Description

Mouthpiece and smoking device with such a mouthpiece
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a cigarette holder spare and smoking equipment who has this kind of cigarette holder spare. The mouthpiece is capable of adjusting a preferred mouthpiece position in the case of application of a smoking device, such as a hookah, electronic cigarette or cigarette, electronic arabic hookah, or other smoke producing device.
Background
Smoking of hookahs, so-called arabic hookahs, is popular. Wherein smoke generated in the burner is inhaled by a smoker through a container filled with water through a hose having a mouthpiece attached to the tip thereof. Conventional hookahs typically have a bend resistant straight mouth with a central bore through which smoke can be drawn. Because the hookah uses jointly usually, use one-way suction port among the prior art in the straight mouth of inhaling of hookah to ensure that sanitary smoking is experienced. This mouthpiece is a small straight tube with an outside diameter corresponding to the inside diameter of the bore hole in the original mouthpiece. This one-way suction opening may occasionally also have a tapered part, which simplifies the introduction process into the suction opening. After the smoking process is finished, the one-way suction port can be taken out from the suction port of the hookah. The next user of the hookah inserts his one-way suction inlet.
A disadvantage of the existing suction openings is that these suction openings extend the original suction opening of the hookah in a linear direction. Such that the smoker may have to assume an uncomfortable head posture while using the smoking device. It is also necessary to provide sufficient space to hold the mouthpiece beneath the mouth. This is inconvenient, for example, when using a hookah on the back.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of this, the utility model discloses an it can carry out individualized regulation to the suction inlet of hookah.
The present invention provides a mouthpiece and a smoking device to achieve the above objects.
In terms of the utility model, the cigarette holder piece of the utility model is mainly described in combination with a water pipe. The present invention is by no means limited thereto. The mouthpiece may equally be used in connection with a so-called e-cigarette or e-cigarette, an arabidopsis hookah, or other conventional smoking devices, such as a pipe or the like. An electronic cigarette, i.e. an electronic cigarette, or other electronic cigarette or hookah, refers to a device that evaporates a liquid (so-called tobacco tar) through an electrically heated coil. The user inhales the wet vapor generated during this process into or only into the mouth. Which differs from a cigarette in that there is no combustion process. The utility model discloses not be limited to this type of smoking equipment.
The mouthpiece of the present invention is constructed as a tube segment, the tube segment including first and second free ends. The first tube section can be connected to a smoking device, while the second tube section is intended to be introduced into the mouth of the smoker. The first and second pipe sections are substantially straight, preferably are bending-resistant or substantially bending-resistant. The utility model is characterized in that a third pipe section which can be flexibly bent or has bending elasticity is arranged between the first pipe section and the second pipe section. The flexibility in bending or bending elasticity is achieved by suitable material deformation, for example in the form of a bellows, and/or by adjusting the material parameters of the preferably one-piece mouthpiece in the region of the third tube section. The third tube section is preferably elastically deformable and can be individually adjusted with respect to shape and bending radius. The pipe section retains the adjusted deformation, but the deformation can be readjusted. Therefore, the utility model discloses can be according to smoker's individualized demand, around leading-in smoking equipment with first pipeline section, for example around the suction inlet of leading-in hookah or the smoke vent of setting in this department, adjust the position of second pipeline section. The second tube section is thus curved towards the mouth of the smoker. Therefore, the utility model has the advantages that can set up individualized suction inlet position with simple mode.
In an advantageous development of the invention, the first pipe section is of greater length than the second pipe section. This arrangement enables the length of the protruding portion of the mouthpiece to be adjusted relative to the mouthpiece or smoke hose of the smoking apparatus. This enables further adjustment of the suction opening position. A longer length of tubing may also be used as a handle. Of course, the opposite situation also exists. That is, the mouthpiece has a longer second tube section.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the flexible bendable pipe section is designed as a bellows or substantially bellows-like. An integral bellows configuration may be employed herein, for example, a folded bellows or an undulating bellows. The two-sided arrangement is formed when producing the flexurally flexible tube section or the entire mouthpiece. Depending on the specific type of bellows and the material used, the flexible bendable section can be brought into a position and stay there. Of course, as an alternative, the flexibly bendable portion may remain bendable throughout the use of the mouthpiece, thus enabling a permanent continuous readjustment. By the bend in the mouthpiece, ventilation of the smoking device is improved or can be affected, and the smoking experience is improved.
