3. The volute noise reduction structure (2) of claim 2, wherein a center of the air inlet (2021) is eccentrically disposed with respect to a center of the air inlet portion (202) in a direction away from the windward wall (201).
4. The volute noise reducing structure (2) of claim 3, wherein the distance of eccentricity is 4-18 mm.

The scroll casing noise reduction structure (2) according to any of the claims 2 to 4, wherein the scroll casing noise reduction structure (2) is a triangular prism, the air inlet portion (202) and the air outlet portion (203) are respectively connected to two ends of the windward wall (201), and the windward wall (201), the air inlet portion (202) and the air outlet portion (203) respectively constitute three side surfaces of the scroll casing noise reduction structure (2).
6. The scroll casing noise reduction structure according to any of the claims 2 to 4, wherein the air inlet portion (202) is provided with a folded edge (2022), and the air inlet portion (202) is adapted to be inserted into the scroll casing air outlet (101) through the folded edge (2022).
