The attaching and detaching device for the crash barrier template of the portable bridge as recited in claim 2, wherein at least two sets of ear plates are arranged side by side on both left and right sides of the top bracket, and the top parts of the inner bracket and the outer bracket are hinged with the top bracket through a hinge connecting rod and a hinge shaft; and reinforcing plates are arranged between the inner support frame and the outer support frame and the top support frame, and the reinforcing plates fix the relative positions of the top support frame and the corresponding inner support frame or outer support frame.
