The via 124 is used to receive a camera assembly. The camera assembly is received within the via 124. And, the shape of the via 124 is adapted to the shape of the camera assembly. Specifically, in the present embodiment, there are a plurality of vias 124. That is, the mobile terminal may be a dual-camera structure or a multi-camera structure.
The mounting portion 122 is disposed on an inner sidewall of the through hole 124 and extends along a circumferential direction of the through hole 124. A mounting portion 122 projects towards the inside of the through hole 124, the mounting portion 122 being used to support and carry the protective lens 20. The fixing of the protection lens 20 to the transparent housing 11 can be achieved by the mounting portion 122.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 122 is located outside the transparent housing 11 in the axial direction of the imaging hole 111. The protective lens 20 also protrudes outside the transparent shell 11. The height of the camera assembly along the axial direction of the camera hole 111 does not affect the overall thickness of the mobile terminal. The installation of camera subassembly can not thicken whole mobile terminal's complete machine thickness.
When the protection lens 20 protrudes relative to the transparent housing 11, the protection lens 20 and the decoration 12 can seal the through hole 124 and the camera hole 111, prevent dust and moisture from entering the camera assembly and the mobile terminal, and improve the appearance of the product.
The mounting portion 122 is formed with a mounting surface 125 for mounting the protective lens 20 of the camera assembly. The mounting surface 125 is provided with a first double-sided adhesive layer 13. The protective lens 20 of the camera module abuts on the mounting surface 125, and the protective lens 20 is adhesively connected to the mounting portion 122 by the first double-sided adhesive layer.
The convex edge 123 is disposed on the outer sidewall of the body 121 and extends along the circumferential direction of the body 121. The protruding edge 123 abuts against the outer side wall of the transparent shell 11 at the position of the camera hole 111. There is a gap 126 between the ledge 123 and the outer side wall of the transparent housing 11. The opening direction of the gap 126 is toward the outer periphery of the protruding edge 123, and is not directed to the user's sight line, so that the appearance of the mobile terminal can be kept fine.
Meanwhile, the convex edge 123 can shield the side wall of the transparent shell 11 at the periphery of the camera hole 111, so that the convex edge 123 can shield the part of the transparent shell 11 which generates the white leakage phenomenon, and the white leakage phenomenon is prevented from being exposed. Therefore, the decoration 12 may enhance the appearance of the transparent case 11 of the mobile terminal.
And, because the protruding edge 123 of ornamental piece 12 is located outside transparent shell 11. Therefore, the width of the garnish 12 can be larger than the size of the aperture of the imaging aperture 111. The width of the decoration 12 does not directly affect the aperture size of the imaging hole 111, and the strength of the transparent shell 11 is not affected by the large imaging hole 111.
Moreover, the convex edge 123 of the decoration 12 is located outside the camera shooting hole 111, so the thickness of the convex edge 123 does not affect the thickness of the whole mobile terminal.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a slope 127 is provided on the outer side of the protruding edge 123, and the slope 127 is inclined from the outer side wall of the body 121 toward the outer side wall of the transparent casing 11. The slope 127 can make the transition between the convex edge 123 and the transparent shell 11 smooth, and enhance the appearance effect. It is understood that the inclined surface 127 may be a flat surface, or may be an arc surface. The ramp 127 reduces the amount of clearance between the ledge 123 and the outer sidewall of the transparent shell 11.
The housing assembly 10 also includes a solder tab 14. The tab 14 is opened with a through hole 141. The through hole 141 is opposite to and communicates with the via hole 124. There are a plurality of vias 124 and correspondingly, there are a plurality of vias 141. That is, the mobile terminal may be a dual camera or a multi camera.
The soldering lug 14 is fixedly provided with the inner side wall of the transparent shell 11. Specifically, the housing assembly 10 further includes a second double-sided adhesive layer 15. The soldering lug 14 is fixedly bonded with the inner side wall of the transparent shell 11 through a second double-faced adhesive tape 15. To facilitate securing the decorative element 12, the housing assembly 10 further includes a third layer of two-sided adhesive 16. The decoration 12 may be preliminarily adhered and fixed to the outer side wall of the transparent case 11 by the third double-sided adhesive layer 16.
The tab 14 is provided with a relief portion 142, and the relief portion 142 is used to relieve internal components of the mobile terminal. Therefore, the avoiding part 142 can avoid the internal parts of the mobile terminal and avoid the thickness bottleneck position of the whole mobile terminal. Therefore, the soldering lug 14 does not increase the thickness of the whole mobile terminal, and is beneficial to the light and thin design of the mobile terminal. Or, the soldering lug 14 is connected with the part of the decorating part 12 correspondingly by welding, so as to avoid that the thickness of the whole mobile terminal is influenced by the overlarge soldering lug 14.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the decoration 12 can be directly fixed on the inner side of the transparent shell 11 by double-sided adhesive, so as to reduce the use of the soldering lug 14.
The outer side wall of the body 121 is welded to the tab 14. Soldering lug 14 and body 121 pass through welded connection, can strengthen the joint strength of soldering lug 14 and body 121, improve the stability of decoration 12 installation, guarantee that the camera subassembly can be stable install on transparent housing 11.
The assembly process of the housing assembly 10 is as follows: the protective lens 20 is firstly assembled on the mounting portion 122 of the decoration 12 through the first double-sided adhesive layer 13, and the decoration 12 can be firstly assembled on the transparent shell 11 through preliminary bonding directly through the third double-sided adhesive layer 16.
Then, the soldering lug 14 is firstly fixed on the inner side of the transparent shell 11 through a second double-sided adhesive layer, and then the soldering lug 14 and one end of the decorating part 12, which is positioned on the inner side of the transparent shell 11, are fixed together through spot welding, so that the reliability of the installation of the decorating part 12 on the transparent shell 11 is further ensured.
In summary, the housing assembly 10 of the mobile terminal of the present embodiment has at least the following advantages over the conventional housing assembly 10:
first, the decoration 12 of the case assembly 10 is externally mounted on the outer side of the transparent case 11, and the convex edge 123 avoids the assembly gap in the front view on the appearance surface, thereby enhancing the appearance quality of the mobile terminal. Moreover, the protruding edge 123 can cover the problem of white leakage of the transparent shell 11, thereby further improving the appearance of the transparent shell 11.
Secondly, since the convex edge 123 of the decoration 12 is located outside the transparent housing 11, the thickness of the decoration 12 does not affect the overall thickness of the mobile terminal. The width of the decoration 12 does not directly affect the opening width of the imaging hole 111, thereby ensuring the strength of the transparent housing 11.
Further, the case assembly 10 is further provided with the soldering lug 14 to weld and fix the garnish 12, thereby improving the reliability of the assembly of the garnish 12.