The introduction of the mouthpiece part into the tobacco tube of the smoking device is simplified because the free end of the first tube section is tapered towards the end. In contrast, the second tube segment, which serves as a smoke evacuation aperture and is introduced into the smoker's mouth, may also optionally be tapered. The expelled smoke is thus further directed in a different manner, thereby improving the smoking experience.
The mouthpiece is preferably arranged to insert the first tube section into the end of a cigarette tube, in particular of a cigarette tube or a cigarette hose. Of course, the same construction can be used for the first and second tube sections, so that no presettings are made for the part of the mouthpiece that needs to be connected to the end of the pipe.
The connection of the mouthpiece to the end of the smoking device or the smoking hose can be improved by providing, as in the preferred embodiment, a ring or knob, for example shaped with a sheet-like structure or a thread, applied to the outer surface, on the first and/or second tube section, preferably on the first and/or second free end. These formations on the first tube section enable a power coupling connection, in particular to enable insertion or screwing of the mouthpiece into the end of a smoking apparatus or pipe. The connection between the mouthpiece and the smoking apparatus or tube is thereby improved. The mouthpiece may be better retained on the second tube segment that is fed into the mouth of the smoker, such as between the teeth and lips of the smoker, by a ring, knob or sheet-like structure. The mouthpiece can also be marked by a surface structure.
The pipe sections advantageously have the same or variable wall thickness. This enhances the stability of the mouthpiece. While still achieving different wall thicknesses and forming bendable segments when manufacturing the mouthpiece. The flexible pipe section preferably has a minimum wall thickness, which ranges between 0.2 and 2.1mm, preferably between 0.2 and 0.9mm, so that the change of position, i.e. the bending of the third pipe section, is simplified. The ventilation of the smoking device may be affected or improved by selecting a variable wall thickness over the length of the mouthpiece. This concentrates the inhaled smoke and equalizes the smoke flow.
In the mouthpiece of the present invention, in one embodiment, the tube sections have the same or different diameters as an alternative to different wall thicknesses. Therefore, the diameter of the smoke hose or the smoke pipe or the smoke exhaust hole can be adjusted, and different requirements of smokers can be responded. It is also possible to influence or improve the ventilation of the smoking device by selecting a variable diameter over the length of the mouthpiece. This concentrates the inhaled smoke and equalizes the smoke flow.
The mouthpiece is advantageously integrally formed, so that the mouthpiece can be manufactured in a standardized manufacturing process, for example in an injection moulding process. In a preferred embodiment, the mouthpiece is preferably designed as an injection-molded part. This enables the manufacture of cigarette mouthpiece in large quantities in a simple and cost-effective manner.
The mouthpiece is preferably constructed as a unidirectional or multidirectional article. If multiple uses are required, the mouthpiece may be made of a material that is heat resistant and resistant to the irrigant or cleaner. The mouthpiece is advantageously made of food-safe plastic, metal, glass or from a combination of the above materials. The first and second tube sections can be made of metal, for example, and the flexible connecting tube section can be made of plastic, for example. Of course, all other flexible or elastic materials can be used, such as textile materials, leather, plastics, metal hoses or the like. In an advantageous development of the invention, the first and second tube sections are each made of metal, glass or plastic and are connected by a flexible bendable tube section made of plastic or metal.
The flexible bendable pipe section is preferably designed as a molded hose section, an undulating or folding bellows section or an elbow section. In the solution designed as a curved pipe section, a metal pipe or a metal mesh pipe can be used to manufacture the curved pipe section. This is particularly advantageous in a mouthpiece for multiple applications.
The bending radius of the flexibly bendable pipe sections can in particular advantageously be freely adjusted. This allows the mouthpiece to be adjusted in a particularly simple and personalised manner according to the user's preferences.
In an advantageous development, the mouthpiece is characterized in that a further removable tube section is provided. This additional pipe section preferably has a particularly coolable chamber through which the smoke flows. The additional fourth tube section corresponds in particular to the first or second tube section and is preferably designed as a chamber. The fourth pipe section is arranged, for example, between the first or second pipe section and the flexibly bendable third pipe section. The fourth tube section can likewise be designed to be removable, so that the chamber can be cooled, for example, after removal. I.e. before using e.g. a hookah in the true sense, the cooled chamber part is inserted into the mouthpiece and cools the inhaled smoke. This further improves the smoking experience. Of course, the entire mouthpiece as well as the chamber may also be cooled. In a development of the invention, the chamber can also be designed as a ring which is inserted onto the mouthpiece or as a chamber which surrounds the mouthpiece in sections. Wherein the ring or the chamber contains a coolant. The chamber or ring is cooled prior to use and is applied to the mouthpiece only if the smoking apparatus is to be put into operation. The smoking experience is improved by cooling, as the flavour in the smoke is better able to play a role.
