When the user forgets to take out the medicine from the access port 110, the first motor 561 is activated to drive the conveying belt 534 to convey the medicine away from the access port 110, so as to convey the medicine into the recycling bin 600. Due to the arrangement of the recovery bin 600, the forgotten recovery processing of the medicines is realized. And, when finding that goods fill 400 gets wrong medicine, goods fill 400 will get wrong medicine and carry in transit warehouse 500, and then carry it to in retrieving warehouse 600 through transport assembly 530, realize the recovery processing to getting wrong medicine.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the recycling bin 600 may be fixedly connected to the fixing frame 700.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the cargo bucket 400 may further include a medicine photographing camera therein, and the cabinet body 100 may further include a prescription photographing camera therein, and when a medicine picture acquired by the medicine photographing camera is inconsistent with a prescription picture acquired by the prescription photographing camera, the medicine is recovered to the recovery bin 600. Alternatively, when the drug in the middle rotating chamber 500 is not taken away for a predetermined time, the delivery assembly 530 performs a recycling process on the drug.
With reference to fig. 4 to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the first sidewall 510 is disposed adjacent to the first end of the second channel 320 along the length direction of the shelf 300, and the first sidewall 510 is higher than the second sidewall 520 in the height direction of the shelf 300. With such an arrangement, when the middle rotating bin 500 is located at the second position, the first side wall 510 can block the communication between the goods taking port 110 and the second lateral goods passage, and the bucket 400 is located above the middle rotating bin 500, so that the user is prevented from directly taking out the medicine in the lateral and upper goods passages through the middle rotating bin 500 from the goods taking port 110.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the transfer bin 500 may further include a first blocking plate 540, specifically, the first blocking plate 540 is fixedly connected between the first side wall 510 and the second side wall 520, one end of the first blocking plate 540 is disposed adjacent to one end of the conveying assembly 530 close to the goods access opening 110, and the other end of the first blocking plate 540 extends obliquely upward along a direction away from the conveying assembly 530.
By arranging the first baffle 540 in the transfer bin 500, on one hand, the sealing performance of the transfer bin 500 is improved to a certain extent, and the medicine is prevented from falling from one end of the conveying assembly 530 close to the goods taking port 110; on the other hand, certain guidance is provided for the user in the goods taking process, so that the user can take out the medicines in the transfer bin 500 conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the transfer bin 500 may further include a second baffle 550, and specifically, the second baffle 550 is located at an end of the conveying assembly 530 away from the access port 110 and is used for guiding the medicines on the conveying assembly 530 into the recycling bin 600. In this embodiment, the number of the second barriers 550 is two, and the two second barriers 550 are respectively and fixedly disposed on the first sidewall 510 and the second sidewall 520. Due to the arrangement, the medicine can accurately fall into the recovery bin 600, and the reliability of recovery is guaranteed.
Preferably, the distance between the two second baffles 550 is gradually reduced from top to bottom.
It should be noted that the second baffle 550 may be disposed on both the first sidewall 510 and the second sidewall 520, but is not limited thereto, and other configurations may also be adopted, such as: the second baffle 550 may be provided only on the first side wall 510, or the second baffle 550 may be provided only on the second side wall 520, as long as the arrangement can guide the process of transferring the medicine from the transfer bin 500 to the recovery bin 600.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the vending machine with a transfer bin may further include a first detecting member 571, a second detecting member 572, and a third detecting member 573, specifically, the first detecting member 571 is disposed at an end of the transfer bin 500 close to the access port 110, and is configured to detect whether there is a medicine located at an end of the transfer bin 500 close to the access port 110; the second detecting member 572 is disposed at an end of the transfer bin 500 away from the access port 110, and is configured to detect whether a medicine is located at the end of the transfer bin 500 away from the access port 110; the third detecting member 573 is disposed between the first detecting member 571 and the second detecting member 572 for detecting whether the medicine in the middle rotating bin 500 reaches a set height. Correspondingly, the second side wall 520 is provided with a first detection portion corresponding to the first detection piece 571, a second detection portion corresponding to the second detection piece 572, and a third detection portion corresponding to the third detection piece 573.
In the working process of the vending machine with the transfer bin, when waiting for a user to take medicines, when the first detection member 571 detects that medicines exist at one end of the transfer bin 500 close to the goods taking port 110, it indicates that the user has not taken the medicines in the transfer bin 500, and when a set time elapses, the first detection member 571 can still detect that the medicines exist, the conveying assembly 530 operates to convey the medicines in the transfer bin 500 to the recovery bin 600; during the drug recovery process, when the second detecting member 572 detects that no drug is present at the end of the transfer bin 500 away from the access port 110, indicating that all the drug has entered the recovery bin 600, the transporting assembly 530 stops; in the process that the bucket 400 conveys the medicine to the transfer bin 500, when the third detection part 573 detects that the medicine in the transfer bin 500 reaches the set height, which indicates that the transfer bin 500 does not have enough space to store the medicine, the bucket 400 does not convey the medicine to the transfer bin 500 any more, and waits for the user to take the medicine and then conveys the medicine to the transfer bin 500.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the transfer bin 500 is provided with the first detecting member 571, the second detecting member 572 and the third detecting member 573 at the same time, in some other alternative embodiments, only the first detecting member 571 may be provided, only the second detecting member 572 may be provided, only the third detecting member 573 may be provided, only the first detecting member 571 and the second detecting member 572 may be provided, only the second detecting member 572 and the third detecting member 573 may be provided, or only the first detecting member 571 and the third detecting member 573 may be provided.
In this embodiment, the principle of the first detector 571, the second detector 572, and the third detector 573 detecting the medicine may be a correlation sensor principle.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the transfer bin 500 may further include a fourth detecting element 013 and a fourth detecting portion 014, specifically, the fourth detecting element 013 is disposed at an end of the fixing frame 700 away from the goods access opening 110, and the fourth detecting portion 014 is disposed at an end of the first sidewall 510 away from the goods access opening 110. When the fourth detecting member 013 detects the fourth detecting portion 014, it indicates that the transfer bin 500 is moved to the first position, and the bucket 400 can take the goods.
Similarly, with reference to fig. 6, the transfer chamber 500 may further include a fifth detecting member 015 and a fifth detecting portion 016, specifically, the fifth detecting member 015 is disposed at an end of the fixing frame 700 close to the access opening 110, and the fifth detecting portion 016 is disposed at an end of the first sidewall 510 close to the access opening 110. When the fifth detecting member 015 detects the fifth detecting portion 016, it indicates that the transfer bin 500 moves to the second position, and the bucket 400 can deliver the taken medicine to the transfer bin 500.
Fig. 7 is a fourth partial schematic structural view of the vending machine with the transfer bin according to the present embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the vending machine having the transfer chamber may further include a locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism is configured to lock the transfer chamber 500 in the first position or the second position.

Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, the fixing frame 700 may be provided with two guide slots 011, the length of the guide slots 011 extends along the depth direction of the shelf 300, and the two guide slots 011 are parallel and spaced along the length direction of the shelf 300, and correspondingly, the first side wall 510 and the second side wall 520 are provided with the guide parts 012, and the guide parts 012 are matched with the guide slots 011. By the arrangement, guidance of the transfer cabin 500 in the moving process is realized, and the reliability of switching the transfer cabin 500 between the first position and the second position is ensured.
Preferably, the guide 012 is a roller.
With continued reference to FIG. 7, in this embodiment, the locking mechanism can include a third actuating assembly 017 and a lock lever 018, wherein the third actuating assembly 017 is used to actuate the lock lever 018 to move in a vertical direction to move the lock lever 018 into or out of the path of movement of the pod 500, thereby achieving locking of the position of the pod 500.
Specifically, the third driving assembly 017 is installed in the recycling bin 600, and the fixing frame 700 is provided with a locking hole 019, and the locking rod 018 extends into the guide slot 011 through the locking hole 019, so as to block the guide 012 from moving in the guide slot 011, and further realize the locking of the position of the middle rotating bin 500. The third driving assembly 017 may include a third motor and a worm wheel fixedly connected to an output shaft of the third motor, the lock lever 018 is a worm and engaged with the worm wheel, and the lock lever 018 is driven by a power output of the third motor.

