Detailed Description
The first embodiment of the package of the present invention will be described below, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
Fig. 1(a) and 1(b) are views showing a schematic configuration of an embodiment of a package according to the present invention, in which fig. 1(a) is a front view and fig. 1(b) is a side view. In fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a package, and the package 1 is composed of a package container 2 having a comb-like member 12 and a glass plate G mounted on the package container 2.
The glass plate G is a glass substrate for a Flat Panel Display (FPD) such as a liquid crystal device, an EL device, and a plasma display device. Specifically, a rectangular plate-shaped glass substrate having a size of about 2500mm × 2200mm and a thickness of about 0.3 to 0.7mm is used as the glass plate G. However, the present invention is not limited to the holding and fixing of the glass sheets G having such a size, and can be applied to the holding and fixing of glass sheets having various sizes and thicknesses. Various glass plates other than the FPD glass substrate are also suitable.
The packaging container 2 is a vertical packaging container in which glass plates G are vertically placed, and includes a base 3, a bottom crosspiece 4 disposed on the base 3, a back plate 5, and a comb member 12. The base 3 is placed on a substantially horizontal surface of a floor or a cargo bed of a vehicle, and as shown in fig. 1 a, a plurality of (4 in the figure) openings 6 into which claws (not shown) of a forklift can be inserted and removed are formed on a front surface side and a back surface side thereof. The side surface of the base 3 may be open or closed (closed in fig. 1 (b)). The base 3 is made of, for example, steel, but stainless steel is preferable in view of preventing peeling of the coating when the base is fed into the clean room.
In the present specification, "vertically placed" means a case where the glass plate is placed in a state of being inclined at 30 ° or more with respect to the horizontal plane.
The bottom rail 4 is a rectangular plate-like structure provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3, and supports the bottom edge of the glass sheet G to be mounted thereon. As shown in fig. 1(b), the lower bottom rail 4 is disposed on the base 3 with its lower front portion being inclined with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3 via the bottom plate 7. In the present embodiment, the bottom rail 4 is provided at 2 in the width direction of the base 3, and is disposed so that the upper surfaces (inclined surfaces) thereof, i.e., the mounting surfaces of the glass sheets G, form the same plane. The upper surface of the bottom rail 4 is a substantially flat surface without forming a groove or the like for inserting the glass sheets G, and may be wavy or rough surface-like as long as a plurality of glass sheets G can be placed with the paper sheet P interposed therebetween.
The bottom rail 4 may be formed of 1 plate having the same length as the width of the back plate 5 described later. The bottom rail 4 is preferably inclined at 5 to 25 °, more preferably at 10 to 20 °, and particularly preferably at about 18 ° with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3. This enables the operator to easily, efficiently, and safely perform the positioning operation of the glass sheet G when the glass sheet G is placed. The glass plates G are in contact with the glass plate G on the back plate 5 side by their own weight, thereby avoiding the occurrence of an excessive gap between the glass plates G. Further, the glass sheet G placed thereon can be stabilized, and the glass sheet G can be prevented from shifting or collapsing and from being scratched or broken. The bottom sheet 7 may have a height adjustment function, and the angle of the bottom rail 4 with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3 may be adjusted.
The back plate 5 has one surface side supported and fixed to a support frame 8 provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3, and has a lower end supported and fixed to the bottom rail 4. The support frame 8 includes: a support column 9 that is disposed upright upward with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3; an inclined frame 10 arranged to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3; and a reinforcing frame 11 provided between the column 9 and the inclined frame 10.
A plurality of inclined frames 10 are provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3 so as to be at an angle of 90 ° to 100 °, particularly preferably at an angle of about 90 °, to the upper surface of the bottom crosspiece 4. A plurality of support columns 9 are also provided corresponding to the inclined frame 10. The reinforcing frames 11 are provided in plural on the upper surface 3a of the base 3 and at the height direction center portions of the support column 9 and the inclined frame 10, respectively.
The back plate 5 is attached to the outside of the inclined frame 10 of the support frame 8 having such a structure, and is inclined at the same angle as the inclined frame 10. The back plate 5 is a rectangular plate-like structure that supports one surface side of the glass sheet G placed vertically on the bottom rail 4, and is formed slightly larger than the glass sheet G to be mounted.
