In the drawings attached to the present specification, F1The indicated direction is the flow path of the indoor air in the floor-standing air-conditioning indoor unit; f2The direction indicated is the flow path of the outdoor air in the floor-type air-conditioning indoor unit
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the floor type air conditioner indoor unit 100 of the present invention includes a casing 110 and a fresh air device 160. The casing 110 is provided with a fresh air inlet 103, the casing 110 is provided with a top plate 113, and the top plate 113 is provided with a fresh air outlet 104. The fresh air device 160 is installed in the housing 110, and the fresh air device 160 communicates the fresh air inlet 103 with the fresh air outlet 104.
Specifically, the cross-section of the housing 110 taken by a plane perpendicular to the height direction thereof may be of a circular design (e.g., a circular cabinet), or a square design (e.g., a square cabinet), or an oval shape (e.g., an oval cabinet). Furthermore, the cross section may also be of a semi-circular front portion and a semi-square rear portion. It should be noted that the cross section is a virtual plane, and is only used for explaining the shape characteristics of the housing 110.
The case 110 includes a bottom chassis 111, a case body 112 mounted on the bottom chassis 111, and a top plate 113 mounted on an upper end of the case body 112. The fresh air inlet 103 is disposed on the housing body 112, and the fresh air inlet 103 is communicated with the outdoor environment through a fresh air pipe 170. The fresh air outlet 104 is disposed on the top plate 113 and is higher than the ground, so when the fresh air mode of the floor type air conditioner indoor unit 100 is turned on, the fresh air device 160 introduces the outdoor air into the casing 110 through the fresh air pipe 170, and blows out the outdoor air upwards through the fresh air outlet 104.
In summer, the outdoor is hot, hot air is introduced by the fresh air device 160, and the hot air is blown to the indoor middle-upper space through the fresh air outlet 104 and then is diffused to the periphery. In winter, the outdoor is cold, cold air is introduced by the fresh air device 160, and the cold air is blown to the indoor middle and upper space through the fresh air outlet 104. Then, the cold air slowly sinks downwards and presses the hot air downwards, so that the hot air is not easy to float to the upper space, and the hot air can stay in the lower space for a long time to continuously warm the body of a user and reach a more comfortable temperature.
The technical scheme of the utility model, through setting up new trend air outlet 104 the roof 113 of the casing 110 of console mode indoor set to can upwards blow indoor well upper space with the outdoor air that new trend device 160 introduced. The living area of the user is usually only in the indoor lower floor space, so that outdoor air is not blown onto the user. Therefore, the outdoor air blown out from the fresh air outlet 104 is not directly blown onto the user, and the comfort level of the floor type air conditioning indoor unit 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, based on the above embodiment, the back plate of the housing 110 is provided with the air inlet 101, and the front plate of the housing 110 is provided with the air outlet 102. The inside of the housing 110 is provided with a heat exchange air duct 105, and the heat exchange air duct 105 communicates the air inlet 101 with the air outlet 102. The floor type air conditioner indoor unit 100 further comprises a heat exchanger 120 and a cross flow wind wheel 130, and the heat exchanger 120 and the cross flow wind wheel 130 are installed in the heat exchange air duct 105.
When the floor type air conditioner indoor unit 100 works, the cross flow wind wheel 130 drives indoor air to enter the heat exchange air duct 105 from the air inlet 101, and the air exchanges heat with the heat exchanger 120 in the heat exchange air duct 105 and then is blown to the indoor through the air outlet 102, so that refrigeration or heating is realized.
Regarding the specific structure of the fresh air device 160, in this embodiment, the fresh air device 160 includes a casing 161, a fan 162 and a filter assembly, and the fan 162 and the filter assembly are installed in the casing 161. The fan 162 is used for driving the outdoor air to flow to the fresh air outlet 104. The fan 162 may be a centrifugal fan or a crossflow fan. The filter assembly comprises a filter screen, and the filter screen is used for filtering impurities such as dust, organic gas and bacteria in outdoor air.
