The medical wrist strap for voice broadcasting and emergency calling is characterized by comprising a main body strap (10), a broadcasting part and a calling part, wherein the main body strap (10) comprises a first wrist strap part (11) and a second wrist strap part (12) which are oppositely arranged, the end part of the first wrist strap part (11) and the end part of the second wrist strap part (12) are clamped with each other, the broadcasting part and the calling part are arranged on the main body strap (10) at intervals, the broadcasting part is used for broadcasting sound, the calling part is used for receiving and transmitting sound signals, a flexible inner wrist strap (20) is arranged on the main body strap (10), the flexible inner wrist strap (20) can be partially separated from the main body strap (10) and is sleeved on the wrist of a user, a penetrating groove (111) is formed in the first wrist strap part (11) of the main body strap (10), and a sliding positioning strip (113) is arranged close to the penetrating groove (111), one end of the flexible inner wrist strap (20) is arranged in the through groove (111) in a penetrating way and is connected to the sliding positioning strip (113), and the sliding positioning strip (113) is used for moving relative to the first wrist strap part (11) so as to pull and position the flexible inner wrist strap (20) and enable the flexible inner wrist strap (20) to be sleeved on the wrist of a user.
2. The medical wristband for voice broadcast and emergency call according to claim 1, wherein the first wristband portion (11) and the second wristband portion (12) are provided with different widths.

The medical wristband for voice broadcast and emergency call according to claim 2, wherein the body band (10) further includes a base band portion (13), the first wristband portion (11) and the second wristband portion (12) are respectively protruded at opposite ends of the base band portion (13), and the broadcast portion and the call portion are provided on the base band portion (13) at a distance from each other.
4. The medical wristband for voice broadcast and emergency calls according to claim 3, wherein the width of the second wristband portion (12) is gradually reduced in a direction away from the base portion (13).

The medical wristband for voice broadcasting and emergency calling according to claim 4, wherein the first wristband portion (11) is further formed with a positioning area (121), the positioning area (121) is provided with a plurality of wedge-shaped positioning protrusions (122), an end portion of the first wristband portion (11) is provided with a stopper (114), and the stopper (114) is located on a side of the through groove (111) away from the second wristband portion (12).

The medical wristband for voice broadcasting and emergency calling according to claim 5, wherein the positioning area (121) extends from the retaining frame (114) in a direction away from the second wristband portion (12), the flexible inner wristband (20) is inserted into the retaining frame (114), and the slide positioning bar (113) is engaged with one of the wedge-shaped positioning protrusions (122).

The medical wristband for voice broadcasting and emergency calling according to claim 6, wherein the first wristband portion (11) is provided with an elastic masking band and a locking frame (16), one end of the elastic masking band is fixed to the first wristband portion (11), the other end of the elastic masking band extends toward the locking frame (114), the elastic masking band covers a portion of the positioning area (121), and the locking frame (16) is connected to an end of the elastic masking band and slidably provided on the first wristband portion (11).

The medical wristband for voice broadcasting and emergency calling according to claim 7, wherein the first wristband portion (11) is recessed with a sliding groove (115) at each of opposite sides thereof, and opposite ends of the locking frame (16) are slidably disposed in the two sliding grooves (115), respectively, and the locking frame (16) is locked to a side of the slide positioning bar (113) facing the locking frame (114).

The medical wrist band for voice broadcasting and emergency call according to claim 8, wherein a slot is formed at one side of the stopping frame (114), a card is formed at one side of the stopping frame (16), the card is adapted to be inserted into the slot, and a stopping point portion is formed at a bottom of the stopping frame (16).