To prevent damage due to contact with the glass sheet G when the glass sheet G is mounted, a cushion material C such as rubber or hard foamed resin is attached to the surface (surface on the side in contact with the glass sheet G) of the back plate 5 and the bottom rail 4.
About 100 to 800 glass sheets G, for example, are stacked vertically in the front-rear direction of the bottom rail 4, i.e., in the direction orthogonal to the outer surface of the back panel 5. Then, a rectangular sheet P is sandwiched between these glass plates G.
The paper clip P is a structure for avoiding direct contact between the glass sheets G, and is a structure for preventing the glass sheets G from interfering with each other and being damaged during conveyance.
Since the sheet P is larger than the glass plate G as shown in fig. 1(b), at least the upper end portion of the sheet P extends upward from the upper side of the glass plate G when the glass plate G is placed thereon to form the extension PE. In the present embodiment, the interleaf paper P is exposed (extended) on both the left and right sides of the glass sheet G (not shown). The length of the extension PE extending above the glass plate G is, for example, about 50 to 80 mm.
As shown in fig. 2(a), the lower end PL of the sheet P is arranged to float from the upper surface (placement surface) of the bottom rail 4 by, for example, 10mm or less, preferably about 5 mm. This prevents the lower end of the sheet P from spreading over the bottom rail 4 and the glass sheets G from being placed on the spread sheet P when the sheet P and the glass sheets G are alternately arranged on the bottom rail 4 in order from the rear plate 5 side. When the glass sheet G is placed on the sheet P, the movement of the glass sheet G on the bottom rail 4, that is, the sliding movement of the glass sheet G toward the back plate 5 due to its own weight is restricted, and the unloading of the glass sheet G may be affected.
Comb-shaped member 12 is a comb-shaped member as shown in fig. 3. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2(b), the comb-shaped member 12 is fixed to the upper portion of the back plate 5 in a state where the comb teeth of the comb-shaped member 12 are inserted between the extension portions PE of the jammed paper P and the extension portions PE of the jammed paper P are held, whereby the extension portions PE are held in a state of extending straight without being inclined.
The material of the comb member 12 is not particularly limited, but for example, plastic such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin may be used.
The length of the comb teeth may be adjusted so as to prevent the tip of the comb teeth from being damaged by contact with the end of the glass sheet G when the extension PE is held by the comb-like member 12 and fixed to the back plate 5, but may be set to about 50mm, for example. The length of the comb teeth can also be 20 mm-80 mm.
Preferably, the thickness of the comb teeth is, for example, about 2mm, the gap between the comb teeth is, for example, about 6mm, and about 10 to 20 sheets of the extension PE of the sheet P are held in the gap between the comb teeth. The thickness of the comb teeth is 0.5 mm-3 mm, and the gap between the comb teeth is 3 mm-15 mm.
In order to facilitate insertion of the comb teeth between the extension portions PE of the sheet P, the tip of the comb teeth is preferably tapered.
The method of fixing comb member 12 to the back plate is not particularly limited, but for example, as shown in fig. 2(b) and 3, comb member may be fixed to back plate 5 using magnets 12a attached to the comb member.
The number of comb members 12 fixed to the back plate is not particularly limited, and may be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the size of the paper P.
As shown in fig. 1(b), the package 1 of the present embodiment is a final form for transportation or the like, in which a glass plate G and a paper clip P are alternately arranged on a package container 2, an extending portion PE of the paper clip P is held by a comb member 12, the glass plate G is fixed by various conventionally known fixing tools (not shown) after the comb member 12 is attached to a back plate 5, and a resin sheet is attached as necessary or is stored in a package box or the like.
For example, the glass plate G is fixed to the packaging container 2 by using a glass plate pressing member 13 shown by a two-dot chain line in fig. 1 (b). The glass plate pressing member 13 includes a front frame 14 and side frames 15, the side frames 15 are attached to both side portions of the support frame 8, and the front frame 14 is attached to a front end portion of the side frame 15. The glass plate pressing member 13 can be accommodated in the glass plate pressing member 13 by, for example, detachably attaching the front frame 14 to the side frame 15 or detachably attaching the side frame 15 to the support frame 8.
The glass plate pressing member 13 may be provided with an airbag 16 inside the front frame 14. The glass sheet G can be reliably fixed by pressing the glass sheet G with the airbag 16. The air bag 16 is preferably configured to be inflated appropriately by adjusting the air amount thereof to press and fix the glass plate G. The airbag 16 may be provided in any number as necessary.
