本实用新型涉及一种变道盲区警示灯,包括:壳体,具有开口和容纳腔,所述的开口设置成提供出光面;线路板,设置于所述的壳体的容纳腔,且所述的线路板包括至少一个光源,所述的至少一个光源朝向所述的出光面设置,使得从所述的至少一个光源朝向出光面发出光线;至少一个反射板,依次设置于所述的光源和出光面之间,用于将所述的至少一个光源发出的光线中的杂散光反射到出光面。采用了本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯,通过光信号提醒驾驶员车侧后方车辆情况,提高驾驶安全性,并且装配简单,结构简洁,设计巧妙,光线利用率高,可以满足日益增长的灯具亮度及均匀性要求,也可满足车辆外观美观的客户要求。

变道盲区警示灯
技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零部件技术领域,尤其是涉及汽车车灯,具体是指一种变道盲区警示灯。
背景技术
随着时代的发展和科技的进步,汽车已不仅仅是交通工具,消费者对汽车的舒适性及安全性正一步一步提高。由于后视镜视野有限并存在视野盲区,当其他车辆出现在视野盲区时,就增加了事故发生的几率,现存的变道提醒装置,是将光源背朝目标方向,通过面朝出光方向的镀铝壳体,将光线反射至目标区域。但由于产品本身反射设计结构局限性,产品光线利用率不高,亮度无法达到驾驶员要求。影响消费者的驾乘体验。产品对镀铝工艺精度要求高,产品质量控制难度大,产品成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种装配简单、结构简洁、设计巧妙、光线利用率高、可以满足日益增长的灯具亮度及均匀性要求、也可满足车辆外观美观的客户要求的变道盲区警示灯。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯如下,包括:
壳体,具有开口和容纳腔,所述的开口设置成提供出光面;
线路板,设置于所述的壳体的容纳腔,且所述的线路板包括至少一个光源,所述的至少一个光源朝向所述的出光面设置,使得从所述的至少一个光源朝向出光面发出光线;
至少一个反射板,依次设置于所述的光源和出光面之间,用于将所述的至少一个光源发出的光线中的杂散光反射到出光面。
较佳地,所述的壳体为不透明塑料壳体。
较佳地,所述的反射板设置有数个反射面,当所述的至少一个光源发出的光线通过所述的反射板时,通过所述的数个反射面,杂散光被反射到出光面,提高出光均匀性和亮度。
较佳地,所述的反射板集成在壳体上。
较佳地,所述的壳体的开口设置有粘接件以覆盖所述的开口,所述的粘接件设置有镂空区域以提供所述的出光面,通过所述的粘附件,所述的壳体粘附于后视镜的镜体,使得所述的至少一个光源发出的光线经由出光面从后视镜的镜体射出。
较佳地,所述的粘接件包括与所述的壳体相结合的第一表面和与所述的后视镜的镜体相结合的第二表面。
较佳地,所述的镂空区域具有预设轮廓。
采用了本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯,通过光信号提醒驾驶员车侧后方车辆情况,提高驾驶安全性,并且装配简单,结构简洁,设计巧妙,光线利用率高,可以满足日益增长的灯具亮度及均匀性要求,也可满足车辆外观美观的客户要求。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地描述本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来做进一步的描述。
如图1~4示,为本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯的实施例,其中,包括:粘接件1,所述的粘接件设置有镂空区域5,所述的镂空区域具有预设轮廓;反射板2,所述的反射板2设置有多个反射面6;线路板3,设置有两个光源7,线路板通过卡扣等结构固定在壳体4上;壳体4,具有开口和容纳腔,开口用于提供出光面,容纳腔用于容纳线路板、反射板。
当两个光源7发出的光线经过反射板2时,通过数个反射面6,杂散光被反射到出光面,提高发光均匀性,增加发光亮度。
本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯,通过线路板上的光源7发出光线,光线经过反射板的反射面6反射出用于警示驾驶员的警示光,其中,作为本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯的一种应用实施例,通过粘附件1,所述的壳体粘附于后视镜的内侧镜体,使得光源发出的光线经由出光面从后视镜的透明镜体射出形成警示光,被驾驶员可视。
其中,如图1~4所示,线路板3上设置有2个LED光源7,LED光源发出的光线直接照射在出光面的目标区域,并且其余光线(杂散光)通过反射面6反射后也照射在出光面的目标区域。本实用新型对此不设限,可根据实际情况设置其他数目、颜色的LED光源。
其中,图1~4显示两种变道盲区警示灯壳体1的外形轮廓,但壳体1的外形轮廓不唯一,可根据需要设计成其他样式。
在本实用新型提供的变道盲区警示灯的实施例中,所述的壳体为不透明塑料件。
在本实用新型提供的变道盲区警示灯的实施例中,所述的反射面6可以集成在壳体上。
在本实用新型提供的变道盲区警示灯的实施例中,所述的壳体的通过粘接件4粘附于所述的后视镜的镜体,所述的粘接件包括与所述的壳体相结合的第一表面和与所述的后视镜的镜体相结合的第二表面。粘接件4可以为一种双面均具有粘接性的胶带。
在本实用新型提供的变道盲区警示灯的实施例中,所述的粘接件设置有镂空区域5,所述的镂空区域具有预设轮廓。其中,镂空区域5的设置用于透出内部光源发出的光线及反射面反射的光线,其中,镂空区域的轮廓不唯一,可根据实际情况而定。
采用了本实用新型的变道盲区警示灯,通过光信号提醒驾驶员车侧后方车辆情况,提高驾驶安全性,并且装配简单,结构简洁,设计巧妙,光线利用率高,可以满足日益增长的灯具亮度及均匀性要求,也可满足车辆外观美观的客户要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,具有开口和容纳腔,所述的开口设置成提供出光面;
线路板,设置于所述的壳体的容纳腔,且所述的线路板包括至少一个光源,所述的至少一个光源朝向所述的出光面设置,使得从所述的至少一个光源朝向出光面发出光线;
至少一个反射板,依次设置于所述的光源和出光面之间,用于将所述的至少一个光源发出的光线中的杂散光反射到出光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的壳体为不透明塑料壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的反射板设置有数个反射面,当所述的至少一个光源发出的光线通过所述的反射板时,通过所述的数个反射面,杂散光被反射到出光面。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的反射板集成在壳体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的壳体的开口设置有粘接件以覆盖所述的开口,所述的粘接件设置有镂空区域以提供所述的出光面,通过所述的粘接件,所述的壳体粘附于后视镜的镜体,使得所述的至少一个光源发出的光线经由出光面从后视镜的镜体射出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的粘接件包括与所述的壳体相结合的第一表面和与所述的后视镜的镜体相结合的第二表面。
7.根据权利要求5所述的变道盲区警示灯,其特征在于,所述的镂空区域具有预设轮廓。
