As used herein, the term "or/and" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The utility model provides a cooking utensil 100, cooking utensil 100 is used for the culinary art to eat the material, cooking utensil 100 can be for the cooking utensil of electrical heating or the cooking utensil of other naked light heating. In the present embodiment, the cooking appliance 100 is an electrically heated cooking appliance. Preferably, the cooking appliance 100 may be a saucepan, a stew cup, or the like.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking device 100 includes a pot body 10 and a cover assembly 20, an open end of the pot body 10 is provided, cooking food can be added into the pot body 10 from the open end, the cover assembly 10 covers the pot body 10 from the open end, the cover assembly 10 can seal the open end to prevent steam from entering the inside of the pot body 10 and contacting the food.
The pot body 10 is substantially cylindrical. Of course, in other embodiments, pan body 10 may take on other shapes, such as square, "bowl," etc. Preferably, the pot body 10 is a ceramic pot body, a purple sand pot body, an aluminum pot body, an iron pot body, and the like, which have an accommodating space inside. In this embodiment, the pot 10 is a ceramic pot.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cover assembly 20 includes a lower cover portion 21 and an upper cover portion 22, and the upper cover portion 22 is rotatably mounted on the lower cover portion 21; the lower cover part 21 is provided with a first steam outlet 211 communicated with the inside of the pot body 10, the upper cover part 22 is provided with a convex part 23, and the convex part 23 can seal the first steam outlet 211 or open the first steam outlet 211 under the rotation of the upper cover part 22, so that the inside of the pot body 10 is isolated from the outside or the inside of the pot body 10 is communicated with the outside.
It can be understood that when steam is not needed to normally come in and go out inside the pot body 10, the first steam outlet 211 is sealed by controlling the protruding part 23, so that the food in the pot body 10 is isolated from the external steam, the steam is prevented from entering the pot body 10, so that the food is mixed with the flavor in the manufacturing process, and after the cooking is finished, the heat loss can be reduced, and the heat preservation and the sealing effect are good. When steam is required to normally enter or exit the pot body 10, the upper cover part 22 is rotated, so that the protrusion part 23 is driven to remove the sealing of the first steam outlet hole 211 (i.e. open the first steam outlet hole 211). It can be understood that, from the above description, the user can choose whether to let steam into the pot 10 according to his own needs, which is more convenient to operate.
The shape of the lower cover part 21 is matched with the shape of the open end of the pan body 10, so that the lower cover part 21 can cover the open end. In the present embodiment, the lower cover portion 21 has a circular shape. The lower cover part 21 can be a ceramic cover, a purple sand cover, an aluminum cover, an iron cover and the like. Preferably, in this embodiment, the material of the lower cover portion 21 is the same as that of the pot body 10, that is, the lower cover portion 21 is a ceramic cover.
Further, a groove 212 is formed on the lower cover portion 21, and the upper cover portion 22 is mounted in the groove 212 and can rotate in the groove 212.

Further, both ends of the sealing member 214 respectively protrude out of both ends of the first steam outlet hole 211, and an end of the sealing member 214 protrudes in a radial direction of the first steam outlet hole 211, so that the above-mentioned catching groove 214a is formed on an outer wall of the sealing member 214.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the upper cover portion 22 is substantially circular, a mounting groove 221 is formed on a surface of the upper cover portion 22 facing the lower cover portion 21, the protrusion member 23 is mounted in the mounting groove 221, and a surface of the protrusion member 23 facing the lower cover portion 21 is flush with a surface of the upper cover portion 22 facing the lower cover portion 21. Thus, after the upper cover portion 22 is mounted in the recess 212, the upper cover portion 22 is substantially accommodated in the recess 212 and can be substantially integrated with the lower cover portion 21, so that the structure of the cover assembly 20 is more compact and the protruding member 23 is convenient to seal the first steam outlet hole 211.
Preferably, the mounting groove 221 is an annular stepped groove, and the protrusion member 23 is mounted on a step of the mounting groove 221. After the upper cover part 22 is mounted on the lower cover part 21, a steam channel 222 (shown in fig. 3) is defined between the inner wall of the groove 212 and the inner wall of the mounting groove 221. When the first steam outlet hole 211 is communicated with the inside of the pot body 10, the steam in the pot body 10 can flow out through the first steam outlet hole 211 and the steam passage 222.
Further, a second steam outlet 223 is formed on the upper cover portion 22, and the second steam outlet 223 communicates the steam channel 222 with the outside. Therefore, when the first steam outlet 211 is communicated with the inside of the pot body 10, the steam in the pot body 10 can flow out to the outside through the first steam outlet 211, the steam passage 222 and the second steam outlet 223.
Of course, in other embodiments, when the first steam outlet 211 is communicated with the inside of the pot body 10, the steam inside the pot body 10 can also be discharged to the outside by other manners, for example, through the gap between the upper cover part 22 and the lower cover part 21.
Further, a holding unit 224 is disposed on the upper cover portion 22, and the holding unit 224 is used for a user to hold, i.e. the user can rotate the upper cover portion 22 by holding the holding unit 224.
Alternatively, the holding unit 224 may be a protrusion, a handle, a groove, and the like provided on the upper cover part 22. Preferably, in this embodiment, the holding unit 224 is a protrusion, and the protrusion is integrally formed with the upper cover portion 22.
The protruding member 23 is integrally formed with the upper cover portion 22; alternatively, the protruding member 23 and the upper cover portion 22 are connected by welding or screwing. In this embodiment, the protruding member 23 and the upper cover portion 22 are connected by welding.
The protruding part 23 comprises a sealing sheet 231 and a through hole 232 arranged at one end of the sealing sheet 231, the sealing sheet 231 is used for sealing the first steam outlet 211, one end of the through hole 232 is communicated with the steam channel 222, and the other end of the through hole is used for being matched with the first steam outlet 211. The upper cover part 22 is rotated to drive the sealing sheet 231 to seal the first steam outlet 211 or to communicate the through hole 232 with the first steam outlet 211.
Further, the sealing sheet 231 has a hollow structure, that is, the sealing sheet 231 has a passageway therein, which is communicated with the through hole 232 and the mounting groove 221, so that the steam enters the steam channel 222 through the passageway.
Preferably, the sealing member 214 is made of silicone or rubber.
Referring to fig. 3, the cover assembly 20 further includes a limiting unit 24, and the limiting unit 24 is disposed between the upper cover portion 22 and the lower cover portion 21 for limiting the movement of the upper cover portion 22 along the axial direction of the lower cover portion 21.
The position limiting unit 24 includes a position limiting cover 241, the position limiting cover 241 is substantially annular, the position limiting cover 241 is installed in the groove 212, the position limiting cover 241 is sleeved on the upper cover portion 22, and the upper cover portion 22 can rotate relative to the position limiting cover 241.
In an embodiment, the position-limiting cover 241 and the upper cover part 22 may be disposed with a gap, so that when the first steam outlet 211 communicates with the inside of the pot body 10, steam inside the pot body 10 can also flow out to the outside through the gap.
In another embodiment, the position limiting cover 241 is installed in the groove 212 by interference fit or gluing. Preferably, the limiting cover 241 is connected with the inner wall of the groove 212 in a sealing manner.