As a fixture for the glass sheet G, a side pressing member (not shown) for fixing the side edge portion of the glass sheet G is preferably provided.
Next, a method of forming the package 1, i.e., a packaging method, will be described.
First, the glass sheets G and the paper P are alternately arranged on the bottom rail 4 of the packaging container 2 shown in fig. 1(b), whereby a plurality of glass sheets G are placed on the bottom rail 4 and the paper P is sandwiched between the glass sheets G. The glass sheet G is placed on the bottom rail 4 by a dedicated robot arm (not shown) in the same manner as in the conventional art. The arrangement of the interleaf paper P on the glass sheet G is also performed by a dedicated robot arm (not shown) in the same manner as in the conventional art. At this time, as shown in fig. 2(a), the sheet P is disposed so that the lower end PL of the sheet P floats from the bottom rail 4 by, for example, about 5 mm. Further, as shown in FIG. 2(b), the upper end of the sheet P is extended by about 50 to 80mm from the upper side of the glass plate G to form an extended part PE.
After a predetermined number of glass plates G are loaded onto the bottom rail 4 as described above and the papers P are sandwiched between these glass plates G, the comb teeth of the comb-shaped member 12 are inserted into the extension PE of the papers P to hold the extension PE of the papers P, and the comb-shaped member 12 is fixed to the back plate 5.
Then, the glass plate G is fixed to the packaging container 2 by the glass plate pressing member 13 or the like shown by a two-dot chain line in fig. 1(b), and a resin sheet or the like is adhered to the glass plate G as necessary, and the glass plate G is formed into a final form for transportation or the like in the same manner as the conventional one.
Next, the removal of the glass sheet G from the package 1 thus formed will be described.
First, the resin sheet or other fixing tool is removed from the packaging container 2 in the same manner as in the conventional art.
Next, the comb member is removed from the back plate.
Next, the detachment of the glass sheet G from the bottom rail 4 and the removal of the paper clip P from the glass sheet G are performed. The glass sheet G is removed from the bottom rail 4 by a dedicated robot arm (not shown) in the same manner as in the conventional art. For example, the outer surface (the surface opposite to the back plate) of the glass sheet G is sucked and held by a robot arm having a hole or a suction pad for vacuum suction, and is transferred to a transfer device such as a conveyor.
Further, the removal of the jammed sheet P from the glass sheet G is also performed by a dedicated robot arm in the same manner as in the conventional art. For example, after the outermost glass sheet G is removed, the sheet P exposed on the outermost surface is held by a robot arm and transferred to a transfer device such as a conveyor.
According to the above-described packaging method, since the comb-like member 12 holds the extension PE of the jammed sheet P and the comb-like member 12 is fixed to the back plate 5, the extension PE of the jammed sheet P is held in a straight state. Therefore, the extension PE can be held well by the robot arm at the time of unloading, and the jammed sheet P can be removed reliably from the glass sheet G in a stable manner.
Further, comb member 12 includes magnets 12a, and is fixed to back plate 5 by magnets 12a, whereby comb member 12 can be easily fixed to and removed from back plate 5.
Further, when the sheet P is sandwiched between the glass sheets G, the sheet P is disposed so that the lower end PL thereof is raised from the bottom rail 4 as shown in fig. 2(a), and thereby, when the glass sheets G and the sheet P are alternately disposed in order from the rear plate side on the bottom rail 4, the lower end of the sheet P is spread over the bottom rail 4 and the glass sheets G are placed on the spread sheet P.
Further, according to the package 1 described above, since the extending portion PE of the jammed sheet P is held in a straight state by the comb-like member 12 fixed to the back plate 5, the extending portion PE can be held well by the robot arm at the time of unloading, and therefore the jammed sheet P can be removed reliably from the glass plate G in a stable manner.
Although the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to specific embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and changes can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
The present application is based on japanese utility model application No. 2018-001097 filed on 26/3/2018, and the contents thereof are incorporated herein by reference.
[ INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY ]
According to the package and the packaging container of the present invention, since the extension PE of the paper clip P is kept straight, the operation of removing the paper clip from the glass plate can be reliably performed by the robot arm during unloading. Thus, a packaging method and a package body having improved workability in detaching a glass plate can be provided.