The cigarette holder piece of the utility model can be connected with the smoking equipment. The smoking device is in particular a hookah or a so-called e-cigarette or e-arabic hookah. A mouthpiece constructed as a unidirectional or multi-directional article enables several smokers to use the smoking device simultaneously by exchanging the mouthpiece.
The smoking device of the present invention preferably has a smoke tube, such as a smoke pipe or a smoke hose. The mouthpiece according to the invention is advantageously inserted, in particular inserted or screwed, into the end of the cigarette tube. Wherein the mouthpiece is preferably constructed as a one-way or multi-way article and enables different persons to use the smoking device or the smoke hose or tube at the same time.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be implemented in other ways different from the specific details set forth herein, and one skilled in the art may similarly generalize the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Figure 1a shows a side view of a mouthpiece 1 of the present invention. The mouthpiece 1 comprises first and second tube sections 3a, 3 b. A third flexible or elastic tube section 3c is arranged between the tube sections 3a, 3 b. The second pipe section 3b can be balanced with respect to the first pipe section 3a by means of the flexibly bendable pipe section 3 c. This allows the position of the second pipe section 3b to be individually adjusted. The third tube section 3c is constructed in the embodiment in the manner of a bellows 5. The entire mouthpiece 1 shown here is formed in one piece as an injection-molded part. Of course, it is equally possible to provide the three tube segments 3a, 3b, 3c as a single element and to connect them together, for example by plugging, to constitute the mouthpiece 1. In the integrally formed mouthpiece 1, the material properties in the region of the third tube section 3c can likewise be set such that this tube section can be flexibly bent or elastic, while the other two tube sections 3a, 3b are flexurally stiff. This configuration can also be achieved by casting the wall thickness w in a different manner. As can be seen from fig. 1a, the tube sections 3a, 3b can have different wall thicknesses. This enables the flow rate and flow rate of smoke to be influenced by the mouthpiece 1. The stability of the mouthpiece 1 is also affected by the increased wall thickness w.
The first and second tube sections 3a, 3b comprise free ends 2a, 2b, respectively. The free end 2a of the first tube section 3a is introduced into the end 11 of a smoke tube 10 of the smoking device 4, for example into the end of the smoke tube 6 or smoke hose 7, and is held there in a form-fitting manner. In order to further improve the connection between the pipe 10 and the mouthpiece 1, the mouthpiece 1 can be provided with additional structures in the region of the free end 2a of the first pipe section 3a, for example with a knob-shaped projection 9 or a longitudinal strip 13 which projects with respect to the outer surface 8 of the mouthpiece 1 (see fig. 5). This improves the form fit between the mouthpiece 1 and the pipe 10 and prevents smoke from escaping there.
The diameter d is also variable over the length of the mouthpiece 1. By skillfully combining the wall thickness w with the diameter d, the flow characteristics of the smoke can be influenced and improved by the mouthpiece 1. This allows, for example, smoke to be concentrated there prior to inhalation, thereby greatly improving the smoking experience.
Figure 1b shows another view of the mouthpiece 1 of figure 1 a. It can be seen here that the free end 2b of the second tube section 3b is designed such that this end corresponds substantially to the smoke passage opening of the smoke tube 10. Thus, the user of the smoking apparatus 4 does not experience the difference between inhaling directly from the pipe 10 and inhaling in the case of using the mouthpiece 1. The position of the free end 2b of the second tube section 3b can be adjusted to the requirements of the smoker by means of the third tube section 3c, which in the embodiment of fig. 1 is constructed as a bellows 5.
Fig. 2a shows a preferred embodiment of the smoking device 4 in an embodiment of a hookah. The components of the hookah are not described here as these components are well known. In the exemplary embodiment, a smoke tube 10 embodied as a smoke hose 7 is shown. In the embodiment, a rigid straight smoke conduit 6 is placed at the end 11 of the smoke hose 7, extending the smoke hose. This smoke duct 6 serves as a handle and usually also as a mouthpiece at the same time. In the embodiment shown, the mouthpiece 1 of the present invention is inserted into a smoke conduit 6. The first tube section 3a is inserted into the end 11 of the smoke hose 7, while the second tube section 3b is bent with respect to the first tube section. This allows the location of the smoke discharge in the smoke duct 6 to be adjusted according to the smoker.