Two types of positions of the fresh air device 160 in the housing 110 are exemplified. One of them is to arrange the fresh air device 160 above the heat exchange air duct 105. Still another way is to arrange the fresh air device 160 below the heat exchange air duct 105. And is described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the fresh air device 160 is disposed above the heat exchange air duct 105. Such designs are based primarily on: the floor standing type air conditioning indoor unit 100 generally has a display screen disposed on the upper end of the front panel of the casing 110, and the display screen occupies extra longitudinal space of the floor standing type air conditioning indoor unit 100, so that a large idle space remains at the top of the casing 110.
Therefore, the fresh air device 160 is disposed above the heat exchange air duct 105, so as to fully utilize the top space of the casing 110. Moreover, the fan 162 of the fresh air device 160 is closer to the fresh air outlet 104, so that outdoor air can be blown to a far position, and the air supply distance is effectively prolonged.
As for the arrangement position of the fresh air outlet 104, two kinds are exemplified here. One of them is: as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the fresh air inlet 103 is disposed at the top of the housing 110, and the fresh air inlet 103 is directly communicated with the fresh air device 160. Therefore, the fresh air duct 106 for communicating the shell 110 and the air duct assembly is not required to be added in the shell, and the air duct assembly is reduced.
The other is that: as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the fresh air inlet 103 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 110, and the fresh air duct 106 extending from bottom to top is disposed inside the housing 110; the fresh air device 160 communicates the fresh air inlet 103 with the fresh air outlet 104 through the fresh air duct 106. It should be noted that the fresh air duct 106 and the heat exchange air duct 105 are independent from each other.
Compared with the former embodiment, the fresh air pipe 170 can be installed at a position close to the ground in the latter embodiment, and the installation position is convenient to change and easy to implement and install. Therefore, in this embodiment, the fresh air outlet 104 adopts the latter design. Since the larger cavity 107 is left at the top of the casing 110, the cavity 107 forms a good sound insulation cavity, which can provide good sound insulation and noise reduction effects for the fresh air duct 106. Alternatively, the cavity 107 may be filled with a sound insulating material (e.g., sound insulating foam).
Further, an air duct assembly, such as an air duct or an air duct enclosure, should be disposed in the housing 110 to form the fresh air duct 106. Since the interior of the housing 110 is also mounted to a large number of internal components (e.g., the cross-flow wind wheel 130, the heat exchanger 120, the volute 140, the volute tongue 150, the motor, the louvers, etc.), the space available for mounting the duct assembly within the housing 110 is relatively narrow.
To overcome the above-mentioned narrow space problem, the fresh air duct 106 includes a plurality of sub-fresh air ducts 1061 (see fig. 6), and the sub-fresh air ducts 1061 are respectively disposed in gaps between the internal components of the housing 110. The internal components can be cross-flow wind wheel 130, heat exchanger 120, volute 140, volute tongue 150, motor, louver, etc.
That is, after the fresh air duct 106 is divided into a plurality of sub-fresh air ducts 1061, the radial dimension of each sub-fresh air duct 1061 can be designed to be smaller (for example, the pipe diameter of each air pipe can be reduced), so that each sub-fresh air duct 1061 occupies a smaller space. Accordingly, the plurality of sub fresh air ducts 1061 may be respectively inserted into the gaps between the respective internal components, thereby effectively utilizing the internal space of the housing 110.
Based on this, it is considered that a volute 140 and a volute tongue 150 are further disposed in the housing 110, and an air outlet duct is formed between the volute 140 and the volute tongue 150, and the air outlet duct communicates the heat exchange air duct 105 with the air outlet 102. Since the volute 140 and the volute tongue 150 are provided in a curved shape, a large space exists between the inner wall surface of the housing 110 and the volute 140, and between the inner wall surface of the housing 110 and the volute tongue 150.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, at least one of the sub fresh air paths 1061 may be located between the inner wall surface of the casing 110 and the scroll 140; and/or, at least one of the sub-fresh air ducts 1061 is located between the inner wall surface of the casing 110 and the volute tongue 150. This space can be fully utilized to provide the sub-fresh air duct 1061 without enlarging the volume of the housing 110 to accommodate the air duct assembly.
Referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, in another embodiment, the difference between the embodiments is: the fresh air device 160 is disposed below the heat exchange air duct 105. The gravity action of the fresh air device 160 is directly applied to the chassis 111 of the casing 110, so that the center of gravity of the floor type air conditioner indoor unit 100 is lower, the falling is not easy, and the placing stability is better.
