referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a convertible space motor home toilet, including an integral frame 9, a multifunctional integrated part 3, a wash basin 5 and a toilet bowl 6; the caravan toilet also comprises a rotating base plate 1 and a rotating connecting piece 2, wherein the multifunctional integrated part 3 and the wash basin 5 are fixedly arranged on the front surface of the rotating base plate 1, and one side edge of the rotating base plate 1 is rotatably connected with an integral frame 9 through the rotating connecting piece 2; the toilet bowl 6 is fixedly provided at the bottom of the integrated frame 9 at a side where the rotary base plate 1 is connected with the integrated frame 9.
Referring to fig. 3, the sewer pipe 10 under the wash basin 5 passes through the rotary base plate 1, winds to the inside of the rotary connecting piece 2, then extends downwards through the central hole of the circular column in the middle of the lower connecting piece 22, and then is connected with the common sewer pipe of the toilet, wherein the sewer pipe 10 is a corrugated hose.
The caravan toilet of the present embodiment can change its spatial state by rotating the rotating base plate 1 to different position states, so as to meet various functional requirements.
The retracted state is shown in fig. 1, that is, the rotating base plate 1 rotates until the back surface thereof clings to the integral frame 9, the front surface of the rotating base plate 1 faces the integral space of the toilet, the water tap 8 arranged on the integral frame 9 is just above the wash basin 5, and the integral space of the toilet is complete. In this state, the passenger can perform general washing and hygienic activities in the space state, and the passenger feels relatively comfortable because the space of the whole toilet is complete.
The open state is shown in fig. 2, that is, the rotary base plate 1 is rotated to face the toilet bowl 6, and the multifunctional integrated part 3, the toilet 5 and the toilet bowl 6 are in a structure state of overlapping the upper and lower spaces, and at the same time, a relatively independent shower space is formed on the back surface of the rotary base plate 1, and a shower head (not shown) is disposed in the space. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the rotary joint 2, in particular, in the present embodiment, includes an upper joint 21 and a lower joint 22.
As shown in fig. 4, the upper connecting member 21 includes an upper fixing bracket 211, and a cylindrical upper rotating shaft 212 protruding downward is provided at the middle of the lower surface of the upper fixing bracket 211; as shown in fig. 5, the lower connecting member 22 includes a lower fixing bracket 221, and a cylindrical lower rotating shaft 222 protruding upward is provided at the middle of the upper surface of the lower fixing bracket 221; the upper fixing bracket 211 and the lower fixing bracket 221 are both fixedly connected to the integral frame 9, and the upper rotating shaft 212 is coaxial with the central axis of the lower rotating shaft 222.
As shown in fig. 4, the upper connecting member 21 further includes an upper rotating bracket 213, and an upper rotating shaft hole 214 matched with the upper rotating shaft 212 is formed in the middle of the upper rotating bracket 213; as shown in fig. 5, the lower connecting member 22 further includes a lower rotating bracket 223, and a lower rotating shaft hole 224 matched with the lower rotating shaft 222 is formed in the middle of the lower rotating bracket 223; the upper rotating bracket 213 and the lower rotating bracket 223 are both fixedly connected to one side of the rotating substrate 1.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper rotating shaft 212 and the lower rotating shaft 222 are respectively inserted into the upper rotating shaft hole 214 and the lower rotating shaft hole 224, so as to respectively form the upper connecting member 21 and the lower connecting member 22, and to realize the rotatable connection between the rotating base plate 1 and the integral frame 9.
In the present embodiment, an optimized solution is also adopted, as shown in fig. 4, the upper connecting member 21 further includes an upper gasket 215 disposed between the upper fixing bracket 211 and the upper rotating bracket 213, and as shown in fig. 5, the lower connecting member 22 further includes a lower gasket 225 disposed between the lower fixing bracket 221 and the lower rotating bracket 223. The friction force at the rotating shaft is reduced due to the arrangement of the gasket, so that the rotating base plate 1 can rotate more labor-saving, the abrasion at the rotating shaft is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
In other embodiments, the lower connecting member 22 can also achieve the purpose of limiting and rotating through other mechanisms such as a ball turntable, a spring drum and the like, the diameter of a central hole of a circular column or a central hole of the ball turntable in the middle of the lower connecting member 22 needs to be more than or equal to 80MM, on one hand, in order to ensure that the arrangement path of a sewer pipe of the wash basin 5 can pass through the center of the cylindrical tube, and simultaneously, the radial shearing force acted on the lower connecting member 22 when the vehicle starts and brakes is met.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the toilet of the present embodiment further includes a stool 7, and the stool 7 is fixedly provided on a bottom support at the bottom of the integrated frame 9 near the faucet 8 and the shower head and at the other side away from the toilet bowl 6. Specifically, in the stowed state as shown in fig. 1, the bath stool 7 is located below the rotating base plate 1, so that the multifunction integrated portion 3, the wash basin 5 and the bath stool 7 are in a structural state in which the upper and lower spaces are overlapped; alternatively, in the open condition as shown in figure 2, the shower tray 7 is within the shower space. In the present embodiment, the bath seat 7 is integrally formed with the bottom support of the integral frame 9, but in other embodiments, the bath seat 7 may be a separate component made of ABS plastic or FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) and fixed to the bottom support of the integral frame 9 by ultrasonic welding or bonding.
The multifunctional integrated part 3 refers to the general integration of various bathroom items, and in the present embodiment, the multifunctional integrated part 3 includes a toilet mirror, and in other embodiments, the multifunctional integrated part may further include a dresser, a toilet storage box, a mirror lamp, and the like.