Fig. 2b partially shows the smoke conduit 6 with the inserted mouthpiece 1. The mouthpiece 1 may be constructed as a multi-directional component or as a unidirectional component. The mouthpiece 1 and the smoke conduit 6 are connected together by shape matching. The free end of the first tube section comprises a tapered region which serves to simplify and improve the introduction and fixing of the mouthpiece 1 in the smoke duct 6. Of course, it is possible to permanently fix the mouthpiece 1 in all smoking devices, i.e. the end of the smoke tube 10 is configured in a manner corresponding to the mouthpiece 1 of the present invention and can be adjusted accordingly.
Fig. 3 shows the components of the smoke tube 10 in a separated state. The smoke hose 7 can be clearly seen, the end 11 of which can be inserted into the smoke duct 6, i.e. the rigid pipe section. Subsequently, when using the smoking device 4, the mouthpiece 1 of the present invention is inserted into the front end of the smoke duct 6 and the position of the smoke discharge is adjusted by the flexibly bendable region.
Figure 4 shows another embodiment of the smoking device 4. This smoking device likewise has a smoke tube 10 embodied as a smoke hose 7. However, the difference from the solution according to fig. 3 is that no flue pipe 6 is provided. Thus, the mouthpiece 1 of the present invention is directly introduced into the end 11 of the smoke hose 7. Thus, the mouthpiece 1 not only functions as a conduit extension, but also acts as a handle. Nevertheless, the position of the smoke discharge is adjusted by the flexible bendable tube section 3c and adjusted to the smoker. If the mouthpiece 1 is designed in a suitable manner, this mouthpiece can likewise also be used as a cooling section for the smoke. For this purpose, the mouthpiece 1, which is of double-walled construction, can be cooled, for example, with a coolant which additionally cools the smoke supplied through the smoke tube 10.
Figure 5 shows another embodiment of a mouthpiece 1. This mouthpiece comprises a fourth tube section 3d, which in the embodiment is constructed as a removable chamber 12. This chamber 12 contains a coolant and may be cooled after removal of the mouthpiece 1. Before the actual use of, for example, a hookah, the cooled chamber 12 is inserted into the mouthpiece 1 or slipped over it and cools the drawn-in smoke flowing through it. This further improves the smoking experience. Of course, the chamber 12 could equally well be integrated, for example, into the mouthpiece 1, or inserted between the tube segments 3a, 3b, 3c, or the entire mouthpiece 1 together with the chamber 12 could be cooled. In a development of the invention, the chamber 12 can also be designed as a ring which is inserted onto the mouthpiece 1 or as a chamber 12 which surrounds the first and/or second tube section 3a, 3b completely or in sections in the longitudinal direction. Wherein the ring or chamber 12 contains a coolant. The chamber 12 or ring or the entire mouthpiece 1 is cooled prior to use and is only mounted on the smoking device 4 if the smoking device 4 is to be put into operation. The smoking experience is improved by cooling, as the flavour in the smoke is better able to play a role.
In the embodiment of figure 5, the connection between the mouthpiece 1 and the end of the smoking device 4 or the smoke hose 7 can be improved by providing the first tube section 3a, preferably in the region of the first free end 2a, with a protruding longitudinal strip 13 applied to the outer surface. These formations on the first tube section 3a enable a power coupling connection, in particular to enable insertion of the mouthpiece 1 into the end of the smoking device 4 or pipe 7. The connection between the mouthpiece 1 and the smoking device 4 or the pipe 7 is thereby improved. In the embodiment shown, the second tube section 3b, which is introduced into the smoker's mouth, likewise comprises a knob 9. This enables the mouthpiece to be better held between, for example, the teeth and lips of a smoker. The mouthpiece can also be marked by a surface structure.
The last-described variants of the first and second tube sections 3a, 3b are not limited to the last-described embodiment of the mouthpiece 1, but can be used in all the embodiments described above. The variation may equally be limited to only the first and second tubular segments 3a, 3 b. Furthermore, it is also possible to optionally construct the surface structure as a wave structure, a sheet structure or a strip structure, in addition to the case shown here.
It is obvious that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of them. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
