A channel-shaped structure extending in the up-down direction may be formed between the longitudinal trim strip B and the front-rear extending side portion 110. The right second decorative panel 20 can be easily inserted into the channel structure during the installation operation to facilitate temporary positioning of the right second decorative panel 20 prior to bolt fastening. Here, the term "temporary positioning of the right second decorative panel 20" includes both the case where the right second decorative panel 20 is temporarily positioned with respect to the left and right extending portions 11 in the case where the left and right extending portions 11 are fixed to the wall body, and the case where the left and right extending portions 11 are temporarily positioned with respect to the right second decorative panel 20 in the case where the right second decorative panel 20 is fixed to the wall body by the support portion 211.
Note that the provision of the longitudinal trim strips B and the lateral trim strips C is not essential. In the modification of the present embodiment, it is possible to include only either one of the longitudinal trim strips B and the lateral trim strips C, or none of the longitudinal trim strips B and the lateral trim strips C.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a modification of the present embodiment in which a fire-resistant strip 50 is added to that shown in fig. 1 and 2, and a fire-resistant liner 60 is used in the ornamental portion. Fig. 3 is a horizontal cross-sectional view showing the right side pillar portion of the elevator door pocket. Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing the arrangement of the flameproof lining panel 60 and the flameproof rubber strip 50 in the elevator door pocket, wherein the flameproof rubber strip 50 is schematically shown by thick lines.
The right pillar portion shown in fig. 3 includes a skeleton portion and a decorative portion mounted to a wall surface. In the left and right extending portions of the right pillar portion, the fireproof sheathing board 60 is disposed between the left and right extending portions 11 in the skeleton portion and the wall body. In the front-rear extension portion of the right pillar portion, the fire-retardant sheathing panel 60 is inserted into a channel structure formed between the longitudinal trim B and the front-rear extension side portion 110, and is fixed to the wall body by a support portion 211 shown in fig. 2. Here, the right second decorative panel 20 may be provided on the left side of the fire liner 60, or the fire liner 60 may be used instead of the right second decorative panel 20. The right second trim panel 20 is replaced by a fire liner 60 as shown in figure 3.
At the front end portion and the rear end portion of the front-rear extending portion of the right pillar portion, there are provided fire-retardant rubber strips 50. More specifically, in the front-rear extending portion of the right pillar portion, the flameproof rubber strip 50 at the front end portion is located between the front end portion of the flameproof lining panel 60 and the left-right extending portion 11, and the flameproof rubber strip 50 at the rear end portion is located between the rear end portion of the flameproof lining panel 60 and the elevator door 1.
Both left and right ends of the left and right extending portions 11 are bent to the front side to form a protruding structure, thereby forming a U-shaped channel section capable of surrounding the right first decorative panel 10 from the left, right and rear sides in the horizontal sectional view shown in fig. 3. In the installation process, the left and right extending parts 11 with the U-shaped groove sections can be used for conveniently clamping the first decorative plate 10 on the right side in the U-shaped grooves of the left and right extending parts 11, so that the decorative plates can be further conveniently and fixedly installed.
For better fixing of the fire-blocking lining 60, the fire-blocking strip 50 and the longitudinal trim strip B, fixing means can also be provided which are able to form a channel-like structure with the front-rear-extending side 110, like that shown in fig. 3. The fixing member may be made of a metal material and formed as a part of a framework portion of the elevator door pocket. The fire-retardant rubber strips 50 and the front end portions of the fire-retardant patch 60 may be fitted into the channel structure formed by the fixing member and the front-rear extending side portions 110, and the longitudinal trim strips B may be fitted to the side of the fixing member opposite to the wall body (i.e., the inner side in the left-right direction).
Similarly to the case of fig. 3, a fire protection sheathing panel 60 may be inserted into the channel structure formed between the lateral trim strip C and the front-rear extension upper portion 32, and the fire protection sheathing panel 60 is fixed between the upper second decorative panel 40 and the wall body. Or the fire-blocking liner 60 may be used in place of the upper second decorative panel 40. A fire-resistant rubber strip 50 may be provided between the front end portion of the fire-resistant lining plate 60 and the vertically extending portion 31, and a fire-resistant rubber strip 50 may be provided between the rear end portion of the fire-resistant lining plate 60 and the elevator door 1.
Alternatively, instead of forming the channel structure between the lateral trim C and the front-rear extending upper portion 32, a fixing member made of, for example, a metal material may be used, and the lateral trim C may be attached to the side of the fixing member opposite to the wall (i.e., the lower side).
Fig. 4 shows a layout in which the fireproof rubber strips 50 are provided at the boundary positions between the left and right extending portions and the front and rear extending portions of the elevator door pocket and the boundary positions between the rear end portion of the elevator door pocket and the elevator door 1, and the fireproof lining boards 60 are provided between the framework portion and the wall body of the elevator door pocket. For ease of viewing, elements other than the fire-blocking strip 50 and fire-blocking patch 60 are omitted from FIG. 4. The orientation in fig. 4 corresponds to fig. 2.
The fire-resistant lining 60 is made of a non-flammable material, and the fire-resistant rubber strip 50 is made of a material that can expand 15 to 50 times in case of fire. In the event of a fire, the fire-retardant sheathing panel 60 and the metal-made skeleton portion do not support combustion. The fire-proof rubber strip 50 can isolate the air circulation inside and outside the elevator door 1 after expanding in case of fire. Therefore, the modification shown in fig. 3 and 4 has a good fire-proof function, and particularly, can effectively prevent the elevator door 1 from becoming a passageway for the spread of fire between floors.
In another modification of the present embodiment, the front-rear side extensions 110 are not included in the skeleton portion, but the front side edges of the support portions 211 are designed to have edge portions extending in the left-right direction to the right side. The edge portion extending in the left-right direction may be formed by bending the front edge of the support portion 211 to the right, or may be formed by fixing a separate plate-like member to the front edge of the support portion 211 by screwing, bonding, caulking, or the like. In the edge portion extending in the left-right direction, a slot similar to the slot 111 in the front-rear-side extension 110 is provided. The left and right extending portions 11 can be attached to the edge portions extending in the left and right direction by engaging the bolts a with the groove holes in the edge portions extending in the left and right direction.
The elevator door pocket of the embodiment adopts the framework type structure reasonably fixed with the stone material, so that welding means is not needed in the installation process, reasonable installation structure design between the metal framework and the stone material can be realized, man-hour and manpower in the installation process can be saved, and quick and labor-saving installation is realized.
While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. The scope of the claims is to be accorded the broadest interpretation so as to encompass all such modifications and equivalent structures and functions.
