The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
An ultrasonic atomizing assembly 100 for an air treatment device 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9, wherein the air treatment device 1000 may be an air conditioner such as a cabinet air conditioner, a wall air conditioner, a ducted air conditioner, etc. The air treatment device 1000 includes a water tank containing water therein and a control device that can be used to control the operation state of the air treatment device 1000, for example, when the air treatment device 1000 is an air conditioner, the control device can control the air conditioner to operate in a cooling mode or a heating mode.
As shown in fig. 1-8, an ultrasonic atomization assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the atomizing device comprises a mounting bracket 1, an atomizing sheet 2, a driving plate 3 and a fan (not shown), wherein an atomizing chamber 10 is arranged in the mounting bracket 1, a water inlet 11, a mist outlet 12 and an air inlet 13 are arranged on the mounting bracket 1, and the water inlet 11, the mist outlet 12 and the air inlet 13 are respectively communicated with the atomizing chamber 10. Specifically, the water inlet 11 may be one or plural.
The atomizing plate 2 is arranged on the mounting bracket 1 and a part of the atomizing plate 2 is positioned in the atomizing chamber 10. The driving plate 3 is arranged on the mounting bracket 1 and is electrically connected with the atomizing plate 2. The fan is installed on the mounting bracket 1 and is located air inlet 13, the fan supplies air towards the inside of the atomizing chamber 10 so that water mist in the atomizing chamber 10 is discharged from the mist outlet 12, the mounting bracket 1 is detachably placed in the water tank, and the driving plate 3 and the fan are respectively and electrically connected with the control device. It is understood that the number of the fans can be limited according to actual conditions, and the number of the fans can be one or more.
Specifically, the control device may control the operation of the atomizing plate 2 through the driving plate 3, and may also control the operation of the blower to blow air into the atomizing chamber 10. Water in the water tank can enter the atomization chamber 10 through the water inlet 11 for atomization. When needs humidification, controlling means controls 2 work of atomizing piece in order to utilize the ultrasonic atomization principle to atomize water through drive plate 3, and controlling means control fan rotates in order to blow the air to atomizing chamber 10, and under the effect of air current, the water smoke in atomizing chamber 10 passes through outlet 12 discharge atomizing chamber 10, and the exhaust water smoke can carry out the humidification to indoor environment. In some embodiments of the present invention, the air inlet 13 and the mist outlet 12 are respectively located at the top of the mounting bracket 1, and the water inlet 11 is located at the bottom of the mounting bracket 1, so as to ensure that the water mist in the atomizing chamber 10 can be discharged from the mist outlet 12 completely under the action of the fan. Preferably, the plane of the highest position of the air inlet 13 is lower than the plane of the mist outlet 12, so as to further ensure that all the mist in the atomizing chamber 10 can be discharged from the mist outlet 12.
According to the utility model discloses ultrasonic atomization subassembly 100, whether utilize controlling means control atomization piece 2 and fan among the air treatment equipment 1000 to work, ultrasonic atomization subassembly 100 need not to set up complicated control circuit, ultrasonic atomization subassembly 100's simple structure, simultaneously because installing support 1 is detachably establishes in the basin, when atomizing piece 2 reachs life or breaks down, can dismantle installing support 1 from the basin and change, ultrasonic atomization subassembly 100 is a module that can change promptly, on the basis of guaranteeing the humidification volume, can guarantee that air treatment equipment 1000 has the humidification function all the time.
