second adhesive layer 12a is reduced, and the double-sided tape 1a cannot be reused.
As can be seen from the above description, the conventional double-sided tape 1a has some practical disadvantages to be improved, although it is convenient to use. Based on the above reasons, the designers of the present application have studied the utility model as much as possible, and finally developed a non-substrate sealing adhesive tape of the utility model.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses a main aim at provides a no substrate seals adhesive tape, its structure includes: a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer and a release layer. When the non-base material sealing adhesive tape is used, the first adhesive layer is firstly adhered to a sealing sheet of an object to be sealed; and then, after the release layer is torn off, the sealing piece is folded reversely, so that the second adhesive layer is adhered to a body of the object to be sealed, and the sealing (sealing) of the object to be sealed is finished. In particular, any object to be sealed with the base material-free sealing tape of the present invention includes, for example: the bag bodies such as the express bag, the cash bag, the briefcase bag, the envelope bag, the candy biscuit packaging bag, the packaging paper and the like can be repeatedly used for many times, the condition that the sealing effect is not good can not occur, and the bag body can not have the residual glue of any second adhesive layer.
In order to achieve the above objects of the present invention, the present invention provides a non-substrate sealing tape, comprising:
a first adhesive layer having a first surface and a second surface;
the second adhesive layer is arranged on the first surface of the first adhesive layer and is a repeatedly-adhered adhesive layer; and
the release layer is arranged on one surface of the second adhesive layer, which is far away from the first adhesive layer;
wherein, the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer is I, the adhesive force between the first adhesive layer and the sealing sheet is J, and the adhesive force between the second adhesive layer and the body of the object to be sealed is K; i is greater than J, and J is greater than or equal to K.
In an embodiment of the substrate-less sealing tape of the present invention, the second adhesive layer is formed by performing a viscosity reduction process on the first surface of the first adhesive layer.
In one embodiment of the substrate-less sealing tape of the present invention, the viscosity-reducing process may be, but not limited to, adding paraffin wax to the first surface of the first adhesive layer.
In one embodiment of the substrate-less sealing tape of the present invention, the second adhesive layer is formed by adding ground insoluble granular powder to the first surface of the first adhesive layer.
In an embodiment of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, the main body of the object to be sealed has a pasting region for pasting the second adhesive layer thereon, and the pasting region is processed by a surface tension increasing process.
In an embodiment of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, the method further comprises: a reel for winding a three-layer belt structure composed of the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer and the release layer thereon.
In an embodiment of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, the release layer has an inner surface and an outer surface, and the outer surface has a pattern formed thereon.
In an embodiment of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, the pattern may be any one of the following: trademarks, words, letters, numbers, symbols, graphics, or a combination of any two or more of the foregoing.
When the non-substrate sealing adhesive tape is used, the second surface of the first adhesive layer is firstly adhered to a sealing sheet of an object to be sealed, and the sealing sheet is reversely folded after the release layer is torn off, so that the second adhesive layer is adhered to a body of the object to be sealed. Thus, the following advantages are provided:
(1) because the utility model discloses a no substrate seals basic constitution of sticky tape only includes first gluing layer, second gluing layer and release layer, consequently, compare in current double-sided tape a (as shown in the figure), the utility model discloses a no substrate seals material cost, weight and whole thickness of sticky tape and all reduces by a wide margin. It will be readily appreciated that a lighter weight roll of tape will also cost a relatively lower shipping cost to the tape roll inlet/outlet operator, helping the operator to save costs.
(2) Meanwhile, the whole thickness of the non-base material sealing adhesive tape of the utility model is relatively thin, so that the total length of the non-base material sealing adhesive tape which can be wound by a reel with a fixed diameter is increased. Conceivably, the freight cost is calculated by the volume or the total weight of the outer box in the sea transport and the air transport, so that more sealing tapes without the base materials can be transported at the same freight cost.
(3) Any object to be sealed with the base material-free sealing tape of the present invention, for example: the bag bodies such as the express bag, the cash bag, the briefcase bag, the envelope bag, the candy biscuit packaging bag, the packaging paper and the like can be repeatedly used for many times, the condition that the sealing effect is not good can not occur, and the bag body can not have the residual glue of any second adhesive layer.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, the following description will be made with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention, and fig. 6A and 6B are schematic views showing the use of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention. The structure of the non-base material sealing adhesive tape 1 of the utility model only comprises: a first adhesive layer 11, a second adhesive layer 12 and a release layer 13. As shown in fig. 5, the first adhesive layer 11 has a first surface 111 and a second surface 112. The second adhesive layer 12 is disposed on the first surface 111 of the first adhesive layer 11, and is a repeatedly-adhesive layer. The release layer 13 is disposed on a surface of the second adhesive layer 12 away from the first adhesive layer 11. As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, when the non-substrate sealing tape 1 is used, the second surface 112 of the first adhesive layer 11 is first adhered to a sealing flap 21 of a sealing object 2; then, after the release layer 13 is peeled off, the sealing flap 21 is folded back, and the second adhesive layer 12 is attached to a main body 22 (bag body) of the object 2 to be sealed, thereby completing sealing of the object 2 to be sealed.
