1. A cartridge, characterized in that it comprises:
the atomizer comprises a supporting seat and an atomizing head assembled in the supporting seat;
the liquid storage tank is sleeved on the supporting seat, and a smoke oil cavity is defined between the liquid storage tank and the supporting seat;
the liquid pump is used for pumping the tobacco tar in the tobacco tar cavity to the atomizing head;
the constant pressure part is connected to the supporting seat in a matching mode and only allows external air to flow into the smoke cavity in a one-way mode.
2. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the support base defines a constant pressure hole communicating external air with the chamber, and the constant pressure member is fitted in the constant pressure hole.
3. The cartridge of claim 2, wherein the support base includes an atomizing base and an atomizing support supported on the atomizing base, the atomizing base defines an air inlet hole communicating with the outside, the atomizing support defines a mounting hole communicating with the air inlet hole and the smoke chamber, and the air inlet hole and the mounting hole together serve as the constant pressure hole.
4. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the constant pressure component is one of a one-way valve or a waterproof, breathable membrane.
5. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the support base defines a mounting portion about an outer periphery thereof, the liquid pump being received within the mounting portion.
6. The cartridge of claim 5, wherein the support base includes an atomizing support within which the atomizing head fits, the atomizing support including a top facing toward a mouth of a user, a bottom facing away from the top, and sides connected between the top and the bottom;
the assembling portion is formed on the side portion of the atomizing support, and the liquid pump is installed in the assembling portion and located in a flow path of the tobacco tar to serve as a part of a fluid passage communicating between the tobacco tar chamber and the atomizing head.
7. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the liquid pump comprises a pump body, the pump body defines a liquid suction port communicating with the tobacco tar cavity and a liquid pump port communicating with the atomizing head, the support base defines a liquid outlet communicating with the atomizing head, an included angle between a central axis of the fluid passage between the liquid pump port and the liquid outlet and a central axis of the atomizer is α, and 0 ° < α ° is less than or equal to 90 °.
8. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the liquid pump comprises a pump body, the pump body defines a liquid suction port in communication with the tobacco tar cavity and a liquid pump port in communication with the atomizing head, and the liquid suction port and the liquid pump port are both located on a same side of the pump body facing the atomizing head.
9. An electronic cigarette, characterized in that it comprises a cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 8 and battery means for providing electrical drive to said cartridge.
