the inner container is of a cylindrical hollow structure with an upward opening, is arranged in the body and is fixedly connected with the side wall of the body at the edge of the top cover, and a medicament space is arranged between the outer wall of the inner container and the inner wall of the body and is used for placing medicaments and providing a medicament reaction space;
the rotary base is arranged below the bottom cover, a base connecting part of the rotary base penetrates through the through hole of the bottom cover to be connected to the bottom of the solvent bin, and the side surface of the rotary base is an anti-skid surface;
the solvent bin is arranged in the body and positioned below the inner container, comprises a fixed bin and a rotating bin and is used for storing a solvent and releasing the solvent;