A vending machine with a transfer bin is characterized by comprising a cabinet door (200), a cabinet body (100), and a goods shelf (300), a goods bucket (400) and a transfer bin (500) which are all arranged in the cabinet body (100), wherein a goods taking opening (110) is arranged on the surface of the cabinet door (200), the goods bucket (400) is arranged between the goods shelf (300) and the cabinet door (200), and the goods bucket (400) is configured to convey goods stored on the goods shelf (300) to the transfer bin (500); the transfer bin (500) is movably arranged in the cabinet body (100), the transfer bin (500) is configured to be movable along the depth direction of the shelf (300), and the transfer bin (500) has a first position and a second position;
when the transfer bin (500) is in the first position, the transfer bin (500) retracts into the rack (300); when the transfer bin (500) is located at the second position, the transfer bin (500) extends out of the shelf (300) and is opposite to the goods taking opening (110), and the transfer bin (500) is configured to receive goods conveyed by the bucket (400).

The vending machine with the transfer bin according to claim 1, wherein the shelf (300) comprises a plurality of first lanes (310) and a plurality of second lanes (320), the plurality of first lanes (310) and the plurality of second lanes are arranged at intervals along a height direction of the shelf (300), the plurality of second lanes (320) are located below the plurality of first lanes (310), and a dimension of the second lanes (320) along a length direction of the shelf (300) is smaller than a dimension of the first lanes (310) along the length direction of the shelf (300); the shelf (300) further comprises a buffer area which is positioned below the plurality of first lanes (310) and is adjacent to a first end of the second lane (320) along the length direction of the shelf (300), and the buffer area is opposite to the goods taking opening (110);
when the transfer chamber (500) is in the first position, the transfer chamber (500) is located in the staging area.

The vending machine with the transfer bin of claim 2, wherein the transfer bin (500) comprises a first side wall (510) and a second side wall (520) which are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the shelf (300), a conveying assembly (530) is arranged between the first side wall (510) and the second side wall (520), and the conveying assembly (530) is configured to support the goods and move the goods along the depth direction of the shelf (300).

The vending machine with a transfer bin of claim 3, further comprising a fixed mount (700), wherein the fixed mount (700) is fixedly connected with the cabinet (100), and the fixed mount (700) is located below the transfer bin (500), and the transfer bin (500) is movably connected with the fixed mount (700) to switch between the first position and the second position.
5. The vending machine with a transfer bin according to claim 4, further comprising a recovery bin (600), the recovery bin (600) being located below the fixture (700);
when the transit bin (500) is in the first position, the recovery bin (600) is located below the transit bin (500).

The vending machine with a transfer bin according to any of claims 3 to 5, wherein the first side wall (510) is disposed adjacent to a first end of the plurality of second lanes (320) in a length direction of the shelf (300), and the first side wall (510) is higher than the second side wall (520) in a height direction of the shelf (300).

The vending machine with a transfer bin of any of claims 3-5, wherein the transfer bin (500) further comprises a first baffle (540), the first baffle (540) is fixedly connected between the first side wall (510) and the second side wall (520), one end of the first baffle (540) is disposed adjacent to one end of the conveying assembly (530) near the access opening (110), and the other end of the first baffle (540) extends obliquely upward in a direction away from the conveying assembly (530).

The vending machine with a transfer bin of claim 5, wherein the transfer bin (500) further comprises a second baffle (550), the second baffle (550) being located at an end of the delivery assembly (530) distal from the access opening (110), the second baffle (550) being configured to direct the goods on the delivery assembly (530) into the recovery bin (600);
at least one of the first sidewall (510) and the second sidewall (520) is provided with the second baffle (550).

The vending machine with a transfer bin according to claim 5, further comprising a first detecting member (571), wherein the first detecting member (571) is disposed at an end of the transfer bin (500) close to the goods taking port (110), and the first detecting member (571) is configured to detect whether goods are located at an end of the transfer bin (500) close to the goods taking port (110);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the vending machine with the transfer bin further comprises a second detection piece (572), the second detection piece (572) is arranged at one end of the transfer bin (500) far away from the goods taking port (110), and the second detection piece (572) is configured to detect whether goods are located at one end of the transfer bin (500) far away from the goods taking port (110);
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
