in the folding process of the baby carriage, the left rear foot rod 5 and the right rear foot rod 6 are drawn together when the front foot rod 1 is drawn together.
In this embodiment, the front armrest 2 and the push handle 3 are both hinged to the front foot bar 1 through the first rotation center 11, so that the front armrest 2 and the push handle 3 can approach or move away from the front foot bar 1; meanwhile, the second rotation center 12 and the third rotation center 13 are arranged at the top of the front foot bar 1, so that the process of unfolding and folding the baby carrier can be understood as the process of moving the front handrail 2, the push handle 3, the left rear foot bar 5 and the right rear foot bar 6 away from and close to the front foot bar 1; in the above process, the seat plate 4 is kept in linkage with the front handle 2 and the push handle 3 by the first slider 7. The specific shape of the seat board 4 is adjusted by the size of the included angle between the front handrail 2 and the push handle 3.
The front leg bar 1 and the rear leg bar described in this application refer to the front-rear relationship of the stroller when the stroller is pushed forward, and are not limited to the front-rear relationship in the absolute direction, for example, when a user stands behind the stroller and applies a pulling force to the push handle 3 to drive the stroller to move backward, the front leg bar 1 is located at the rear side in the traveling direction of the rear leg bar.
The distance, angle, length, proportion and the like expressed in the application are all based on a motion relation diagram, for example, when the front foot rod 1 is a bent special-shaped part, the length of the front foot rod 1 is the length of a straight line connected with two ends; for another example, in the description of the swing angle of the front foot rod 1, the swing angle refers to the angle of swing of a connecting line between action points of two ends of the front foot rod 1 which are actually hinged with other components, and the rest is the same.
In the field of baby carriages, a rod is made of a pipe for reducing weight or internally arranging a pipeline and the like, but the core purpose of the rod is to transmit torque and support the relationship of a frame, so that the rod can be in various implementation forms, and hollow pipes and other parts which can support multidirectional torque so as to resist tension, compression and bending are facilitated.
When the first rotation center 11 is installed, a pivot may be disposed, the front foot bar 1, the front armrest 2, and the pushing handle 3 are stacked in sequence along the axial direction at the position of the pivot and are rotationally matched with the pivot, the pivot may be an independent component, or may be an integrated structure with one of the three, and other rotation centers are the same in the following.
In an embodiment the axes of rotation of the second centre of rotation 12 and the third centre of rotation 13 are angled.
In order to realize the technical effect that foot bar 5 and right back foot bar 6 closed each other when closing forward foot bar 1, one of foot bar 5 and right back foot bar 6 needs to possess at least two fractional motions: firstly, the baby carriage moves close to or far away from the front foot rod 1 in the front-back direction; and secondly, moving away from or close to the other in the left-right direction of the baby carrier. In order to achieve these two partial movements by means of a centre of rotation of a single axis of rotation, at least one of the second centre of rotation 12 and the third centre of rotation 13 is able to perform a movement which is angled in relation to the front-rear direction of the buggy, so that the axes of rotation of the second centre of rotation 12 and the third centre of rotation 13 are angled.
In a specific embodiment, when a single rotation center generates movement with an included angle with the front and back directions of the baby carrier, the problem of asymmetric movement of the left rear foot rod 5 and the right rear foot rod 6 occurs, so that the product is not attractive; therefore, it is preferable that the rotation axes of the second rotation center 12 and the third rotation center 13 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the front-rear direction of the stroller. The advantage of this design is that a symmetrical movement of the left 5 and right 6 rear foot bars in the left-right direction of the buggy is achieved. In a further preferred design, the rotation of the second and third rotation centers 12, 13 can be synchronized by a synchronization mechanism (not shown), so that the movements of the left and right rear foot bars 5, 6 are synchronized.
In one embodiment, the axes of rotation of the first center of rotation 11, the second center of rotation 12 and the third center of rotation 13 are coplanar.
The first rotation center 11 is used for realizing the rotation of the front arm rest 2 and the push handle 3 relative to the front foot bar 1, in this embodiment, the rotation direction of the first rotation center 11 is parallel to the front-back direction of the baby carriage, i.e. the rotation axis of the first rotation center 11 is perpendicular to the front-back direction of the baby carriage, and the rotation axes of the first rotation center 11, the second rotation center 12 and the third rotation center 13 are coplanar, so that a more regular folding effect can be realized. In this embodiment, the planes of the rotation axes of the first rotation center 11, the second rotation center 12 and the third rotation center 13 are parallel to the supporting surface, so as to obtain a regular folding effect.
In a specific option, the top of the front foot bar 1 is provided with a large joint 10, a first rotation center 11, a second rotation center 12 and a third rotation center 13 are arranged in the large joint 10, the front and back directions of the baby carriage of the large joint 10 extend, the first rotation center 11 is arranged at the front part of the large joint 10, and the second rotation center 12 and the third rotation center 13 are arranged at the back part of the large joint 10 and are symmetrically arranged in the left and right directions of the baby carriage.