To facilitate the fresh air device 160 to introduce the outdoor air during the period, the fresh air inlet 103 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 110. The inside of the casing 110 is provided with a fresh air duct 106 extending from bottom to top, and the fresh air device 160 communicates the fresh air inlet 103 with the fresh air outlet 104 through the fresh air duct 106.
Specifically, the housing 110 should include an air duct assembly, such as an air duct or air duct enclosure, for forming the fresh air duct 106.
In order to overcome the problem of the narrow space, the fresh air duct 106 includes a plurality of sub-fresh air ducts 1061, and the sub-fresh air ducts 1061 are respectively disposed in gaps between the internal components of the housing 110. The internal components can be cross-flow wind wheel 130, heat exchanger 120, volute 140, volute tongue 150, motor, louver, etc. The plurality of sub-fresh air ducts 1061 may be respectively inserted into gaps between the respective internal components, thereby effectively using the internal space of the housing 110. The structure and arrangement position of the plurality of sub-fresh air ducts 1061 can be implemented with reference to the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 8, based on any of the above embodiments, the floor type air conditioning indoor unit 100 further includes an air guiding structure, the air guiding structure includes air guiding louvers 180, and an upper edge of the air guiding louvers 180 is inclined toward a front side of the floor type indoor unit. The air guide louver 180 may be a single air guide plate, or a plurality of sequentially arranged air guide blades.
In summer, the hot air introduced by the fresh air device 160 is blown out from the fresh air outlet 104, and then is easy to continuously float upwards and is not easy to diffuse to the lower space. However, after the air guide louver 180 is inclined forward and guided out, the hot air can be blown slightly forward, and is not directly blown to people, and is easy to diffuse downward.
In winter, after the cold air introduced by the fresh air device 160 is blown out from the fresh air outlet 104, the cold air is led out through the air guide device in a forward tilting manner in the middle of the night, the cold air can be blown forward slightly, people are not directly blown, and the hot air in the indoor lower-layer space can be pressed downwards, so that the hot air can stay at the temperature of the lower-layer space for a long time.
In addition, when the air inlet 101 on the back of the casing 110 enters air, the air pressure of the accessories is reduced, and the air blown out from the fresh air outlet 104 is easily sucked, so that the fresh air volume is reduced. However, the fresh air can be guided out to the front upper side through the air guide shutter 180, and the fresh air is prevented from flowing backwards, so that the fresh air is not easy to be sucked into the air inlet 101.
In one embodiment, in order to adjust the air outlet angle of the fresh air outlet 104, the air guiding louver 180 may be rotatably connected to the housing 110, and the inclination angle of the air guiding louver 180 may be adjusted by rotating the air guiding louver 180. For example, when the air guiding louver 180 is rotated to a position where the blade surface is perpendicular to the front-rear direction, the air guiding louver 180 can direct the fresh air to be guided out upward. For another example, when the air guide louver 180 is rotated until the upper edge thereof is inclined toward the front side of the floor-standing indoor unit, the fresh air can be guided out upward and forward. For another example, when the air guiding louver 180 is rotated to the position where the blade surface is vertical to the vertical direction, the air guiding louver 180 can cover the fresh air, so as to prevent external dust or cockroaches from entering the inside of the casing 110.
Theoretically, the air guiding louver 180 can be rotated manually by a user or driven by a motor. However, since the height of the floor type air conditioning indoor unit 100 is large and is often higher than the normal height of the user, it is difficult for the user to manually rotate the air guide louver 180. Therefore, preferably, the air guiding structure further comprises a motor, and the motor is connected with the air guiding louver 180 to drive the air guiding louver 180 to rotate.
The utility model also provides an air conditioner, the air conditioner includes machine in air condensing units and the floor standing air conditioner, the floor standing air conditioner indoor set with air condensing units passes through the refrigerant union coupling. The specific structure of the floor type air conditioner indoor unit refers to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions of all the above embodiments are adopted, so that all beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are also achieved, and are not repeated here.
The above only is the preferred embodiment of the present invention, not limiting the scope of the present invention, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