After the object 2 to be sealed is sealed, the adhesion force between the first adhesive layer 11 and the second adhesive layer 12 is I, the adhesion force between the first adhesive layer 11 and the sealing flap 21 is J, and the adhesion force between the second adhesive layer 12 and the main body 22 of the object 2 to be sealed is K. In particular, the present invention makes I greater than J, and J greater than or equal to K.
With continued reference to fig. 7A and 7B, cross-sectional side views of the body 22, the first adhesive layer 11, the second adhesive layer 12, and the sealing sheet 21 are shown. Because I is greater than J and J is greater than (or equal to) K, even if the user strongly tears the flap 21 in the state where the object 2 to be sealed is sealed, that is, by separating the flap 21 from the body 22 of the object 2 to be sealed by applying a force to the flap 21, the second adhesive layer 12, the first adhesive layer 11, and the flap 21 are separated from the body 22 of the object 2 to be sealed, and since the second adhesive layer 12 is a sticky layer that can be sticky repeatedly, no adhesive residue remains on the body 22 of the object 2 to be sealed because the second adhesive layer 12 is a sticky layer that can be sticky repeatedly. In brief, any object to be sealed 2 having the base material-free sealing tape 1 of the present invention includes, for example: the bag bodies such as the express bag, the cash bag, the briefcase bag, the envelope bag, the candy biscuit packaging bag, the packaging paper and the like can be repeatedly used for many times, the condition of poor sealing effect can not occur, and the bag body can not have any residual glue of the second adhesive layer 12. It should be noted that the body 22 of the object 2 to be sealed has an adhering region for adhering the second adhesive layer 12 thereon. Moreover, in order to improve the adhesion between the second adhesive layer 12 and the adhesive region of the body 22, a processing treatment for increasing surface tension may be performed on the adhesive region, for example: corona surface treatment (corona treatment).
In the present invention, the second adhesive layer 12 and the first adhesive layer 11 can be two independent adhesive layers. However, in the actual production of the substrate-less sealing tape 1, the second adhesive layer 12 may be formed by subjecting the first surface 111 of the first adhesive layer 11 to a reduced-viscosity process. Here, the viscosity-reducing process may add a material such as paraffin to the first surface 111 of the first adhesive layer 11 (but not limited thereto). In addition, in some possible embodiments, the second adhesive layer 12 can also be formed by adding ground insoluble particulate powder to the first surface 111 of the first adhesive layer 11.
The non-substrate sealing adhesive tape 1 of the utility model can be directly applied to the sealing sheet of any bag body needing sealing, and can be made into an adhesive tape roll. Fig. 8 is a perspective view showing a tape roll of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, a roll 3 is wound with a three-layered tape structure (i.e., the non-substrate sealing tape 1) composed of the first adhesive layer 11, the second adhesive layer 12 and the release layer 13 to form a tape roll. Fig. 9 is another perspective view of the tape roll of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention. In particular, fig. 5 shows that the release layer 13 has an inner surface 131 and an outer surface 132, and fig. 9 further shows that the outer surface 132 is patterned. It will be readily appreciated that the embodiment of the pattern is not particularly limited and may be a trademark, a letter, a number, a symbol, a figure, or a combination of any two or more of the above.
The above description is made in detail with reference to the drawings to explain the structural composition, features and functions of the non-substrate sealing tape of the present invention. Moreover, the present invention has the following advantages as can be understood from the above description:
(1) because the basic composition of the non-substrate sealing tape 1 of the present invention only includes the first adhesive layer 11, the second adhesive layer 12 and the release layer 13, therefore, compared with the existing double-sided tape 1a (as shown in fig. 1), the material cost, weight and overall thickness of the non-substrate sealing tape 1 are greatly reduced. It will be readily appreciated that a lighter weight roll of tape will also cost a relatively lower shipping cost to the tape roll inlet/outlet operator, helping the operator to save costs.
(2) Meanwhile, the overall thickness of the non-base material sealing tape 1 of the present invention is relatively thin, so that the total length of the non-base material sealing tape 1 that can be wound around the fixed diameter reel 3 is increased. Conceivably, the freight cost is calculated by the volume or the total weight of the outer box in both the sea transport and the air transport, so that more sealing tapes 1 without the base material can be transported at the same freight cost.
(3) Any object to be sealed 2 having the base material-free sealing tape 1 of the present invention, for example: the bag bodies such as the express bag, the cash bag, the briefcase bag, the envelope bag, the candy biscuit packaging bag, the packaging paper and the like can be repeatedly used for many times, the condition of poor sealing effect can not occur, and the bag body can not have any residual glue of the second adhesive layer 12.
The foregoing description is intended to be illustrative rather than limiting, and it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that many modifications, variations or equivalents may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
